We have been using Vienna floors for years. Oscar is the best and his whole team, family run are so nice and helpful and stand behind their work. They do a wonderful job whether it’s carpet or flooring. We would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Vienna Floors. They were professional, punctual, and did an exquisite job on our tiling project. They took great care to not only execute the job beautifully, but to offer cost saving alternatives when available. They are knowledgeable about the flooring process, and walked us through each step of not only the process but each line item in the quote so we understood fully what we were purchasing. They offered creative input on the layout of our floors, which resulted in a small space looking much larger. They also went so far as to assist in picking up our Home Depot order for the bathroom remodel, discarded the old pieces, and installed the new. The service felt very tailored to us, the management was always available to us by text or phone to check in. Highly recommend!!

We had them replace most of the floors in our house with new hardwood and carpet. They worked with us and recommended products given our home and requirements. Then they gave us a very fair quote and worked with our schedule. They delivered on time for the price they quoted. The work was done a while ago now and the floors are still looking great! Would definitely recommend them.

We had some wrinkles on the carpet in our master bedroom, and when I called Vienna Floors, Oscar answered and realized that the furnitures would be moved in the second day, he immediately had his installer squeezing time to come over to do the job. It was not a big job, other carpet companies just took the opportunity asking for an unreasonable price or pursuing me to get a new carpet. The reason I wrote this review for Vienna Floors is that I want the honest business owner to be appreciated from the local customers.

I bought a fixer-upper several years ago, and did all of my tile flooring with Vienna Floors. I was very impressed with the selection and quality of the tiling, and with the professionalism of the owner and employees. So when I recently decided to redo my 1950s style bathrooms, I naturally went to Vienna Floors again. Im so glad I did! The store has a huge selection of tiling, and the owner was extremely helpful in the tile selection process. When actual installation began, they demolished and removed everything; installed new wall and floor tiling; installed tub, vanities, toilets, mirrors, and other accessories; and handled all plumbing. Everything was done in a very timely manner, at a price well below any competitors, and with a professional and friendly attitude. I highly recommend them!

A friend recommended Vienna Floors for our bedroom flooring project and I had no regrets on choosing them. They have a good selection of hardwood floors and they even offered us a great package!

My husband and I had vinyl floors (looked like hard wood) installed by Vienna Floors and within about 3 to 4 weeks some of the boards were coming up. I called them and they came out and refused to do anything to fix the problem. The service person at the store I worked with was awful. After speaking to the manufacuter it was clear that they had installed the floor improperly and did not let the product acclimate given they had sat on the van overnight and the temps were in the teens. They were supposed to let them sit in the home for hours to acclimate to the higher temps before installation. In any event, notwithstanding this, they refused to fix the floors which over time have gotten much worse. The bill for these floors was over $8500.00 so these were not inexpensive floors. I have warned everyone I know not to use them. They are super nice when trying to get you to buy a floor but after that watch out. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. They are simply the worse service business we have ever had -- stay away!
