They do shady stuff here !Do ot waste your time waiting in line for products because you will not get it ! The staff has inside knowledge of releases and they use this to rob the customers of their Chances to attain such items. What about the Gma who waits in line to surprise her grandchild.. or the mom or dad who wants to do the same ?My daughter in law was in line for Pokémon cards that were to be released and an employee was in regular clothes stating that they DID NOT receive shipment.Not only did he try to make her leave along with other people who were in line.. he stalked her and was in her entire conversation with the cashier who was clearly in on what ever was happening. She left shaking and so upset due to her treatmentJust sad 😞 and quiet annoying.

Hello,My name is Daniel, I come to this store very often to buy items, gifts, and video games, etc. For my self, and family. Always met with great customer service, until recently. I have a gamestop protection plan, for one of my controllers. They told to get a used one... when I bought a new one, or I can wait for two days. For a new one to come in, and I will have to come back and pick it up. Okay, no problem I replied.Purchased over a hundred dollars worth of goods that day.Its been over two weeks now, and I have yet to receive a single call about the controller, and when I went in last week. Said their was none.I believe it was Ana, who helped me. I call and call no answer, just rings .I work graveyard full time, and just trying to get controller replacement please.

Found two items for my Mario collection. Had to go two different GameStops to find them. The location on Armagosa Road had to stand 25 minutes outside in line to get in with these pandamic restrictions.

Its a nice place, the customer service is good when I go. Clean and they have what I look for and more. I dont have anything negative to say

I dont know if it was just the employees at this location but by the time I left Even my 8 and 10 year old noticed they tried to sale my extras at all cost. I just wanted to buy my game and go and ever other sentence I was asked would like protection on the game then asked if I was sure 3 or 4 times then implied I needed one because my kids would mess up the game. Ill venture to the apple valley location next time. Ive never had a problem there.

There were only 2 employees for about 15 customers and they kept going in the back for ???? Once at the register, no apology was given for the poor service, but she certainly remembered to try and up-sell me. There are 3 other locations within 1 mile, Id suggest using any of them over this location. In fact, going 50 miles away may result in the same time spent.

I have done 2 different pre-order through them and both times I have had my orders just got missing with no explanation from store or customer service. AFTER TODAY GAMESTOP HAS OFFICIALLY LOST MY BUSSINESS.NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER OR IN STORE.

When I went in to the store itbstank of weed and the only one inside was a male employee. Greeted me asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no just looking because my wife was at th nail salon next door. He seemed to get upset and said how come she didnt invite him. It was a weird comment and thats why I walked out. The other employees I have interacted with there are all good though.

Good place, found my nephews gift here! They ask to many questions when you don’t want to sign up for their program, though. Turns a 5 minute trip into a 20 minute one when they do it to everyone

Workers were unprofessional. Has many video games up on shelves that they dont even have in stock or dont know if they will have in stock. Had to yell across the store to the lady in the front. Let me explain. She was already helping a family and i was in line readu to pay. Theres others in the store as well, and from behind the counter she looks at me a yells “what were you here for?” I continued to tell her I was there for a game and a controller. She then tells me about how she probably does have the game I want and that she doesnt have controls. At this point the whole store is in our conversation and im ready to leave. She then says she will look in the back when shes done helping the people she was already helping. To me was extremely unprofessional. She could have just waited till she was done helping the family, and or not have the whole store involved.

Clean and friendly. They have a great selection for games and systems as well as other things. The only issue I ever had was it took me a while to get rang up one day because the assoxiate kept talking with the customer after their transaction when there was a very long line.

I was charged a 2 day shipping fee and did not receive my items until the 6th which i bought before the first. And best of all i didnt get all the items i bought and got the wrong pnes which were used controllers not new which is what i bought. The lead doesnt know what they are talking about and cost me extra money which i will have to try to get back at full.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, location is really key. My family takes a long time to look through games and decide which ones to get so popping in to Baskin Robbins next door for a Cappuccino Blast or Sundae makes waiting for them so much better.The mall one is usually really crowded and the bear valley one is difficult to find parking.

Store is clean, staff is friendly, and prices are okay. Nothing really bad or great about this location, its a typical GameStop. I usually come in and check for random games and accessories, I havent had any issues with their pre-owned accessories.

This place is awesome. A nerds true paradise. All the toys, cloths and games. I didnt want to leave. The two cashiers were very cool too. Got into a conversation with one about how bad the WWE games have been the last few years.

I always have great service at this store. The staff are very friendly, greet us by name (we come in a LOT!) and are always willing to help us with whatever we need. Stock is pretty good, store is clean and well organized. The only sad part is no more Vita games on display! You have to ask for them. :(

The staff at GameStop is always very informative and helpful. I don’t understand a lot of the electronics and games so they are always patient with me and willing to explain.

It’s 8:30pm GameStop closes at 9pm called with a quick question and no answer... if your operating hours are until 9pm shouldn’t game stop employees be “OPERATING” customers as well as telephone calls during theses hours? Terrible

Dirty cluster unorganized place ladies and gents been here a few times hoping it was a fluke but spent 40 min in line waiting to buy a game slow checker at checkout very slow busy talking to themselves instead of helping move the line best bet avoid order online pick up at different location or avoid altogether and try a different store time is valuable dont waste yours in line .

Be careful at this location because they are thieves! The assistant manager switched cell phones on me. I took two phones in to be sold because I purchased new phones and the lady switched one on me saying unlock it knowing it wasn’t the phone I brought in. She knew hours in advance that I was coming so that gave her time to set up, and she knew what kind of phones I was bringing in. She was bent down behind the counter and I ask her what’s going on and she said she was plugging up the phones. I didn’t think nothing of it because I’m at GameStop and they don’t steal from customers I thought. Bad choice for me and I’m all the way in Vegas! I filed police report and it’s still under investigation and there holding back the video tape of the whole incident. I went back and it cost me $250 just for travel ect. I’m not giving up on this even if it cost me more. I only was getting $210 for phone and I spent that already. Terrible experience and corporate has not got back with me yet and it happened on May 10th

This store has poor service, poor selection there is always one person working the register so the line is always long. The selection of new and used games isnt that much and way too overpriced. I went to the Gamestop in Santa Clarita and priced Call of Duty 4 their used price was $35.99 and a new one was $39.99 this Gamestop location their used $49+ and a new one was $59.99. Maybe Ill drive 80+miles to get a cheaper one and better customer service. My mother even went here to get her granddaughter a game and was treated rudely. This location has piss poor customer service.

Stopped by since I was a few doors down and my son has been bugging me for a different 360 game. They didnt have much appropriate for his age.. but I found 2 cheap games for $2.99 and $4.99. The line was long but it went fairly quick. I knew they would try to get me to buy the membership. I politely declined. They tried again.. I declined again. Then the girl suggested I look for more games to save money cause of a deal they had. I said I would but it was already hard to find age appropriate games as it was. She said Are you sure, we can help you. I politely declined. Then she kinda leans over the counter to try and point out a game that was something zomboes.. I said thanks, but I dont want my son playing zombie anything. She still tried to persuade me. I was irritated rnouen..so I said fine.grabbed the game and gave it to her. She did apologize and said she just wanted us to take advantage of an extra game for the same cost. I told her its fine..asked how much..$24 something.. she said.. oh the zombie one is $9.99!!!! ((Look lady...since ur the one that pointed out the damn game..I should get at the deal price)) take off the zombie game so I can get on my way.

Every time i go there i can usually find exactly what Im looking for. I even got my pre-order for kingdom hearts 3 from there. And i was one of the first people to sign up for the pre-order before they even new that they were going to do pre-orders and i bought two copies one for xbox for myself and the second on ps4 for my sister as a late Christmas present.

Horrible experience. Drove 25 miles to pick up a new game i had put on hold as a gift and the associate brings me a game in a sleeve telling me she needs to get the case for the new game. I asked her why is it opened if she told me over the phone it was new, she continued to tell me that it was the display copy the had. How are the going to try to sell me a game opened as new when they would never believe my game was new if i took it to them to sell or trade and it was open. Come om gamestop any way to take advantage of us gamers..smh.. this is why I shop Amazon Prime.

Dont trade in here, they act like they own the store. They wouldnt buy any of my games because they had the smallest pin scratches on them.
