Great prices on cigars. Love ❤ this place I frequent many cigar lounges but I stock up here because of the prices.

I bought a $20 Montecristo and it was sour.

My girlfriend, who has zero knowledge on cigars, went to this shop to pick up some cigars for me. I told her what to get based on their website, and was met with texts after she had left the shop saying that the two men working had continuously made her feel uncomfortable her entire visit by checking her out, and giving her a hard time over her lack of knowledge. She left the store flustered and unsure of her purchases, feeling as though she had been overcharged, because she was just trying to leave and get away from the employees. I can honestly say I wont be coming back here, nor will I tell anyone to ever go here, since the employees cant handle themselves appropriately long enough to help someone make a purchase confidently, and without feeling like a piece of meat.

Just popped into Cigar World in search of client gifts for work. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Ali the owner helped us find the perfect gifts for reasonable prices. Great selection of cigar cases and cigars.

The guy that works there looks like he hates his job, and is always assuming some unpleasant stance. Not sure on expertise, he did recommend a few cigars but since I am not very eloquent with products so I cant say much on that or selection. He did offer to cut the cigars as well, and provided some matches and such.In all they just need to improve the guest experience, everything else is fine.

Helpful lady. Not much in terms of vape options buy then again it is a Cigar store. They have 3 type of vape liquids. 2 of them dont have nicotine and 1 does.

Complete rip off and overpriced, plan ahead and buy your cigars online. This establishment had a pile of hats for sale, they obviously got from cigar distributers. While this business unwise store thinks they were making a few dimes more they have lost dollars of my patronage. Does anyone know a good cigar shop in Tyson?

Very nice selection of Fuente smokes at impressive prices for a B&M. Only draw back is theres no lounge at this location. They also have all your typical Padrons and a nice selection of other smokes. Overall great store with friendly staff.
