THE WORST SUPERVISOR!! I live in Alexandria and usually come to Vienna because of the great service this particular location has. From the moment I walked in ASHLEY CRAFT was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She was discriminatory against me and basically yelled at me regarding questions I had about printing an email. I treat everyone with respect and expect the same but she was far from respectful. I couldnt believe she was the supervisor! She needs to be demoted but furthermore I will not return to this location because of the horrible service and the way I was treated!!!!

Came here for TSA PreCheck and was happily surprised. I did not have an appointment and was in and out within 15 minutes. Plus the hours are manageable. If you need to do TSA PreCheck come here and skip the airport ones with random hours.

Josh behind the printing and marketing counter was SO helpful! I only went in to print a shipping label and was going to head to the post office next, until he told me that staples could ship the item for me. He even politely helped me tape up my box. Thanks so much.

Went in to ask if they offer custom framing services, one nice staff member directed me to the printing services, confirming they do offer custom framing. When I went there I patiently waited for the staff member at the station to finish helping another customer. When she was done, before I got to even ask anything she went “what do you need?” in a very rude and almost annoyed manner. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t offer custom framing. Please inform your employees about what types of services the store offers, and also don’t hire rude employees in a customer-based setting.

We were struggling to print our photos for an international passport on a glossy paper in the prefixed format, and visited multiple stores like Office depot and CVS, and only at last we were really helped at Staples. Mr. Sanders was extremely kind and helpful, and didn’t give up on us. He kept trying until past 9 pm, which when the store is closing. It is so rare to find people that do their jobs by going above and beyond, and I feel extremely lucky that Mr. Sanders was the person who helped us out big time and saved the hustle and stress before my next day appointment at the embassy. Customer service is rarely met by expectations, but in this situation it overcame our expectations. I believe there should be more people hired at jobs with this kind of attitude towards customers and sincerity to help someone out. I greatly appreciate his kindness and his help!!! If I could rate 100 and not 10, I would give all the top ratings for Mr. Sanders!!!! He is the man!!!

Fode went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Kept a positive attitude & he was knowledgeable about printers and services offered; very helpful! Thank you!Downside: I noticed he was assisting many customers at once. They may need more employees.

Joshu Harrington the store supervisor was great in helping me out with the protection plan for a headphone, he gave extra time and made sure I receive the correct item from my receipt. He has exceptional customer service. Anyone need help at the tyson staples he will be the right person to help you out. Thank you Joshua, excellent service!

DO NOT get copies or plots here. They dont tell you they ran out of paper until you pick your stuff up. Managers are worthless. Go somewhere else. Twice in one week this happened.

The supervisor at this staples refused to process my order cancellation refund. I placed an online order in store earlier, returned to cancel it, and was refused. I spoke with phone support (who were helpful), and they told this supervisor what to do, how to do it, and that he was authorized to do it (per policy), and he refused and lied to me about being able to do it.

This is a wonderful Staples location. I shop at this store frequently for my buisness supplies. Everytime I walk in the store I am greeted by a staff member who is cheerful and willing to help me find something if I need it. It is this type of customer service that makes me a loyal customer.

GO TO OFFICE DEPOT INSTEAD!!!!Wife and daughter went to this Staples location to get printer ink...seems simple enough. Sales associate, who I think was also the manager, was rude for no particular reason. He proceeded to throw the ink down on the counter, told my wife to take the receipt out of the register herself, did not provide a bag, and acted like it was a trouble for him to check out a customer buying merchandise at his store. With so many choices I recommend against going to this Staples store. I know we will be going elsewhere in the future.

If I were able to give negative stars, I would. This place broke my less than a year old computer and would not admit it.I brought my computer in for data restoration on 7/19. The technician inspected my computer at acceptance and did not note any screen damage. They later called me telling me they were not able to restore my data. Fine. I went to pick up my computer and noticed the screen was damaged right away.I pointed out the damaged screen and the tech Abey and the store manager Fode both immediately said it was damaged before sending to their store. I showed them the acceptance paperwork where no screen damage was noted. They admitted but refused to provide a solution until speaking to their division manager.I needed the computer back to send in HP for hard drive repair under warranty, and requested they provide a written statement admitting they are responsible for the screen. Manager Fode agreed, but said the statement had to be written by the division manager, who would be there on 7/22. We agreed, left the computer there and left.On 7/22 Fode further pushed his commitment and said the division manager need to review the case and give me my computer back on 7/24. Now it is 7/24 I called them they claimed that after reviewing videos they did not find anyone breaking the computer in the store, therefore it must be my own fault the screen was damaged. They asked me to take my computer back because they are not able to provide anything.I have filed an official complaint to staples but I need to take my computer back, find another place to recover my data, and send to HP for warranty repair.My HP warranty expires in 6 days so I am running out of time to do all these things. I will not let go easy and will hold Staples responsible if I miss my warranty window.

Basically scammed about $37 from my elderly mother, between the print and fax charges. Printer wouldnt print PDF in the correct orientation so unhelpful staff printed it on more expensive paper and charged for their assistance. Just terrible.

Check your receipts! I went here for school supplies and the backpack my son picked out had a manufacture suggested price tag of $45.99. The price at the register was $60.99. I have seen where stores leave those tags on and charge less, but not the other way around.I had to specifically ask for the advertised discount of 25% off regularly priced school supplies if you buy the backpack. They gave me the correct prices on both accounts, but only because I caught the mistakes. I sure that they are glad to if only 1 and 100 customers actually look at the receipt.
