The pharmacy technician that is an older lady acts as if she hates her job every time that I’ve been there to pick up a prescription. She’s not friendly at all and customers often complain about how slow she works and her attitude. Every... single... time that I’ve been there to pick up a prescription... customers complain about her attitude more than her speed; but ultimately complain about both. & she actually is very rude... without reason.I use to work as a pharmacy technician so I try not to complain & be more understanding of her as I know that at times the workplace environment can be fast paced and overwhelming, but the pharmacist should really speak with her about customer service. The Walgreens that I was employed at with the same job title would not view her behavior as professional or acceptable of the company’s values. This pharmacy could be more organized and possibly have more staff because it’s always really slow.

DO NOT USE PRINTING SERVICES! This store is an absolute nightmare! Do not get your graduation announcement printed here!!!!! The manager Jeff, refused to give us our graduation announcements because he needed a copyright release. He claimed that the photos were professionally taken. They were taken by a friend and not a professional. They treated us so disrespectful, like we were trying to steal them. Take your money elsewhere!

So tired of waiting 25-35 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Thats obsurd, going to change pharmacy.

I like this Walgreens because of the location but I REALLY wish the pharmacy was open 24 hrs. I usually get all my prescriptions filled at the one on Hesperia because of that reason. Otherwise, no other problems here.

This is the best pharmacy in the high desert. Always stocked, little wait time, and most of all the staff is nice. They are kind and actually care unlike CVS across the street.Julie

I already do not go to this location for incidents in the past, but tonight i needed a banner done for my school and i needed it before the morning, and i called the people at the 24hr walgreens, and they said they would do it, but i decided to give this location another chance since i did not want to drive that far at night. i placed my banner order at 9pm, i was told it would be done at 9:30pm, and at 9:45pm, i received a call saying they cant get their machine to work and i have to resend the entire order again to the 24hr walgreens (i should have done that to begin with). thankfully, i had an account and my banner was still saved, but had i clicked the option to proceed as guest, my image would have been lost and there would have been nothing they could do. now i really do not go this store ever again.

Many helpful employees. Reasonable prices. Has photo department and pharmacy. Merchandise is stocked well.

The pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful. Been going here every month since 2008. I never have to wait more than 30 mins for a walk-in drop off / pick up. My gripe is with the store, last year there was a noticeable change in the music they play while you shop. Gone is the soft easy listening background music and now half the time I go into the store it sounds like Im at a Mariachi Fiesta. Seriously, I dont like it at all.

Great customer service, friendly staff, not long wait, get there rewards card it saves me money.. awesome.

Robert is the best Walgreens manager I have encountered, he makes you feel welcomed (I use coupons) theres not many managers like that. I purchased detergent and I toughth I was going to be limetel but he said youryo more than welcome to come back for more I have plenty! Thats how all Walgreens managers should be.

Most of time they are on time with their medications. For instance my wife called to refill her soma. They said we couldnt give it to use right now, and said we could pick it up at midnight which makes no sense. Today is when they were suppose refill it. The kicker people, is that right after calling them we receive an e-mail stating that the prescription was ready for pick up. It gave us the right address and said we could pick it up in the drive through. Either their e-mail system is messed up or the staff is incompetent. Either way they need to step up your game.

The pharmacy is really good at getting prescriptions done quickly and accurately.
