Excellent little boutique with very unique pieces. Owner is incredibly nice and helpful. My son and I always find something cool in there for his mom!

Pear Tree is a boutique store located on the main street in Vienna. Despite being in a central location it can be easy to miss due to the speed of traffic, which is a shame because they have a nice assortment of antiques and contemporary gift items.The store is a nice alternative for those people who like vintage and antique items, but detest the clutter and disorganization of other stores. These are selected items -- usually arranged in theme areas across the two main rooms of the store. For that reason, dont expect to find some forgotten treasure that has lain in the same spot for two decades since the store owner last replaced the carpet. This is more akin to store which sell antique-style items, except that here they have interesting antique decoratives instead of an array of white-painted crap.Prepare to bring your wallet -- this is Vienna and these are Ready to Hang. Also, one will not need to peruse long to find all the store has to offer. One may, though, spend a long time be creative with ideas and regarding what one does find here. A nice alternative to crawling out of an old room covered with cobwebs if there is one.
