Pretty disappointing to call and be told everything I wanted was available but when I picked it up, the order was missing a few items. I got the Halloween dozen (so the cauldron, the witches broom, the cat, and the orange sprinkles) and the $1 scary dozen which are 11 glazed and 1 orange sprinkle. As you can see from the photo, the Halloween dozen is incorrect and I didn’t take a picture of the “scary” dozen because I figured the employee made a mistake (it was all glazed, not a big deal) but when I called to ask if the Halloween dozen was available, they should’ve told me THEN that the cat donut was going to be missing. Even AGAIN at the drive thru was another opportunity missed. Pretty irritating as it’s a long drive to get them and I only go when they have specials like the Halloween dozen. Also the receipt blew away so i couldn’t even redeem my order for any points or get a refund 😩✋

I tried ordering some Halloween donuts online and over the phone for my sister and her family in Adelanto, CA. It was a delivery since I’m pretty far from them. For some reason I couldn’t, I tried many times and nothing. I called yesterday Sat. Oct. 30th and I didn’t get the employee’s name but she was so patient and nice. She asked me to call back the next day and they were going to try to do something for me. I called this morning and Eddie answered my call, he was also so nice and asked me to call back anytime before 12:00pm, he was going to then be able to help me out and he did. I called back, he gave me access to order online. I was finally able to make the order and I was about to do check out, when I received a call from my sister telling me that unfortunately, they got tested positive with COVID-19 (they’re on their way to the hospital :/)I just want to say thank you Eddie (and maybe Kathy?) for your patience and really trying to help me make it a sweet and special Halloween for my sister and her family. Hopefully next year!

Anytime we come in for the holiday fun dozens they never have any. They are always out of a whole variety of donuts. Early morning or anytime of the day. They need to keep up making them.

It was good. Establishment was clean too. I just personally think all the donuts are too sweet. Any filled donut has barely any filling either. Overall a four star experience and would likely visit again!

Drive thru service sucks. You have to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer the speaker. They never have anything but glazed donuts. If they are going to be open late, they should make more than enough to sell.

Just went there today and used the mobile order for the first time. My order was supposed to be done by 8:53am but it took them 20 minutes after to finally get my order!!! When I got in the didnt acknowledge me for 10 minutes and when they did the older women with black hair and white hair told the worker not to help me but to help the people who were inside first! My order was already supposed to be done. I placed my order at 8:30am so I should have been helped first! I get home only to find out they gave me the wrong order. I asked for an assorted of 6 raspberry filled and 6 original glazed and they gave me just a regular assorted!!!

The store doesn’t know how to differentiate between fillings like other stores. Other stores put a line of icing over either the custard, or the kreme filled ones, so staff know the difference. I guess they don’t bother at this location, or care.We ordered a dozen “Chocolate covered kreme filled”. Got home, and only two were filled with kreme, while 10 were filled with custard. Since none of us like the taste of custard, it was a waste. We got to enjoy two, and just pick the chocolate off the top of the others. An expensive couple donuts for sure!

Ahhhhhh! The amazing Krispy Kreme! Who can resist em?! Im not even the biggest donut fan and their glazed donuts are the best glazed donuts, EVER! The way they just melt in your mouth!!! If you have some leftover from a day or 2 prior, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds to give them a refresh. I remember wishing we had a store up here in the HD and now weve been spoiled awhile. I also love that the store is always spotless! Thanks Krispy Kreme!

Donuts. Or Doughnuts. Not sure which is right anymore. They are great. However, why does Krispy Kreme make glazed everything? This isn’t a question for this specific location, but for all Krispy Kreme. I think Krispy Kreme would beat out all donut (or doughnut) franchises for good, if they simply didn’t put glaze under the chocolate donut (or doughnut); for one example, at least.

They don’t have basic facilities to change diapers for kids. If you are a family considering making it a stop along the way, I would recommend trying other businesses nearby with better child friendly facilities.

What could I say about this place 🤔. Well if you love donuts 🍩 that are really fresh and really have a great taste this is the place 😋 👌 to go. Now you can walk in or order by phone 📱 and pickup. I have been to other donut places and they look great but when you start to eat them they have no taste 😔 😕 and that is very disappointing 😔. To this day Krispy Kreme has not disappointed me. You have to go there and taste it 😋 for yourself.

Stopped by on our way home from Vegas. Its right off the freeway so I recommend it if you need to stretch out and get some donuts and coffee. Only issues we had were that the restrooms dont have a baby changing station and it felt warm inside (we stopped by about 3:30pm and the sun was hitting the seating area and you could fell it even with the thin blinds down).

This location is always out of their featured donuts. I come weekends which is prime time to order donuts, here on a Sunday morning @ 9 am and they were out of 10 different options. It’s ridiculous. This is the 3rd time I’ve come and have been told they don’t have anything that it says on their advertisements or emails. It’s convent they have a drive tru and that’s it, we will be finding a local donut shop to go to now. Awful location.

I placed my order through the app and paid in advanced. The app said it would be ready in 10 minutes but when I got there it wasnt ready and they just threw(no place) the donuts in the box and they then she pushed the box towards me and walked away but my order was not completed so I had to call her attention so she could fulfill my order. She just threw my donuts in a bag when theyre supposed to be in a box. Very unprofessional and I dont plan on ever going back there.

Doughnuts are delicious, service is ok too. Theyre almost always out of a certain doughnut, always take too long to take your order. That makes a long line behind you. Other than that theyre Krispy Kreme doughnuts 🤤

Waited in for 20 minutes to watch the donuts start the making process for my daughter and a large crowd entered this location. We waited for 10 minutes in line to order and requested to purchase 1 donut for my daughter who is 8yrs old and she wanted to try a warm donut and the server said there were all for a fundraiser we could return in a few hours. Not the best experience especially when the crowd ahead were about to purchase fresh donuts until another server no more.

Ok so went to try their donuts. Loved the Apple fritter and loved the chocolate cake donut, but. Do not buy the glazed donuts unless they are still warm and freshly made or you will get a rather chewy and cold hard like texture. Also, loved their hot chocolate!

Victorville location- very friendly staff. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant!We had an original glaze, Maple glaze, and sour cream glaze.. all were amazing. If your looking for a sweet, sweet treat try Krispy Kreme!For our 3 donuts and 2 orange juices we paid $9. Thats a bit pricey when I get buy a dozen donuts for $10 from a average donut shop. But hey! So happy to have a Krispy Kreme here in Victorville! Unfortunately - for whatever reason it just doesn’t ‘quite taste the same’ as how I remember it tasting down the hill. The workers are nice, the drive through goes fast & they do have seasonal themed donuts which is reallyadorable.

The donuts are always fresh as well as the coffee but at times the customer service lacks. Some times it brings down your anticipation of the deliciousness they serve.

I may possibly be the only one in the world that doesnt like these donuts.To be fair I gave3 stars but it wasnt my first choice. I find these donuts to be overpriced, heavy and taste like they are laden with fat. The one and only time I have been here the shop was clean and the people were nice so 3 stars for that. Keep the donuts. No stars for them.

Never got the massive hype when Krispy Kreme Doughnuts was at its peak (early-mid aughts) but thats simply because I hadnt yet tried their products. And after Id finally gotten around to doing so, while I certainly DID get it & LIKED them, until recently, Id never actually went out and bought any..... until recently. Happened upon their site a few months back, when researching reviews for nearby doughnut shops, as the wife & kids had a craving & asked if I could go pick up a dozen somewhere. Saw they had a promotion/sale, so decided to take advantage. Wound up registering for their Rewards Program, as well, I downloading the app. I appreciate a good offer/sale & Krispy Kreme does not disappoint, in their frequent offerings. Ive only ever purchased from my local Victorville, CA location & cant see going anywhere else. The place is ALWAYS SPOTLESS/CLEAN, the staff is ALWAYS helpful, courteous & fast at tending to customers & helping us get on our way. Given the current pandemic/COVID situation, I also (VERY MUCH) appreciate the safety protocols they have set in place (as well, the prevalent signage they have displayed) which, imho, clearly demonstrates their awareness/mindfulness and commitment to doing their part in protecting both, their customers and staff, (which, to me, is of MASSIVE importance). While I, PERSONALLY, feel said protocols to be effective, by comparison, their not as intrusive nor as limiting (and thus, inconvenient) as other businesses (such as my bank, whos name Ill not specifically reference, but I feel has gone overboard in their practices/implemented protocols, to the point that, in addition to making it nearly impossible for me to actually visit during -new, limited - business hours....and, even on the rare occasion I am able, I simply dont want to as, between the RIDICULOUSNESS of said protocols, the fact that ANY/ALL transactions I need to see a teller for tend to take FOR-E-VER and the fact that I feel like Im actually put at a significantly higher risk of exposure, while lined up with ALL of the other customers like cattle for what is ALWAYS an obscenely EXTENDED period of time.....but, thats just mho & because of that, my hats off to Krispy Kreme for their more accessible, but equally - if not BETTER - approach to limiting the spread of COVID). So, a DEFINITE 5 STARS to my local Victorville, CA Krispy Kreme store!

Form the moment you open the door you, there a sweet smell. You get a nice view of how the donuts are being made. The front staff was very friendly and helpful in choosing the different style. Every time I go here I am mesmerized by the assembly line process of making donuts. I feel like a little kid staring in the window watching the donuts flip over and having the icing pour all over them. When I was a kid I could easily eat a half a dozen glazed donuts. Now that I’m older my doctor tells me not to go near them. But I have to ask you, who listens to their doctor? 😜 The people that work here seem to be very happy with their jobs. They were very friendly to me and gave me a doughnut hot off the assembly line. 🍩 It takes me less than 30 seconds to inhale the donut, but puts me in a very happy place in my mind. Thank you for the treat. I will see you in six months.

My wife and I went last night for a late night craving and we did not feel that warm welcoming Krispy Kreme is known for. We asked if they had a special donut they have from time to time but they did not have it which was fine. We asked for another donut and they did not have that one either. I was fine with that. What bothered me was the response was when we asked what donuts did they had available. She responded with an attitude it depends on what you want. I was bothered but did not give an attitude back to the young lady. I decided to ask again and said Im sorry but I dont know what you have. She responded in a snobby way saying everything they had. We lost our craving for donuts because of bad customer service but we got the donuts anyways to get the young ladys name for this review. We ordered our food and left but I promise you we will not being heading back here again. We will be getting our donuts from Dunkin Donuts for now. Thank you Maya for losing a valued customer.
