This is perhaps the worst experience Ive encountered in a service department. I drove in the service bay—five service advisers—two advisers with clients, one on the phone. The place is busy, and Im told someone will be with you. So far, so good. The two advisers with clients are done; Im told to wait on the adviser on the phone. The adviser on the phone is taking his sweet time. Im thinking excellent customers service. Two other clients who come after me are checked in on the way out; Im still waiting on the adviser on the phone. Finally, he gets on the phone. How can I help you? I tell him I have an appointment. He takes my information and tells me you have 24 hours free rental. After that, I have to pay if the extended warranty does not cover the work. Im not worried because the warranty covers the work. 35 min later, he comes back. Sorry, we dont have any more loaners. We have a shuttle service. I lost my cool demanded he brings my car back I could go to a different dealership. He leaves and comes. Sorry, SR., we will put you in a loaner. I said no, and he went and retrieved my car, and I left. That would be the end of it, except this morning, they asked for my feedback on the non-service service done on my car. Terrible place and I will never set foot there again.
Totally disappointed in this service. I took my 2019 Cherokee car because it was turning off for no reason on the road. I took and they asked me to leave my vehicle until Monday so that a mechanic could diagnose it but they did not want to give me another vehicle so that I could move around with my daughters. What good is it that I have extra insurance if they dont even want to give you another vehicle so you can move. Thats ridiculous
