Be advised, the agents here will try to get over on you by not telling you the cost and coverages added to your bill. Two months after trading in my device as part of an upgrade, Im realizing there was no trade in value added. I went back to speak to the manager and she said the trade in value of my phone was used as store credit to pay for taxes and miscellaneous accessories, although at the time, those accessories was presented to me as a bundle on behalf of Verizon for being a long standing customer. The agent then told me the trade in value would lower the monthly cost on my phone device payments. Which turned out to not be true. Not once at the time was it explained to me that my trade in amount would not be used toward what trade in values are used for, but to pay for the taxes and other things as store credit. So much for transparency. In all the years Ive been with Verizon, Ive never had a problem like this where its clear the agents either dont know what theyre doing, or know exactly what theyre doing in trying to screw over the customer.

They helped in the beginning when I was buying the phones but after I bought the phones I then realized they didn’t back up my photos like they said they would do and I lost very important photos and videos thanks to the employees AND the manager who couldn’t help or do anything about it knowing what they did thinking it was okay never coming again telling everyone not to come here and when I first switched the service wasn’t even that good like I thought at home I couldn’t get no service and I wasn’t in the desert I was down the street from the store. I don’t recommend for anyone unless u go to another Verizon dont trust these workers at all

Me and my husband came to the Roy Rogers location because we were having issues with our phones and we were assisted by a rep named Noemi. She was able to go through our account and build us the best package available with two new phones and a new tablet for our son with us paying LESS per month than we were before!!! Excellent customer service and every person that was working there was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommending this location to all my friends and family!

I do not recommend this store to anyone. i have done business with Verizon at the other stores in the high desert but i did not feel comfortable doing it here. I walked in to a young lady greeting me and helping me check my account for an upgrade and as she is doing that i heard a young man talking about how he is going to go to a party and do drugs. he knew my kids were standing right next to me and had no care in the world. when i asked who the gentlemen was i was told he was the manager. i was furious i will never go in there again!

Horrible service. It was supposed to be an easy transaction. I was going to go pick up the phone I ordered online. This turned to a 3 hour ordeal because the clerk helping me had problems with the system. After three hours of waiting the clerk informed us she couldnt give us the phone we ordered that she was holding in her hand and that our only choice was to get a different colored phone and repay the taxes I had already paid online and call corporate to work it out. What kind of service is this??

Great customer service. My phone died on me, I went to a different retailer closest to where I was at the time and was not given many options except buy a new phone or go through my insurance. The next day I walked into this store just to buy a new SIM card for my old phone and was not only helped to get a new phone without paying an outrageous amount as advised the day prior but they helped me change my plan to save money monthly. I ended up with extra devices and a lower bill because of their help. Such welcoming environment from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I have an infant and a toddler and the representatives both Chelsea and Alejandro helped make the time go by faster, talking to my toddler so she wouldnt be so anxious. Thank you. You guys rock!!!😊

I was a little skeptic about going to an authorized dealer but I was helped by Alejandro and he was the best. If youre going to have someone help you ask for Alejandro. He made everything very easy, very helpful and got me more than I expected. I even went for a follow up visit because I needed to exchange something and he made it go so smoothly.

Went in to this store to get my father a new phone. Christina was fabulous at helping us out. She offered to help my dad with using the phone if he became confused or didnt understand an application. All he had to do is go in. This is very important to me as I live over 700 miles away. The rest of the verizon team is awesome as well. Went back and the team had offered to help my aunt with her phone also. The store she purchased her phone from didnt make that offer. Going the extra mile has y made a huge difference. Wish we had a team like this near me.

Absolutely the worst verizon store chain anyone can go to along with its sister company in Apple Valley. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and it is such a shame that Verizon is allowing them to represent their company. Went in the store for a simple new phone and was upsold to get 2 new phones and a new line and accessory pack. The employee Lauren (LO) lied and said our new monthly bill would be a certain amount in which I agreed to. She said if I was to get the new line and the 2 new phones it would be cheaper than just purchasing 1 phone. I asked her several times how that was possible and she said it was because of my good standing account, being a loyal customer and blah blah blah. After being promised everything and price was agreed upon I walked out of there in still disbelief of how everything that I got was cheaper than just getting a new phone. I went home and checked my future bill and it stated a totally different number than what Lauren had promised. She didnt give me a paper to sign with the agreed price so there was no paper trail of it. I called Verizon the next day and they said that my bill was higher and will continue to be higher than what was promised by the employee Lauren. They advised me to go back to the nearest store and get a refund. We went to the Apple Valley sister store because it was closer and the Manager Jordan was not understanding and rude. He said he couldnt help us with returning everything without charging a restocking fee on one of the phones and that we needed to go back to the Victorville store. He also said the manager Jannina was a B**ch and that she wouldnt return anything either without charging a restocking fee. We immediately left and went to the victorville store (this one) and spoke to Jannina about the situation and how we were mislead about our bill. She immediately became defensive against her employees and didnt care to believe anything we said. There was no proof because her employee Lauren did not get our signature on a contract they are suppose to keep on hand. Long story short we were treated like garbage and she had no care or compassion about our situation. She did eventually return everything except the screen protectors that costs us $120. What a joke! The only reason why she returned it all was because she didnt want to deal with us anymore. She was hostile and made us feel as if everything was our fault. So disgusted how she treated us. There was also another couple who walked in right after us with the same exact complaint so that should tell you something right there! They are a fraud and even Verizon corporate said they get alot of complaints from this particular location. They are horrible sales people that know nothing about the actual Verizon accounts and billing and will tell you anything just to buy their phone. This is not a way to operate a business and Verizon should be ashamed that this company is giving them such a bad rep! The district Manager Grady who is in charge of both stores is the biggest scum of them all and has no concern for his customers in this horrible situation. I will make sure consumers stay clear of both of these locations as they are false advertising, upselling, and uneducated on real Verizon wireless accounts and billing.

Stay away from this store. My whole experience was terrible. The salesperson Janina, was pushy. No matter how many times I told her what I wanted an didnt want she just pretended to listen. She didnt take no for answer on a device that I said I didnt need. As well as I didnt want any extra monthly service fees. She said there wasnt any. I told her half dozen times that there better not be she assured me there wasnt. Well theres a monthly fee as well as a activation fee and it has a 2yr contract that she never mentioned. They wont rectify this. SO IM STUCK WITH A MONTHLY BILL that is higher than what I told her I wanted it to be. As well as an extra activation fee. they claim they want their customers happy. They dont care.

They pulled a bait and switch with my sister and told her she can get a certain model phone BOGO free. Then after she agreed and she received her new bill, she was being charged for both phones. When she called she got the run around from the staff (Daisy and Farrah) and was told that the phones she received were not the models that were BOGO free. They then told her there was nothing they can do because it was after the trial period for their phones and they could not exchange them. Since switching phones, her bill has been $75 more than what she was told by staff, and she has already spent $800-$1000 switching phones. My sister was straight up lied to and received zero help from this company. Shady and dishonest business practices.

Great customer service and good people!! Went in to this store yesterday to return a phone I had purchased from a different location because I ended up finding my phone and didnt need the new one. Alejandro and Luis were the representatives helping me and completely took care of me and super professional. They refunded me the amount of the phone completely and also told me about a promotional deal to where I am now going to get the brand new Samsung galaxy s8 for almost half of what the original cost of the phone was. They set me up with my military veteran discount which knocked quite a bit off my monthly bill as well. I drove from ridgecrest to this store to be able to return my phone and it was absolutely worth the drive. These guys are super helpful and will look out for you in any way they can, thanks guys!

At the store I was giving a great costumer service, but once I started going through all my charges at home, I knew I had taken advantage of, the sales rep kept repeating, numerous times I was going to get my phone for 150 dollars each, I bought two phones, that was a lie. IMPORTANT; PLEASE READA-Wireless is only a distributor and will rip you off.they will charge you 100.00 up front more than going to a Verizon corporate store (Jess Ranch) or to Verizon direct. Francesco in particular told my teen age daughter he was only taking 40.00 from her debit card than billed her without her knowledge 140.00. If you go to the Jess Rach store or Verizon you will automatically save 100.00 plus they charged 410.00 that Verizon sells for 399.00. My daughter originally went in to see what she needed to do about replacing her phone through the insurance we were paying 11.00 a month for. Instead, he told her that he sell her a new phone for no more than the 150.00 which he kept repeating numerous times. Instead he charged her 140.00 and me 410.00. How does this add up to 150.00? And then telling my daughter he was only taking 40.00 out of her when he took out 140.00. All the evidence can be made availe, but first it goes to the police dept!

Omg i was told i was elugible for upgrade i went into store they said i had to purchase a bundle deal in order to fet my phone .they ripped me off .i payed taxes on a tablet n accessories that was the bundle they ordered my phone when it arrived 14 days later they said i didnt qualufy .it was all a sxam they kbew i didnt qualufy they just made buy the bundle for 270.00 i paid n they wouldnt return it .i got stuck with the tablet .then the manager alejandro didnt tell me that the tablet was another line n charged me activation fees n 2 yr contract behimd my back .all a SCAM FO NOT EVER GO THERE IM SUING THEM AND TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.ALL HIDDEN CHARGES .. Bought a jet pack June 30th from Jordan at the Duma Rd Victorville location. She was great!She was great. I tried to return a week later but she talked me out of it by signing for unlimited data which was great. But ultimately, I didnt want the device so I returned it on July 13th and found Deysi Simon, arguably the worst sales agent I have ever come across. Her attitude was horrible at on point even yelled at me. She said I should wait for Jordan to come to work at 1:30pm for me to return it. I was there from 9:15 to 11:24 arguing with her about returning the device even after Paul the store manager had authorized(by phone) the return. She is clearly in the wrong business. She was fixing her personal phone (putting a screen protector) the entire time I was talking to her. No eye contact. She even said it was my fault I suspended the device and now it was reported lost/stolen. She had me so upset I drove across the street to buy a phone charger. I mean I would never spend a dime in that store!
