A hidden gem in my Tyson’s Corner neighborhood! Large variety of hookah flavors and plenty of hookah brands to choose from…they are fully stocked! Helpful employees answered all my questions and I even got a few cigars from their humidor. Definitely my new tobacco spot.

Absolutely the best smoke shop experience I have ever had. The staff was remarkably helpful and knowledgeable. Their products has great quality and the prices are reasonable.

I live in Maryland, and drive all the way to this store for my hookah accessories. First time I went was just to get some sisha flavors. The selections are huge. I ended up with a new hookah that I originally saw online and contemplated ordering, a whole bunch of shisha, and coco coals.I much rather drive to VA to Arabica now, instead of ordering online and questioning the quality.

The store is very well stocked and has been renovated recently.BUT I have never been more disappointed with the customer service in my entire life.Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes.

I love this place! I recently purchased my first hookah set from here and the owner was so nice and helpful! They had a large variety of hookahs and products and the prices were very reasonable. The owner also gave me some tips on how to make my first hookah and it turned out great! This is definitely the place to go for a quality hookah set!

I stopped in while visiting family. Arabica tobacco had a great selection of pipes and tobacco. I walked away with a great Peterson pipe of the year and some excellent tobacco. Highly recommended!

Fantastic vape shop, I love the guys that work here (but especially Bob - he’s the best), they are easy going, willing to stock things on request, and the pricing is excellent.

Today we entered the place trying to get some tobacco. the employee with the wrapped arm did not even bother to greet or even offer help. What surprised me more is when a Caucasian couple entered the place and he jumped off his chair greeting and offering help and explaining the flavors. This is offal and the owner of this place should train his employee to treat all customers equally, even if they have to fake it.

If you dont know how to speak Arabic youd better avoid this place, the stuff are very rude. it is really convenient for me to stop by at this shop but I swear I will never step a foot there.You want to ruin your day because of bad service, go ahead!

Does anyone work here??? Walked in, EMPTY. Person in the back had door slightly open, instragraming on her phone- SEES that were there, but doesnt bother to come out of hiding until one of her friends shows up. AWFUL, will never come back here. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, and I wouldnt even expect that type of service from a high schooler.

Great prices, but the customer service is lacking. Ali was the only friendly one and the guy there now just wants to flirt with girls, if youre a guy hes kind of a dick. Last time I went in he told me he didnt recognize me because my face looked fat, I dont even know this guy, what a jerk.

Great location for hookah and tobacco products. The gentleman at the register was helpful and patient as we searched for a nice hookah in a style we liked and picked different flavors of tobacco.

I guess if u are really into hookahs and you need some rolling papers or cigars, this is it. There are not many smoke shops in the area so youll just have to just deal with the semi-present employee or 2 that may or may not be visible when u walk in, followed by nippy customer service on ice, when someone finally does emerge.. Apparently they don’t open at 10 like advertised....it is not 1045 and no one is still here...

Ordered from their website 1 Month ago. Order still says processing and now they say can not find my order. The worst company I have ever ordered from by far. I suggest if you need to order go to a different website and not Smoky Hookah.
