Very nice staff, always friendly even early in the morning witch can be hard to do for some people. Very clean, drive through runs pretty efficiently. Highly recommend this Starbucks better then the one in Gainsville where I live.

This places staff was fine but they were out of cake pops like always and i don’t recommend the new cookie almond milk drink it tasted like my candle wax in my room. But the staff was nice.

Store hours is not updated in google map, I drove for 15 minutes and arrived at5:37 pm, and I found it closed which wasted my time

The drive through was very slow for a weekday afternoon. Coffee was good though, and the barrista was excellent. There should have three of them, not one.

I love this Starbucks so much, all workers are friendly besides girl named Tess. She was rude and maybe it was just a bad day for her, but her attitude was very unneeded. We had a drink we usually order at all other Starbucks, but when we went, the staff had no clue what we were talking about (were nice about it). We described it to her and she did not know so we brought the picture up to the window. Then she proceeded to say how we could have just said the name at the window, which we did SEVERAL times. She also gave us our drinks with the wrong stuff on top as well. She needs to learn that when you work in the service industry and work with people, the customer is ALWAYS right.

This location is my favorite! Everywhere I have lived I have gotten coffee in the morning, every day, at the same time. This is the only location that recognizes me each day, says a super friendly hello, and genuinely makes my day brighter! The morning shift people ROCK and I really appreciate the awesome customer service.The parking lot is tough, so if it looks like the drive thru might back up definitely try to back into your spot. It’ll be easier to get out.

Honestly I am lost for words !!!! The volume of business here is unbelievable I thought I would be waiting in the drive thru for a hour! Not even close! I was in and out in less than a minute I was in complete shock from the service and window time speed the manger bri was extremely polite and persistent! Minus the lack of employees this store deserves a 10 star Honestly you will not be disappointed with the greeting and speed highly recommended for you vienna residents!!!

I this starbucks! the staff does a great job and is friendly even early in the morning. parking lot is small so best time to go is early or late before the other stores open. also easy walk in from the bike path.i would take a star off because they no longer sell newspapers. makes a second stop necessary in the morning just to get a paper. does someone not understand a paper goes with coffee!!!!!!

Friendly staff and speedy service. Got my drink in under two minutes.First time at this location but will definitely be coming back.They have one large table inside, lots of smaller tables lining the walls, bar seating, and outdoor seating.There are plenty of outlets!!! That alone deserves five stars.It looks like they have regulars. The staff has been greeting a lot of people by their names when they walk in the door.

This Starbucks has very good customer service. The staff there is always up beat and polite.

I wish they never took out the other two stores near noodles in company and the other one in Vienna, but at this Starbucks everyone is amazingly good and the service is pretty good. The food was good, and it didn’t take long what’s so ever. Every worker was very very nice. Overall I would give it 3/5 mainly just because of poor location choices.

Coffee of course is awesome. Staff is friendly and upbeat. Had some excitement we werent expecting in the shape of a flash flood that flooded the store after getting about 5 inches of rain in about 15 minutes. The employees handled it rather well, gave us plastic bags to tie around our legs to keep our shoes dry as we headed out into the flood. Kudos for not panicking or anything.

I just went through drive-through and John was my barista, he was absolutely wonderful, upbeat, chipper, sweet. It made my day. Definitely recommend

The staff always have a smile on their faces. Greet you by name and make you feel really good about coming in. I will go out of my way to get a coffee at this location. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Excellent customer service!!!

I love that they have a drive thru but the space itself is pretty small. It’s also awkward to pull out of the driveway especially during traffic. The staff is amazing!

This Starbucks opened to replace the other two in Vienna (both of which are now permanently closed) and is now in a much less accessible location. Even though the difference of a few blocks may seem small, this actually makes a big difference when Maple Avenue is congested. You could very easily reach both of the previous locations from either side of Maple Avenue without going on it, but you are now forced to no matter which direction you are coming from. For this reason, Starbucks in Vienna will almost never see my business. Why have a drive-thru when it is harder to get to the location in the first place?

My go to Starbucks store in the Tysons area. This area has long needed a Drive-Thru Starbucks and I am glad we finally got one and that too in a very good location (except for during rush hour). The staff is very friendly and the drinks are almost always made to perfection. The architecture is very modern with ample seating spaces. It is just isolated enough to stand as a separate business, yet blends in with the rest of the area well.

Its Starbucks, so its pretty consistent with what youd expect, with the only variables being the staff and the size and layout of the store. The staff here was fine in my experience, nothing negative to say, which means they are doing a good job. The store and parking lot, however are small, so if you are looking for a place to pick up a coffee or some other standard Starbucks item and continue on with your life, this store is as good as any. If you need a place to camp out with your laptop for a few hours, its probably best if you pay attention to the busy times to make sure youll have a spot.

The employees are always super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Fast service and the people make the morning that much better

Same great Starbucks quality and the staff here is typically very friendly. It does get busy, so a wait is not uncommon. It is a small place and very quaint with a great location. However, Starbucks drink making is a known acceptable thing - but the accoustics of this place are so bad that even when not very busy, it is difficult to talk to the person across from you. If they could figure out that issue and make it more practical to sit with another person, or relax on your own, my family would probably be there a lot... unfortunate.

Service is great, but they have a major sewage issue. Really uncomfortable to get coffee at the drive thru while sitting over an open sewage pit. Smells aweful, and must suck for the staff to smell all day:(

My kids and i come here every Sunday to spend quality time. The baristas are very friendly and always remember us. It is a special treat for the kids. thanks for making the atmosphere so nice too!

The parking lot can be a little cramped but the service is always great

Its a Starbucks, seemingly as good as any other, its a bit cramped but its convenient and has a drive thru! WiFi is more than fast enough for videos or basically anything else, and the people there are nice aswell.

Been going here since I went to high school down the street, nice to see that the staff is still friendly and fast! Recent experiences elsewhere make me appreciate it even move. Frapp was a little different than used to.

Starbucks quality. Mobile pick-up process is different from other stores; drinks are kept behind glass and you have to ask the busy barista for yours.

Double charged for a drink, and I had to prove the double charging to the manager by going home and printing out receipt. I don’t they cared about it other than being caught.

The outside lines in the drive thru is out to the street.Its not the employees fault its the people who are on their phones and wont move when their supposed to,but texting and they, need to keep going, Pay attention to their driving.

Good location, but not incredibly clean. I have been there twice and each time noticed the cleanliness. However with that being said, they have a very friendly staff.

So this is a somewhat newish starbucks in vienna. They closed down the other two that had been long standing and pretty great consistently! When this one opened I and many other people were very excited because of the location and the fact that it was a drive-through. Sadly this location has been such a let down. Every time I order here there is something wrong with the order. The staff is not really friendly really... We have had many encounters of rudness which has thrown us when it has happened. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Then there was the puzzling question that arose when we had asked one employee what coffee they recommended and we got the response of “im not really sure. I dont drink coffee. Most of the employees that work here dont drink anything here because we dont really like it” ...like what...? So does starbucks not train their employees about their coffee and how to talk about it to their customers?? Very odd. Hopefully this starbucks can get back to the standard quality of service and product expected. Not expecting fireworks and red carpets...just consistent service, pleasant employees, but also knowledgeable employees.

We not only waited on the drive thew but we waited 35min to get 2 pour over in side of this place and by the way didnt come out right ... but wait it get worse I counted 6 barista ..by the way not proceger where being followed z Starbucks stands from pos to til finished no names on cups nothing I will never come here again ..stayaway..fyi..I worked 6 pluse year at Starbucks in NYC.... dont do it to your self stayaway

So sad. I am Starbucks loyal to a point but new location is the pits. Hard to get in and out of busy street. Impossible if want to go in opposite direction. Why in the world would they close BOTH Starbucks in Vienna and open one next to Peets and away from dowtown? Crazy.

Wonderful place, great service. Its a neighborhood coffee shop, with a lot of regulars and bright, friendly baristas. The only downside is that its occasionally too crowded, even with other coffee shops opening up all over Vienna.

This Starbucks is conveniently located a few blocks from where I work, and luckily it is more of a residential destination which makes getting in and out fairly easy. There are high tips and a few tables. The staff is hospitable and quick.

Narrow parking and very tight, limited seating area. The drive through not easy, I am surprised with this new location how they build it like this way.

Great location but the drive through is VERY slow!!! I waited 30 minutes and there was no way for me to leave the line!

Coffee is always on point and staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. AND I drink my coffee black so I know when people screw up a brew. They never do at that location...

This is MY Starbucks! I go here at least 2 to 3 times a week right before work and preorder on my app. Staff are all so friendly and kind, not moody or rude when you walk up to order. Its never pleasant to start your morning with a rude/moody person who hates their job. Not at this location though, even their drive thru person makes you smile and takes your order promptly, keeps the line moving at a good pace. Location may not be the best, but they do have a small sitting area outdoors. I personally loved their old location next to the chinese restaurant but that was more for convenience.

Great Starbucks, in not sure why there are 2 Starbucks so close to each other but Ive been to both of them multiple times. Customer service at this location is just as good as the other. The only gripe I have about this mission is that they repeatedly run out of oatmeal raisin cookies. All in all I still come to this location depending on which direction Im coming from.

Well, this is my 2nd visit to this location. The first time, my order went into the black hole and even though it wasnt busy, the 2 sets of people who came in after me managed to receive their orders first. I had to go ask about mine.This time, while my first order, service was quick, the quality of the drink was not great. A drink I buy often, seemed to have too much ice in the blend, so it diluted the flavor.With my 2nd order--an attempt to add flavor to my 1st order, the server stopped making my drink to go see a dog in the drive thru lane. They seem to get distracted very easily.I noticed a Peets Coffe a block over...I may have to try them out the next time. :(

There are two Starbucks next to each other. This one and the one located at 207 Maple Ave. Whenever I go to Starbucks, I go to this one even if 207 is closer to my home. Why? Because the service is better. The people are polite and my drink is quickly finished.

The place was cold, the coffee wasnt impressive. I had to repeat my order 3 times before the barista got it right.

Why did it take 20 mins to get 2 drinks. There was barely any line and they had at least 4 baristas working. And than I asked for a splash in my pour over and my coffee was basically more milk than anything.

Starbucks is still queen of the morning beverage and breakfast treats! Staff is fast and at the same time you can have a conversation with them. Free Wi-Fi and decent space for you and your laptop. Is in the heart of Vienna so local regulars are around daily.

Very cool bar to work at with numerous plug-ins for electronics, but pretty busy and the store is small so it feels very crowded easily.

I go to this store every day to pick up my coffee. The staff are normally extremely friendly, but when I asked for my drink to be slightly altered, I got an attitude back from the barista. I tried to remedy this by saying Thank you so much (multiple times) and I didnt even get a response.....It was just a strange experience from what Im used to at Starbucks. Most of the time if you dont like a drink the barista will remake it right away with no extra charge. I just asked for a little more milk.I guess since I go there every day, spending well over $30 a week, I was hoping the barista would be more accommodating oh well....
