Super happy with my storage renting experience!Loved that I was able to do it online, however I went into the office after reserving it online and the lady was more more then happy to help me finish up. I’m a first time storage renter so it was nice to follow up with an actual person too. She was very very nice and helpful too! Stacy is her name. Thanks again!!

I’m giving one star because they unfortunately get me at the end of a very long day and week. I work 7 days a week and came from LA to load my truck after working a 14 hour day to place some things in my unit and the gate does not work and can only come when they are open. Sunday they are closed so my plans to get to my unit this weekend have been screwed! so now I go home to unload and have to re load next time I have a free second. But hey it’s cool they won’t get another penny from me I’ll love my stuff somewhere else that’s on top of the game! The lady in the office was super nice though when I got my unit!

A Great Storage facility that EXCELLS IN COMMUNICATION before they sell off your stuff for late payment.I KNOW THIS BECAUSE AN INFERIOR STORAGE COMPANY ON SAHARA AVE SOLD MY LOCKERS AND SAID they called LAME -O ! This Staff is the greatest and MAKES NO EXCUSES! THEY TEXT, CALL, AND GET THE JOB OF PROTECTING MY VALUABLES DO E CORRECTLY, STORE HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!❤❤❤❤🙈

First of all, if youre looking for a storage check their online or website, they always have specials 👌👍.I got the 5×10 for $30 a month and there is a one time processing fee of $25 (i think).We were asked if we want the 1 month free or the online rate, which we picked the online rate.The staff are friendly, specially the male staff (sorry, I forgot his name😣, will update when I see him again 👍😁).He was professional and knowledgeable.The process was smooth, which I very much appreciated.So far, everything is great👍.And I am happy that we found this place.

Fantastic experience! The staff here go above and beyond for the customer and I couldn’t wish for a better experience. This location is about 40 minutes from my home but I need the storage for my work and they are so nice and helpful I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The store manager Staci Hunter was courteous, professional and PATIENT. The entire time I was there the phone was ringing, people were constantly coming in and she handled everything and everyone perfectly. Staci showed me the unit, I was quite pleased. This place is decent and clean. The price for a 10x15 not bad considering this was the third storage place I had been to. I really like there access hours, 7 days a week 6am-10pm. The process was easy and smooth, place is clean a security, personal very helpful and self explanatory, the only problem I have is the lock is very had to put it in.. I wish I can exchange because everytime I go I get mad trying to closed it!!

Went in today to check out a place to store my stuff while I save for a new house. Stacy helped me out and was extremely helpful and friendly. She was very informative and really cares about the customer. I met James, too. He was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Overall, a really good experience for getting my first storage unit.
