Mr. O’Connor did a great job binding a custom rug in my home. He was fast, efficient and professional. The rug looks great and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Mr. O’Connor is an excellent rug professional whom I highly recommend.He came to my high-rise condo to cut and bind a thick pile rug I needed customized for a challenging space. He was on-time, easy to deal with and had a very reasonable quote. He was fast and knowledgeable and had a wide array of binding to match the rest of the rug. It’s so convenient to have the work done in-home and not have to move furniture or lug a heavy piece to a store. He’s frequently with clients and was quick to call back when I left a message.

What a great service! I had a too-heavy and too-large rug, and other companies wanted to charge me a fortune to cut and bind it--plus Id need to hire movers to get the rug to them. But Metro Rug Binding came to my home and shortly after, my rug was cut to size and bound. Metro matched the color perfectly, even though the color is unusual. And now the job is finished, you cant tell that the rug has been altered. Problem solved at a reasonable charge!
