Desserts are awesome but staff takes forever to serve you, especially when its busy in the shop. The staff talk to much to eachother and it definitely slows the line 1000000%.

The best ice cream ever!

The Ice cream and magolada were great. The music is so loud that the person attending you cannot hear you or you them...lower the music so people dont have to yell and your customers can hear you.

Poor service. Took 30 minutes to get a mangoneada that you can see is only halfway filled with mango sorbet. The rest is fruit and candy. The main reason for 3 stars is because the 3 woman on shift did not handle the large crowd professionally and kept talking in the back which made the wait longer. First time going, but this was my experience

Corn cup was horrible. Used canned corn instead of fresh corn. Fake butter was also used. They didnt even bother to use the real stuff. For 7$ I expect just a tad more of value.

The 2 starts are because the desserts are Good but they come with an extra object inside. My Daughter was eating her Mangoneada and more than half way down she bit into a hard plastic cap. It looks like a cap from some appliances. I tried calling to advice them but they never answered me.

Great place for some of my favorite snacks. The Raspados is always perfect.

1 star due to the bad customer service. We went on Friday and the worker looked like she was not happy being there. Was chismeando with the younger worker and then was acting like she couldnt hear us. She even forgot to put a fork in our tostilocos. The owner needs to show up more often and make his presence known. Customer service is what makes or breaks the establishment.

Love coming here. The price is great for the amount of ice cream you get, and their service is great. Its a small shop and they sometimes get a line (heads up!) but I totally dont mind waiting! My favorite flavors are Mazapan and Cookie Monster!

They have a large selection of ice creams, drinks, chips, snacks, etc. There isnt usually a long wait but sometimes there is a line. The workers dont understand what youre trying to order sometimes. They do have the best HORCHATA ever!

The ice cream is sooo good lemon is my favorite with a scoop of mango my kids go to is gansito but i dont think any other flavor would disappoint their bionicos are DELICIOUS they give so much of the cream. Definitely my favorite spot to get sweets.

The drinks are good the ice cream is great. Just dont order the torta it takes way longer than you think. But the torta was good.

Nobody speaks English here. I wanted some chips but I couldn’t read the menu and the person behind the counter had no idea what I was saying.I had a hard enough time just ordering a scoop of chocolate icecream.

The ice cream is good and always come here to get mangoniada. But the service is bad. Had an employee there greet me with an attitude like she she doesnt want to be there. Then after she would ask me in a mocking attitude tone. Asked for 2 tortas. Tortas wernt even good at all. Just had lettuce, cheese, and ham. Where the tomatoes? Where sre the extra things that make the torta good. Ill just stick to the mangoniadas from now on

Do not recommend this place at all! Have given them several tries and they mess up my orders every time! They show certainly items in their menu and when you order them they cant even make them! Pésimo servicio!

Today was a bad experience, first I asked for a chaska/esquite she put barely any mayo... then my mom asked for a chamango, no chamoy or real mango just a raspado with Mango syrup. The girl looked like she didn’t even want to be here working like a little grinch.

Excellent ice cream shop and affordable prices. I got the tres leche ice cream and it was delicious since it actually has pieces of tres leche cake. I highly recommend this ice cream shop.

They are so awesome here Bridgett Is one of the kind she is always nice and happy, She offered me a Punch card I ask at other two locations next to el super and the one close to Vallarta Mexican markets and they said they dont give punch cards so this location is the only one who actually provide them, I love going to this location !! I love this location There is a girl named Bridgett is always happy and smiling, She is the only one that offers cards every time you buy an ice cream or any other product and gives you something free after certain purchases, The other locations, as on the side The super store or the Vallarta store does not offer this card, I recommend it!

Fatal driving from afar to be able to buy a glass of strawberries and they dont want to sell me the size I want, so here how is it, Im going to buy what they decide or how they only want to sell the small glass if they are selling something they cant decide the size What are you going to consume? For that, better eliminate the sizes and handle a single measure

The employees are very slow They need more speed they take a long time today I went and it took 1 hour for them to give me my order, the owners or managers should pay attention to that why the snows or pallets melt right there in the store before leaving
