Awesome as always.. This Starbucks always goes above and beyond with my drink... They put so much care into making it perfect every single time I really got to give them credit lately my drink had been tasting too sweet at a few different locations Ive been to. I explained that to them and they just made my drink the best its ever been this location is always number one

The lady was rude to my daughter when she was having a hard time deciding what she wanted and then when she got her frappuccino it wasnt made to what she wanted and the girl seem like she didnt care about her job it really made me mad.

These employs mice so freaking slow. Doreen & cecelin have so many people in line but could to use to just move slow. So annoying. I’ve been waiting here in line for 25 minutes no joke

I’ve been coming here for about few months now in the morning. I love my caramel frappe.I just wanna say that the customer service there is excellent in the morning shift. Never been there during the day.Terry is very friendly. I think that’s her name. It was kind of hard to read the name tag. Last time she seen me coming but I had to do something else in the store but she knew that I always get my regular caramel frappe and she had it ready right when I got there. I didn’t think anyone would remember their customer like that. But I’m still thankful that I didn’t have to wait because my drink was already ready and this morning while I was in line. She had ask me if I was getting my usual and she had already begun to make it before I got to the cashier.She deserves a raise for the excellent customer service. The morning shift crew deserve a raise for the excellent customer.Thanks for making my morning easier morning shift.

Great experience

Who trains these baristas? Asked for a Grande Pike with 3 equal and extra cream and got sweet cold coffee flavored cream. Went back through the drive through and got another one but requested regular amount of cream . Drink is nice hot but this time there was no sweetener. The lady working the window was very nice but not thinking today. Gave up and left.

Inside Vons - great to have while shopping.

I like Starbucks and Ivd spent a lot of moneh here. But make up your mind about charging me for Breve! If your lobby was open I could put all the cream I want! For free! Your drinks are already expensive.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I was the First customer in the morning here and when I left and got to work I noticed that the employee had never given me back my bank card. I was very tired and didnt notice until I was at work. So I called and the person that answered the phone claimed they did have my card and that I would need to bring my ID in order to pick it up. I show up after work and ask for my card, I wait a long time only to find out they dont have it. Like what the HELL?!! Who the f*** has my damn card?! I will never, I repeat NEVER come here again!! They stole my card and want to make it out as no big deal! I want to warn everybody to be very careful using your card when you are extremely tired, an employee might want to go shopping with YOUR hard earned money! And on a final note The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf had never messed up my order or stolen my stuff

Who doesnt love Starbucks. Nationwide they are the same everywhere and thats what I love. Great coffee and clean restrooms.

Boyfriend tried to get a drink and the woman working completely ignored him then crouched down behind the counter and ran away thinking no one could see her and didn’t come back till after everyone left. Do not go here
