Went to get a Halloween swishmallow for daughters birthday, I had to find a employee, they were in backroom. Brought me out one at a time like it was a diamond bracelet in a jewelry store! I it was ridiculous

Terrible customer service, bought a product that had expired and the shift supervisor didn’t feel like issuing me a full refund because I had opened one of the (3 year old) product packages!!! The cashier was super friendly and tried to be helpful as much as he could (5 stars for that), but when the shift supervisor came over to approve the refund she was extremely rude, disrespectful and definitely turned me away from ever entering this store again!

Not going to any Walgreens anymore. I go there to fill prescriptions not for lectures from cancel culture, large company diversity committees. It is great and trendy to show inter racial couples and gays all over your home page but meanwhile the service is bad. Solution? Promote even more people based soley on racial profiles. So all those prescriptions I can fill online with no waiting, no PC BS, and cheaper. Not that anyone cares.....

The BEST location! This particular Walgreens is incredible. I go there probably 4-5 times a week, because if I need something that I can get there, that’s where I’ll go. The staff aren’t just friendly and welcoming... they actually remember me and call my by name. That’s a wonderful personal touch of customer service that you don’t get many places. In addition, the speed of the photo printing is great! I use the Walgreens app on my phone to order photos and they are already a ready within an hour or two.

Friendly staff. I get a lot of my groceries here -- easier and often cheaper than getting into Giant. Today, the pharmacy called to see how I was doing on a new medication. Very happy here. Ignore the cranky customers posting here.

Do not work here as a CSA/cashier. Place is understaffed and the store manager doesnt care about training or helping you out.

I went in to buy a gift card but they didn’t have it so me and my friends walked around the store and took a picture in the store. One of the lady’s told us we had to leave. Overall very rude service and will never return again.

This Walgreens is horrible they say you have point for purchase. And I go use the card and he tells me I don’t eve. Though it said I did. And I asked the manager on duty if he could just give it to me since it’s there. They have horrible service and will never be going there again and all the people I know will no longer be Shopping at Walgreens

Not given to making these sorts of posting but have to in this case - this place is dreadful! Poorly run, no communications with customers, finger pointing and cant tell that anyone really cares in the pharmacy - especially given the overall poor reviews on Google. Seems to be understaffed and undertrained. Wish I could go back to CVS but health plan has gone with the group that cant shoot straight and doesnt care. Had no idea how great CVS really was until I had to deal with this lot. Will be looking for another Walgreens in hope this one is just an aberration in their service standards.

Slowest Pharmacy Staff ever They have the audacity to post an Express Service sign over one register . Cruel in addition to incompetent staff. 8 months later no improvement in fact they have gotten worse, I transferred all my due meds to the CVS where the pharmacy staff is the exact opposite of Walgreens. Avoid this pharmacy!

Why on 12/1/2017 dies the website state that the pharmacy closes at 9 pm and the pharmacy is closed before 8 pm? Otherwise, the pharmacy staff and store staff have been pleasant.

The pharmacy staff (evening shift) epitomize incompetence, arrogance, and dismissiveness. Will never go back to this place.

I was on hold for about 20 minutes with the pharmacy before they answered and asked if they could put me on hold. I said yes and then they hung up on me. I called back and waited another 15 minutes before they answered and they were rude and said they would not help me transfer my prescription to another Walgreens location.

I like this store, I only wish they hired more local people from Vienna. Thank you.

AVOID THIS STORE AND THEIR PARKING LOT! I was actually very happy when this Walgreens opened. I wasnt a fan of the Safeway that use to exist in this location and the Walgreens was nice and clean and new. I frequently found myself hitting the Chipotle next door for food, Walgreens for odds and ends and some tasty red vines and my bank on the opposite side.Unfortunately the Walgreens has hired an extremely aggressive tow company who will tow you if you park in their lot and do not go directly into walgreens first. How did I find this out? I found this out last night when my car was towed 5 minutes after arriving, long enough for me to walk into Chipotle to pick up my online order before walking over to Walgreens.The towing company was hostile and unapologetic and accused me of stealing by parking in that spot to run two errands. This store has lost a customer and I will tell everyone I can to beware of what basically amounts to extortion on the part of the tow company.I understand the people from the Jammin Java tend to take all of the parking during their concerts, but punishing actual customers is unforgivable.For shame Walgreens, Ill order my Red Vines online and use the CVS instead.If you absolutely must go here be sure to go into Walgreens first! Though given how hostile the tow company is and the fact that store employees told us this happened to another customer earlier in the day Im not even sure going into Walgreens first will help.

It seems like service is getting worse lately. Since merger with Rite-Aid there have been longer lines. And this week, it took me three visits for them to get my prescriptions right. I hope things improve.
