I left my Buick for over 8 hours because the car was and still is making weird noises every time I step on the gas pedal while having the AC on. They didn’t provide me with a rental nor even bother to look for one for me to go to work so I had to take the metro. When I picked it up the noise was still present and when I asked if they fixed it, they simply said “we check it out and we couldn’t hear anything”. I asked again, “so what exactly did you guys do?” And they replied nonchalantly:”we sent our guys and they didn’t find anything wrong with it”. They seem like they don’t care much about their customer unless they are selling you something or making a profit :)
Total rip off at the service center. I needed to replace two key fobs on my 2011 GMC Yukon . I could order these on Amazon for 19.95 for a pack of two but they need to be programmed . I called Koons GMC and made an appointment. I asked “ how much?” They said they would get back to me and then made an appointment for today. I never heard from them but figured “how much could it be for a $10.00 part. After checking in I was told to wait and they would check on the cost. After waiting 1 hour!! I was told they only had one key in stock and that would be $228.00 a markup of more than 23 times the retail cost online for the part. No explanation no apology for the wait. And when I asked for keys and an explanation all I got was attitude and “I am not going to argue with you comments. The worst.
