The Manager went above and beyond with helping me with my storage needs. She was professional and also eased my stressful day. The truck was clean and I didnt and didnt feel like it was going to break down. I would recommend this location!

They were very nice and helpful. They had a smile on their face through it all. They adjust to your needs for service. They will make sure everything is done swiftly and carefully.

I’m very upset that the whole business close when someone is having lunch . You would think they would have more than 1 employee. Very unprofessional the business should still be open while someone is on lunch . Time is of the essence now I have to wait 30 min just to buy boxes . When the rental truck is time framed !!

Reserved a truck with this location online, went to pick it up and had such amazing customer service from the manager Nena, so professional and service oriented to the needs of the customer. Returned the truck to be greeted outside by Betsy Wow! Excellent service as well. This location made my moving experience a little more easy and my beginning and end of day with a smile and joy. Thank you To the manager and the staff for your amazing service keep up the wonderful work. If ever need again I will be back and sure to refer this location by far. Thanks again.

After much research, I am glad I chose this location to store my belongings while getting settled after a cross country move. Nena and her staff made a hectic period of transition much more bearable by offering superior customer service, multiple options every time I needed to rent a truck and flexibility when I needed it most; they kindly let me leave a truck secured overnight when it proved too much to unload in one session. My only suggestion would be to alert would-be renters that the vanbody units are not fully resistant to the elements. One could assume this to be, since they appear to be made from old, decommissioned Uhaul truck bodies; however there is no signage indicating this to be the case, as there are prominently displayed in uhaul rental trucks, so be aware.

Not happy, not even close.. this location does not have the capability to process an online reservation completely. In fact, even after going inside to start my transaction from the beginning, I was told that the their system was down and they would have to process my transaction from their cell phones.. *(I thought thats what I had just done) Come to find out, since I have an out of state drivers license, (although I own a local business) I was not able to rent the pickup that I reserved but instead I was forced to rent a 10ft box truck that gets worse gas mileage and is .20 cents per mile more expensive. I requested 4 hours, was given 3 hours.. just a piss poor way to upsell to make more money.. I am completly UNSATISFIED!!!

New to this facility still but I had an amazing experience the other day when some employees helped me with a lock that had a broken key stuck in it. They responded immediately and my problem was solved in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly and considerate and I appreciated the help so much

Great employees and its a very clean. If you need a storage and one that gives great price and great service along with employees who you can tell they love there job then come to this uhall... Trust me, you wont be disapointed. In anything.

The ladies here are very polite and help, but the men need a little more training on customer service and politeness when it come to assisting customers.

I’ve had my travel trailer stored here for about 2 months now, after a month I had my full propane tank, gauge, battery, and Bluetooth battery monitor stolen from the trailer. No one at this place cares at all, even after I made a police report and asked the manager to call me. I’ve been trying to get hold of someone now for over a month but I always get through to a call center. No matter what message I leave, no one calls me back. I’ve since heard that 10+ trailers had similar items stolen in the last 2 months. Do not trust this place with your property.

Everyone that I have come in contact with has had excellent customer service skills....very people oriented, very helpful and they make you feel like coming back over and over. Keep up the good work Mena and Iesha..;) Roz
