Great fro yo but you cant serve your own toppings so you have to pay for whatever they put in your cup

Only tart flavors, and a machine out of service. Service was slow - yogurt was melting by the time we paid (employee was a bit slow and chatty). At check out he asked if wed like to tip, when I declined he said are your sure - are you sure you dont want to tip boss?. We wont be back.

The white family in front of mines were offered a discount saving them $15. When it was my familys turn (Black family) No discount was offered. This was our first and last time supporting this place. Thanks, but no thanks

This is a local favorite, my family enjoys going there. There are always good flavors available and tons of topping choices. Definitely something for everyone.

Sweet Frog review/complaintMy family and I have visited this particular Sweet Frog location on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, yesterday we were told by Gladys, the manager of the franchise owned location, that we could not use a Groupon that recently expired. We were told that they have been reopened for several months and would only take a Groupon that expired during March, April or May. I explained to the staff member that I did not know when Sweet Frog reopened. That with the Governor’s rules regarding businesses being closed it has been difficult to know which businesses and restaurants are allowed to operate. I only found out that Sweet Frog had reopened by driving by and seeing people inside. The outside still appeared empty. The chairs were stacked next to their tables. This has been a very difficult time for everyone. Every other week it seems like stores are open and then closing. It’s difficult to keep up with. It’s truly sad that while stores like Walmart and other major chains are not charging customers for plastic bags that this Sweet Frog location wants to split hairs about an expired Groupon, during this pandemic. It’s also a shame that while companies are closing and wanting consumers to buy products, and restaurant workers are wanting consumers to purchase food, that this establishment would choose not to honor the Groupon, after I have been a long standing customer. It’s disappointing and tells me that customer retention is not a priority for them. A $10 Groupon vs more in sales from one family over a year. They chose to reject the former. My lesson learned and their loss.

We love this place. Especially on Mondays for $4 any weight small cups. They have tons of flavorful toppings. Wish they had more of a variety of chocolate flavors other. Clean dining areas n restrooms. There staff is friendly with outstanding customer service. Other than that I highly recommend this place for frozen yogurt.

They always have great flavors and they have flavors that they change out once in a while. They are great, clean, friendly customer service and have indoor/ outdoor seating. They have a ton of different toppings from fruit, candy syrup, just so many different things. The prices are really good too. They charge by weight.

Showed up at 8:30 pm for a quick snack and it was bomb. They have 8-10 different flavors, some fruity and some like horchata and cheesecake. Tons of different toppings including breakfast cereals like cinnamon toast crunch. My wife got her own, my son got his own, and I got my own. The employees were very nice, and we had a delicious dessert to end our night.

There is a great selection of flavors that taste great, making it difficult to choose what to get. There is also an array of toppings. This is a pay-by-the-ounce treat, but well worth it for the quality, the friendly taff and clean store, which make it appealing. I will definitely return.

Usually alright but no regard to cornavirus. They claim to have a mask and glove policy for guests and employees. When we went there the manager mandated our 14 month infant wear a face mask before continuing yet allowed a large party (4 teens and an adult) to continue without masks or gloves becuse they said they didnt want to. We will not go here again after this dangerous lack of saftey protocols.

Oh my god! Their yogurt is absolutely amazing!!! There is also amazing amounts of toppings to put on top of your yogurt! And one of my favorite parts is that you forget that its even yogurt! Its so cold and creamy its basically ice cream! I would rate 10 stars if i could honestly!

The best of thee best

Great place to take the family or yourself for a sweet creamy treat. They sell buy the weight of the cup. Loads of topping and many many flavors of that cold yummy smooth creamy stuff.

It was your normal yogurt shop with a bit of a twist. The twist was they had an activity workshop with children. At the time we walked in, they had finger painting on canvas, it looked like the children attending were having fun.

Best frozen yogurt spot in the high desert. Clean shop. Very friendly. Never had a complaint about anything since they open. My kids love it. I take them at leadt once a week. Not too pricey for the amount and delicious yogurt you get. The rewards program its not too bad either.

Friendly service with huge selection of toppings. However, the selection of frozen yogurt wasnt nearly so big. But, it was very tasty and very cold; it doesnt start melting or dripping. Plus, as a bonus they have cool spoons that change color.

Very friendly staff, can hold a conversation with the young ladies for hours, theyre always willing to help get you a great frozen yogurt experience, and even tell you whats not so good. Parking is very annoying, because of the location, and in the afternoon/morning there are quite a few teens hanging out. Very safe area even at night, and they close around 10. They start emptying the yogurt machines at 9:40 though, so get there plenty early to get the flavor you want! Pineapple, raspberry pomegranate, and strawberry with fruit topping is what I reccomend, usually about 10$ if you dont overfill! The price is 57 cents an oz. In your yogurt bowl.

Wow, where do I begin. This is the biggest Sweet Frog in all of California thats for sure! :) Plenty of flavors to choose from and so many toppings! :D Its sure to brighten any child or adults day! Plus if you are a fan of Sweet Frog they have a lot of gifts to choose from, like T-Shirts, spinners, shades, and even Christmas ornaments?!? (I purchased them to make my tree look more awesome!) Aside from that, service was amazing all three times Ive been there! Keep it up! :)

Always clean and friendly staff. Love grabbing a froyo at your local sweet frog has variety of flavors at times and I love the fact they provide some fun activities for the kiddos. Great place to survive the desert heat!

They had a seasonal flavor: Concord grape?! OH MY GOD ITS SO GOOD. ALL THE FLAVORS ARE SOOO GOOD. Also, while there are few, they have some sorbets for vegans and non alike. Staff are always kind and warm. My go to for yogurt.

The yogurt is great. The employee wasnt that friendly and they opened 15 minutes later than scheduled. A few of us waited for them to open at 12:15pm when theyre suppose to open at noon.

One of our favorites, but definitely do not get their milkshakes. They are the consistancy of milk, and no flavor. The staff did let us give it back without charging us though.

Most of the machines were empty or broken, there was literally 5 flavors available. The staff was beyond rude it is my sons birthday, I asked if you guys do anything special or have a birthday club, with the response of no, you have to pay for things here and would not let me use my Groupon voucher which expires this weekend. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!! Beyond disappointed!!!
