You will get a top notch customer service from this store, specially from Yolanda!. She helped my parents to set up their new iPhones. Transferred old stuff from their dinosaur iphones to newer one, and kindly explained the new features and how-to stuff of iPhone 11. Also processed the trade-in following day and took only couple minutes to process. My parents were so happy and satisfied with the new phones and exceptional service provided by Yolanda. Since I got my phone I have been paying for two lines for one phone, thanks to the manager Yolanda at this location who didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve been going back in forth with no resolution. Even the district manager told me he’d stay in contact with me. And he has not. I have no clue what to do .

Jenn provided such superb service at the AT&T store. She listened intently, made sure all questions addressed and answered those I hadn’t thought to ask. It was a real experience of what human interaction should be: helpful and uplifting.

My wife and I were in the market to switch over to AT&T for better mobile service. We were greeted by DeAngelo and John. They were more than willing to answer any questions that we had about the plans and mobile devices. DeAngelo provided us with excellent customer service by walking us through every step. They were both very attentive to other customers who came in as well.Having moved from one state to another, and switching our carriers multiple times, our experience at this location was the best. Patient and very knowledgeable staff.

Love the workers they are helpful, but when I walked in today to pay my bill every sign for advertising and promotions are in Spanish. The only English one is about our military. I dont read Spanish so this is 100% discrimination to English speaking clients. Please fix.

I have been going to this store for months to get my bill fixed from Jen and now I’m very upset that she lied to me. She charged me for insurance awhile ago and I was paying $36 for it even though I didn’t want it. Jen said she would take care of it. She has been crediting me $60 a month for the inconvenience and I asked her to just remove it and she said she couldn’t so after 4 months of paying for insurance that I didn’t want she said that she needed to submit something and contact the higher ups to get it removed. I came into the store a few days ago and Jen avoided me. The rep I talked to said she submitted it and that they are just waiting a response. So I came into the store again and now Jen isn’t here and I can’t receive my credits that she promised me and I was told to cal customer care. I called corporate and they told me she never submitted it!!!!! I’m so mad. I’ve been going in circles with this and now I can’t upgrade my broken phone because I have a past due pending because I refuse to pay for something I never wanted. I’m honestly ashamed of the integrity of Jen and her lies

I Stopped by on my way to a important business trip to Vegas. My iPhone battery on my old iPhone 6plus wasn’t working well anymore. This really nice blonde girl Ashley made me feel welcomed not like other stores that just ignore you. She checked my phone and saw I was eligible for a upgrade so she set everything up and I was out the door quicker than I thought.

I’ve been having some issues with my phone and found this store nearby. I stopped in and was greeted by the manager, Genesis. I told her my problem and she did everything in her power to get my problem fixed. After about an hour, my issue was fixed and I was on my way to run the rest of my errands. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of AT&T or has the service to go to this store. Their customer service is excellent and very professional.

I was passing by going to Mammoth from Irvine and I needed a car charger. This store has a huge selection of accessories. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on their products . I walked out with a few chargers and cute accessories for my phone plus a 20% discount . Great service in the desert.

I came into this store about a week ago and the girl said she could process a new line for me over the phone whenever I was ready. I called Sunday to do it and someone else said they don’t do that. They said I would have to come into the store. So I came today to finally do it (because I work night shifts I finally had time) and the girl on duty did not seem too happy to help me. They should have more than one person working at a time because the girl named Jen seemed overwhelmed every time more people came in. That’s not my fault and I should still get taken care of. I ended up getting my phone at the Barstow store but I wanted to write a review because they need more people or a coffee machine for their employees. Something because they are going to shut down with an atmosphere like this. Mean employees and a crowed store is not a good combo

Ashley and the manager Jen are the sweetest they have gone on and beyond to help my husband and I transition from basic flip phones to iPhones. We live in Barstow and dont mind the drive to receive their excellent customer service. Even when the store is busy they are always whiling to help with a smile. Thank you

THIS IS ONLY AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER, NOT AT&T. THIS IS SPRING MOBILE. More towards corporate policy, but horrible that I bought a phone at what I thought was an AT&T store (fine print says authorized retailer) and the phone stopped working in 2 days. Brought it to another store for replacement after calling and telling them the situation, they cant replace the phone even with receipt, have to drive 25 minutes away (3rd store).The service was friendly, but having no clue that this was an authorized Spring Mobile retailer instead of AT&T is a sham.

The managar genesis is never there. she tells me to come back when she is there and then the girls tell me she wont be back for a few days. she has done that to my wife a few times already and then when we do see her she is rude. att needs to learn how to train their managers and help them be helpful instead of being rude.

Explained what was wrong with my phone. Told me it was too old and needed replacement.

Friendly staff once you get someone to help you which can take up to an hour even if they have 6 sales reps on the floor,they tell you your monthly bill will be one price,then when you get the bill it is more. My bill was supposed to be$140.00 a month but it is$268.00. Very unhappy with AT&T
