Discovered this delightful store while driving through Vienna. The owner has a amazing talent for curating and displaying colorful clothing, hand bags, shoes, scarves, and jewelry. This is not your typical consignment shop! Many items are unique and in excellent condition. Lots of top shelf brands with fair prices that additionally decline over time. Im already looking forward to my next treasure hunt!

You can always find a treasure at Wardrobe Rescue! You will be welcomed warmly and can safely browse through all of the amazing treasures that are gorgeously displayed and very well priced! Masks are worn and the store is very well ventilated. Don’t miss this gem!

This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. You know that scene in pretty woman when the two blonde ladies make Julia Roberts feel like the gum on the bottom of their Louis Vuttons, that sums up my experience at Wardrobe Rescue, a consignment store of all places.I called the store earlier in the day mentioning that I had several items including some cocktail dressed and fall boots. Upon entering, the two sale staff stood over the clothes I brought in snickering and murmuring negative things about them for 35 minutes. Mind you, I brought in popular brands like Banana Republic, Nordstrom’s ect., but even if I brought something in from the dollar store, I’d expect staff to still treat me with dignity and respect.When they finally were through sifting through my clothes, they asked for my name three times and acted as if I didn’t have an appointment there. When I reminded them I had spoken to them just a few hours earlier, one of them asked condescendingly “where were the cocktail dresses you had mentioned on the phone then?“ as if I didn’t know what a cocktail dress was. I then had to point out the cocktail dresses on the rack of clothes I brought. While they picked 2 things out of the many clothes I brought in, the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I won’t be taking any money for the clothes, nor will I ever enter their store again.A note on their COVID policies, they have none. Not a single person was wearing a mask nor social distancing in the store. Perhaps, that’s why they looked at me with such disdain 😷

I’m a local 🏡🧝🏼‍♂️🏛 who has lived in Vienna most of my life. This store owner (Nicole, if that be how her first name is spelled) is not very kind. ☹️🙁 She is most only for profit.💰🤑 Rampant during these times, yet Never than more Recently have I seen a Draw Away from the homey Vienna VA feel, and she is the icing on the cake for my view of that. So next, regarding lack of some business acumen, this is not the first mention of such in this review: she lacks proper/standard jewelry care. There is No Jewelry Case, and one time me and another local were given the feel as though we were going to take some jewelry items and walk off with them. Though, maybe that was a cover up for us simply trying to be smarter shoppers, which is not illegal. Nicki, do be more considerate, at least. The word “I’m sorry…” at the start of something does exist for sake of being humble, even though I get that it’s overused. And while you don’t have to get to know every one of us from the area, you could be several spoonfuls of sugar more considerate. Maybe do consigning in a specific location, and less hawk eyeing customers (maybe put less out? I knocked over a bag hanging on the wall AC adjuster going by a regular narrow walk space from entering via street door entrance to bit past the counter… could not be seen at my height and was on the other side of the column…) and possibly also allow the associates to interact and sell more and not just put stuff back. Lastly, GET A JEWELRY CASE to put things in/behind post haste. That is store Jewelry Keeping 101, and isn’t even a favor telling because 99% of stores with any piece selling over $125 will place that behind a locked glass case… and very probably did from the start, or once something was taken, if such did happen to you last summer. (Queue in Billie Eilish👩‍🎤🎤 “duh” 🙄 there.)

I love this Store!!I always find treasures at reasonable prices.Nicky the Owner is so personable and sweet.I love Donna who is always so helpful and has exquisite taste!!You must visit this Vienna Gem.You will be glad you Did!

I have been going to Wardrobe Rescue for many years. I love finding unique items. Nicky has a great eye and has built up a wonderful group of consignors. Prices are reasonable for the quality and there are regular sales. Store is laid out well and she sets up interesting outfit ideas. Definitely worth checking out.

I love this place. Every time i went, I found something good. Staff are very friendly. It is easy to consign your stuff since they have walk in day.

Absolutely wonderful shop, amazing customer service and the women that were working (Nicki the beautiful blonde and another gorgeous woman with showstopping red hair) were SO incredibly personable and helpful. They really came through in a pinch and found exactly what I was looking for/needed. WOW the items here are lovely!! So many gems! Whoever picks things for this shop has quite an eye. I’ll be back, wild horses couldn’t keep me from returning to this lucky find.

This is my favorite place to go shopping in the area! I always find beautiful clothes in great condition for a fraction of the price of new clothes. All designer brands. Ive found great dresses for work as well as sundreases, shoes, bags, and more!

I typically eBay my pre-owned designer clothing but I decided to try out a consignment shop for the first time. WORST DECISION EVER! Not only did none of my items sell but I am now missing 2 original Stuart Weitzman shoeboxes so that if I want to try to sell them on eBay my resale value has now decreased significantly! On top of that the lady denies losing my shoeboxes even though she admits they typically keep them so that if purchased they can give them to the customer. The store failed to mark the tags to say that my items came with the original boxes and she now refuses to admit that could have been their error. I know for a fact that when I brought my items in they were in their original boxes and I did not go home with the boxes because I left with a bag of items they were not interested in and that bag did not have any boxes in it! I remember the day I went in to consign my items I didn’t find the workers there to be particularly friendly but today the lady was straight up rude! She even followed me out of the store and said “well what are you going to do about it?” And I said I would write a negative review. She said “go ahead! I’ll just write back about your attitude!”. Well the only reason I gave attitude is because they essentially lost a portion of the items that I consigned. So never again am I consigning or shopping here and you better believe I am writing negative reviews all over the place!

One of the women who works there is so rude ! Their store would be great except for this. So bad I wont go back !
