First time I was there, very polite and Helpful guy helped me there, I will definitely use their services again!

The attendent was very helpful and kind i have used FedEx very often. This was the first time I could not print a return label for return and I believe that it was the warehouse that shiped my product missed labeled because it was not what I orderd..i would continue to use FedEx

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER. PACKAGE WAS LOST DUE TO DRIVER LOSING IT. BIG BOXES GARAGE DOOR INSTALLATION KITS HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU LOSE THESE BIG BOXES. COME TO FIND OUT DRIVER DAMAGED THEM SO REPORTED LOST. HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT HAD WAITED ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE PACKAGES WHAT A JOKE SAVE YOUR MONEY GO WITH UPS.

Apparently its too much work for the driver to get out his truck and verify address been waiting for a package for 2 days what a joke. Called customer service to make sure they would deliver it and they didnt bother doing a thing no note to the driver like they said, needless to say bunch of incompetent people.

Fast, efficient, and thoughtful. I needed a tracking slip and obtained one quick and easy.

Some strange rules for COVID. In order to ensure social distancing they only allowed 1 person per counter rep in the lobby (3) and made the line form outside, this in and of itself isnt bad, just had to wait in line for 30 minutes to drop off a prepaid/prelabeled package. When I tried to just walk in to drop it off and leave, I was told I had to wait outside in line.

Good customer service. Sometimes I just do not have my label ready but have it on my phone and they always helping me print the labels.FYI: Walgreens are also open for fedex drop-off if this place pack.

They tried to be helpful, but they could not get in touch with any of the FedEx shipping plants just like I could not. I dont blame this particular ship center but FedEx has been having troubles delivering packages for a very long time and I will never use a company that ships with them again

As Id check online for my tracking number package, it says, delivery attempt. Each time I check it says delivery attempt. I BEEN HOME ALL DAY!!. No-one came to ring doorbell nor knock on the door. Id say you tried to deliver ringing doorbell or knock and no ones home is an excuse for not delivering a package. There were four delivery attempts according to the manager and staff when I went to the location here in Victorville. I go to check online and theres four attempts. ID BEEN HOME ALL WEEK AND NOONE CAME TO THE DOOR!!! Went to the location to find out the problem. The delivery driver has the package with him. Im trying to get the package and its not there. I live in a gated community apartment and the LAZY delivery person dont see the gate open so thats saying delivery attempt??? Thats like driving pass someones house and you didnt get out to deliver that package to the door. You, delivery driver, dont see the gate OPEN so thats says, delivery attempt???? I can see if you came to the door, ring doorbell or knock and no ones home for you to deliver the package. BUT YOU USE THE EXCUSE THE GATE CLOSED!!!. The manager will let you in or someone is always going in and out of the gate so you can get in some how. NO EXCUSE!! UPS ALWAYS coming in and out of the gate to deliver packages. I see them (UPS) all the time coming and going in the gate. I bet when FEDEX delivery driver want to go get him a drink from the liquor store or go do what he or she want to do, they dont think about no schedule to deliver packages. Im just saying. From now on, I will try not to use FEDEX for any delivery. Ill use UPS. Dont make no sense. 😠😠😦

Quick and easy. There was a limit of 3 people inside, which was a right move from them because the area was small. Customer service was helpful and fast.

Will never use FedEx again. Cant pay cash, have to have a account and have to give my ID, just to send a letter?... and the representative did not seem to care one bit. No thx, Ill stick to the post office or ups I guess.

Fairly standard for FedEx. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Special note: NO self service photocopy available, so make sure your copies are complete. This presents a problem at times for specialty needs, such as service of process for civil matters. Overnight service available, but a little pricey. Parking is easy, handicap access.

Highly upset asked for overnight shipping was given ground shipping. Package was scheduled to be Delivered the Next day but is now under investigation. If I was given what I asked for I probably would not be having this problem. It is also very frustrating because it’s was a valuable package they seemed to miss placed lost of stollen

FYI, there is FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. This location is just FedEx Ground. Im not sure why that cant dont noth.

I always hated the way fedex handled my packages until today . Today I had my Xbox delivered and the delivery guy went over and beyond to make sure I got it . I couldn’t thank him enough for caring about his job and others packages

Their customers service is the best when it comes to all different shipping centers. Clean and readily accessible to the area. The only down side of this location is trying to get out of the parking lot!

Shade went above and beyond in helping me obtain my package. My package was on the truck and I had just missed him at my home so he called my driver and arranged for me to be able to meet the driver within minutes so that I wouldnt have to wait for it to go back to the center to be held. The driver Rod was also very sweet to do that. Awesome job guys!

Great place to drop off your fed-ex packages in a hurry especially if your an ebay seller with a label already to go. Just make sure they scan your items without needing a receipt and you are golden. They havent lost a package yet (crossing fingers) and they do get crowded.

I had a great experience with all of the employees at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. One of their employees Gabriel helped me take my package out to my car. When we realized it would not fit in my car, he stayed with me and made sure we figured out a way to get everything in safely. I will definitely be coming back to this FedEx location and would recommend others to come here as well.

Knowing that my packages will be delivered when you say they will be and most often BEFORE the time promised!In the past other delivery companies were a nightmare, my packages were almost always late and sometimes not even delivered on the day promised and paid for!When a company meets and or exceeds the standards promised they deserve acknowledgement and recognition.....the peace of mind Fed Ex exemplary services provide are a God send and I appreciate them and thank them for doing what they say they will do and doing it with professionalism and a smile!

Went into the store with boxes of things to send to my granddaughter for her 5th birthday had so much help and support from the staff there on correctly how to package it correctly and get it sent to Louisiana the best way makes me only want to send things to grandchildren through Federal Express the only place I will come to to send anything I have to ship out the staff here is extremely helpful and friendly I suggest everyone take a look at this office on Industrial they are great friendly helpful and even though I had two boxes of things to ship out you couldnt known that they were stressed out or anything else with all the stuff that I had to pack up I want to tell them thank you so much for all the help that they gave me and they probably dont want to see a whole lot of Frozen things in the future but again thank you to all of you guys over there I appreciate everything

LITERALLY every single time I am made to wait all day only to then be forced to wait all over again when my package doesnt get delivered on day scheduled. Fedex is the worst of all shipping companies that does this to me easily more than 90% of the time.

If you have to ship something this is the place from which to ship it, they are very prompt offer all kinds of different services where shipping is concerned and are reasonably priced as well. In some cases they are less expensive than the well-known competition. Everything always gets there on time or they let you know if it wont be arriving on time.

This is the absolute worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent,rude and clueless. Their call center is always in a different country with people who dont speak understandable English. I was sent a shirt from my employer on December 3rd, and still it isnt here. It isnt a refrigerator or a car, just a shirt. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone here except Shade gives off a bad non friendly vibe. They dont greet and seem like your interrupting them. They dont want to help n need to learn friendly customer service attitudes. Shade is the only Ray of sunshine in that place n there very lucky to have him. Everyone else needs people skills. Or least pretend like they want to be there.

Pretty helpful and attentive Staff. I just came to drop off a couple of packages that were already ready to ship, just needed to slap on the label.

For large or heavy items, especially over long distances, Fedex is much cheaper than USPS and traditionally have always been less expensive than UPS. (I havent compared rates in a while though.)The key is to open an account with Fedex to get their lowest rates. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Their drivers aren’t the brightest. they couldn’t find my shipping address and it’s the only road in California with that name. what makes it worse is it’s not even hidden it’s a connector to two main streets.

I received an email from Fed Ex that my package had been delivered but was at home waiting and nobody had been to my house. After checking the front porch, I called Fed Ex immediately, not even thinking someone would answer. Not only did I get an answer from the 800 number, but within minutes I received a phone call back from the local office who in turn, contacted the driver. Mind you this is a Friday afternoon and I am waiting for Soccer shorts that my son needs the NEXT DAY for a tournament! Within 15 minutes the driver showed up with my package and I also received another follow up call from the Victorville office. Accidents happen but customer service like this usually doesnt! Awesome Fed Ex!!!

These guys are nothing but jokers, they will run up to your house and throw a sorry we missed you sticker on your door if they are running late. Did it to me multiple days in a row. I finally had to threaten to call corporate to get my customers item. I wouldnt use FedEx for my business or do business with any company that only offers them as the shipping company . I dont care if they were sending me life saving drugs. Horrible experience, use USPS or UPS, especially for the price alone.
