Every time I go to this location, Im always greeted and asked if I need any help.Recently, I came into the store to buy a printer and I was immediately helped by one of the associates. He helped me figure out which printer fit my needs the best within my price range. I wish I remembered his name but it slipped my mind to ask!Soe was super friendly and patient with me at check out. I had some issues with my card and ran to my car to get another one. He also found someone help me carry the printer to my car.
Good location… Horrible service. My girlfriend and I went in to exchange items this past Saturday. What was supposed to be a routine stop turned in to a comedy of errors.First was an Apple Care issue due to a delivery service error on part of Best Buy. Next there was an issue with Best Buy points on our account for a recent -purchase that were not accounted for. Now while all issues did not originate from this store, there handling of the situation was awful.An associate named Neyda was rude an unprofessional. She made an incorrect statement about Apple Care coverage which was later corrected by her manager Josh. Unfortunately, instead than taking accountability and apologizing for her mistake, she decided to have a back and forth with my girlfriend. The most disappointing part of this incident was that all while this exchange was happening, the assistant manager (Josh) stood right there and took little to no action.While its understandable that friendships exist in the work, this should NOT stand in the way of a learning opportunity, especially if that associate is in the wrong. I hope they will correct this as this does not encourage future experiences with this store brand ( let alone this location).
Horrible experience with fridge installation. We had a fridge installation with best buy this afternoon. Firstly the installation representative sent over spoke little to no english. It was a massive challenge for us to communicate with him to understand his concerns and proceed with the installation. During the installation some problems arose but both the best buy representative weren’t helpful and kept throwing legal jargons at us. We told the installation driver to wait while we deal with the water pipe inside. We unplugged the water pipe ourselves(something they should have done) and went outside to inform them but the delivery guy just ran away without informing us. Now we have a fridge in the middle of our house, all water for the house shut and no refrigerator. I called best buy repeatedly but no response and it’s hard to get in touch with a representative. Not even that I had a representative hang up on us on phone. This have been a very unprofessional experience and would never buy anything from best buy every again
I dont know if stock isnt being delivered, but that store reminded me of a sacked discount store. Dirty. Unorganized. Nothing to choose from. But the staff was excellent. I gave it 4 stars due to the staff being so good.
Went in looking for a tablet I saw online, and wanted to check it out before buying. Employees had a little issue at first finding it in the back, and brought out the wrong one. After a little while longer the correct one was brought out, and they were nice enough to allow me to charge and verify the screen was fine. I asked to have the tablet wrapped up or protected from myself because I know it would have been dropped. Taken care of with no problem and was on my way. Positive experience only negative was the wait.
Milton was very helpful and knowledgeable and took his time with me. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Kudos to him and Best Buy.

I got in and out within a couple of minutes.Honestly speaking, it was just a refreshing change (especially to how it was years ago), that Im actually planning to go back and buy a laptop in person rather than buy it off Amazon or similar online retailer.Edited to add: this review was mostly about retail staff. I wouldve like to see more in-store selection options. It looked a little bare.

Got a new phone on bestbuy.com and bought their accidental protection plan last weekend. Right before the otterbox case arrived this afternoon, I dropped and cracked the corner of the screen. 🙄 since this Best Buy was nearby, I decided to see what they can do. Of the years I have a protection plan, I have never used it. So glad I got this one at best buy. Because they do not fix the Samsung screens at this time, but will in the near future, the plan offers a replacement phone for $199.99 plus tax. Because this is a brand new phone, I decided to get the replacement even though the Crack is not noticeable. The young men working at Geek Squad were so polite. Very refreshing given the younger generation were raised differently. For the replacement phone, they cant just give me a new one. They have to order me one with the exact same serial number so that I dont have to reactivate the phone and pay another reactivate fee. UPS will deliver the new phone and the packaging needed to return the damaged phone will be provided. Everything sounds real easy except I will have to reset up the new phone ... again. I highly recommend this best buy, other employees were very helpful and polite.

Best buys service is horrible now, completely gone down hill. Its dirty, the people dont know about the products and are rude with the I dont care attitude, I went to look at TVs and sound system and most of the stuff isnt connected right and or doesnt work and we are talking about an electronics store Its a shame..........

They had what I needed and I was directed quickly by staff but theres an odd energy here. They watch/follow you. Almost uncomfortably... Mightve been some issues with theft there recently or something. Could almost swear security was tailing me specifically. Who knows. - 1 star for having creepy security but otherwise quick in and out experience.
Just went to Best Buy to pick up my Mac Book curbside Pick up. Employee check my ID and best buy app. He refused to give me my item while parked in the car. He gave me a number and told me to call and have them release it to me. Called up customer service, who told me theres no reason why they shouldnt be able to release to me. I had to go in and they checked my ID again, this time under Black light. Then gave it to me. I Guess a black man in VA tryna buy a Mac Book is not common for the people here. Been a Best Buy Elite+ member for 3 years and this is how I get treated. If your black. Choose a different store.

Horrible!!! I picked up my samsung earbuds ordered online. The clerk looked at the item, looked at me, then said, its great that in your old age you listen to music! Im 62 and it was funny, but I figured management would like to know. I called the store later. They dont accept calls but referred me to the national office. The national office suggested I return to the store to file a complaint. I said that they should take my statement so they did since Im not complaining, just offering my story for their and their employees benefit. They asked what I wanted. I told them I wanted a communication that the employee had been counseled. Again, they said I should return to the store. I said I would not since I didnt want to take the extra time. I was trying to be helpful and that it was their problem rather than mine. Im still waiting after a week. What do you want to bet Ill never hear from Best Buy?

We went here to get our 5th Gen 2017 iPad screen which was cracked. The Best Buy website says this Best Buy can do the repair and the cost will be $90. The website says that this Best Buy is an Apple Authorized Repair center.We wait for a Geek Squad member to come look at and he says they dont do that repair. Says the Best Buy website is wrong. He then says he can sell us a refurbished one for $250 if we trade our broken one in. Why would I want a 2017 era refurbished one for $80 less than a brand new one? So shady and condescending.
Great staff and great prices here, went to microcenter earlier today to buy a gaming PC, they promptly told me to leave and were very rude. The staff at this best buy went above and beyond to help get me what I wanted and in my price range. They got me a better PC for less money than what microcenter had quoted me weeks ago! Love this Best Buy.

Avyan from the mobile department has amazing customer service skills. He was very helpful, patient, and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and was able to set up my mothers cell phone ALL the way. This is the Best Buy that I remember from years ago when customers were a priority. He deserves a bonus!!

The seal around the $250 beverage cooler door broke in about 4 weeks and they refused to help if you have any problems after 15 days. It been sitting in the back office room since I got it and has not been heavily used or moved around.

I really didn’t want to write a bad review :( This is just for getting a hold of them on the phone.I obviously want to see if they have my item in stock before I come into the store, and also wanted to ask a couple questions with a team member that I can’t find the answer to online. Right when it opened I’ve called 4 times and been placed on hold with no response. I’m currently on hold right now!!! I get if the store is busy but just picking up and saying you’ll be with me shortly would suffice!!!! :(((
Would give zero starts for geek squad at tysons Best Buy if I could. I spoke with someone from geek squad on the phone yesterday about getting my iPad screen replaced. He quoted me a price and said I could come in tomorrow (which is today). Today I bring it in and am told they don’t replace iPad screens at all. The only option they gave me was to mail in my current 4yo iPad generation 5 and get a refurbished iPad generation 5 for $250!
This is a great place to get all of your electronics and games. The staff is very helpful if you need to find something. I love Best Buy because they greet you at the door, then they ask you if you need help with anything.

Weve been trying for FOUR WEEKS to get a washer/dryer installed. Each time Ive had to miss work to be there. First time, the subcontractor came and measured. 2nd and 3rd times (for installation): NO SHOWS. No call, nothing. Finally the installers came today. First they said they couldnt get it in the front gate. I opened the gate the OTHER WAY for them. Oh... Then they said it wouldnt fit in the utility closet (though wed gotten the space measured.) Then they said they didnt have the hose. And that wed need to get a plumber to install a drain pipe under the unit (there is no drainage under the unit, its just a pan for drips.) And that wed have to get a handyman to remove the utility closet door because they dont do that either. The first guys said nothing about the closet door or a drain pan pipe. Just a disaster all around. And forget trying to get Best Buy to ANSWER THE PHONE. DONT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY!!!
Was there for a return and was able to get in and out in ~5 min. Even though purchase took place at out of state store and associate was initially concerned could not take-did a bit of quick research to determine could without issue. Rare unfortunately these days to see retail associate take initiative and go above and beyond without asking or conflict needed first. Associates are generally all quite friendly to deal with at this location in my experience.
Bought the iPhone 12 pro online a week ago and told that it would be ready by Saturday. That day passes and the order changed to delayed. Got in-contact with support and they said that they are shipping the phone from another store to this store. Weird that the website said they would have the inventory and it be ready on Saturday, when they are just shipping it from another store. They had a whole week to ship it but I guess they waited till the last second to do it. Hopefully I get a pick up notification today or tomorrow.Edit: Had to drop the rating down because I found out they never had the phone in stock as the website said. So they had to ship it in from another Best Buy store. Won’t be available for pick up till the end of the week. Super disappointing as I was expecting to get it the Saturday that I was told it would be available. Never getting a new iPhone here again.
I bought a computer today with the help of Hamza and I am super happy with my purchase. the customer service right there is really amazing, Hamza has been super helpful and patient with me he answered all of my questions and I really recommend asking him for help if you go there I also had millions of questions regarding a Phone and Milton went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions so this has been one of my favorite experiences in a Best Buy shop

We still like to go to Best Buy. Plus using there credit card and get rewards and money taken off of the final price. Everyone very nice.
I like Best Buy for the rich assortment. But the mess in the store is worse than in Walmart. Walmart does their best to keep everything in order, while Best Buy does not. Nowadays they have electronic labels, but most of them are misplaced.

I wanted to give Best Buy another shot by going to the store and making a simple purchase before getting stuff online...again, however, they lost another chance with incompetent and rude customer service. They ask you if you need assistance and then take you from aisle to,aisle and cannot even address your request, plus they have an attitude. Such a sad story how the quality of service has diminished at Best Buy. No wonder this store is almost always empty.

Excellent customer service. I returned a defective software product here after the Best Buy in Reston refused to even listen to the problem. The salesperson Erika was great. She and the manager who helped were very efficient.
The store was neat and organized. Everyone was super helpful. The young woman, Nahaal, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would not hesitate to make a purchase from this Best Buy location. However, we are looking to buy a refrigerator. Due to COVID-19 many of the models we were most interested in are all unavailable and in back order. This is not BB fault but makes the buying process a lot more complicated and expensive.

NOVA customers! DO NOT BUY GEEK SQUAD protection warranty for samsung devices from BestBuy in this area. They WILL not repair cracked screens for the $70 agreement. They will force you to replace your device for $200. The protection is worthless! The closest samsung authorized repair store is in Newport News!

I went (on 02/07/2021 around 5:15pm) to return an online order for a laptop. A BestBuy employee Jenny was cold and inattentive, after reviewing the receipt she said only store credit will be issued since I missed the return window. I told her that on the app and when I ordered the item the return window was extended for another two weeks. She seemed oblivious to the fact and asked me to show her. While I was downloading the app, another employee comes by and she tells him only store credit should be issued. She asked three times did you get the info yet while the app was slowly loading, finally I told her to give me a minute. When I showed her what she was looking for she pressed a key at the cash register and gave me the refund, no thanks no have a nice day very cold made made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. when I left I said to myself I would not buy nor be BestBuy my first choice to buy any electronics for my family due to the bad service I received.
They sold a product to my son with out a game code. We went back to the store and were told to call 800 number on the box. The number were to there customer service and he was told that there is nothing that they can do and it is store problem. Why are you selling a product that you cant provide a game code to. You just lost a customer.
Beware, I bought a washing machine from here and it is by far the most obnoxious and loud thing in my home (and I have 2 young children). The noise is so loud we can’t run it while the kids are napping because it wakes them up. I contacted the store on multiple occasions with no response. After enough nagging they FINALLY sent someone out to investigate. I was 1st told I was going to have to pay for half the repairs despite being a month old and after 2 visits they really didn’t have a solution to why the machine is so loud. I was told if it continues to call them back. Well it never stopped. I’ve finally just given in and accepted that I bought a 1,000k lemon. I’m also reaching out to Lg but just want others to be aware of this particular location and their lack of customer care.

I went for an appointment a few weeks ago with the Geek Squad. All coronavirus measures that they can control were in place. And there was a Karen next to me yelling (without a mask on) and threatening the employees because she didnt freaking understand her problem was with Apple, not with them. But they handled her very professionally. Im guessing by now masks are required for entry, but I dont know. The Geek Squad quickly and thoroughly provided my service and Id recommend this location to anyone.

I was told I could price match a tv deal on Black Friday by a bestbuy home theater supervisor in another retail store. I asked him at least 5 times if this is guaranteed before I made the purchase. He gave me the instruction to order it on Nov 19 and then come on Black Friday to do price match. Mind you, I have never heard of the concept price match and was introduced to this idea by a Bestbuy employee. I came to this store on Friday, Nov 27 and was shocked to find out there can’t be a price match (even though I was told to purchase it beforehand and do the price match on black Friday). The manager at the store was being super rude and acted like I made up the entire story. I even handed him the name card of the supervisor who told me about it and I tried to call that person but they won’t pick up the phone. I was kindly asking him what’s going on since I’m super confused and he lost impatience and told me no price match, bye, I have other customers. I guess even though I spent over $500+ and I’m still not a qualifying customer for a thorough explanation and for them to help fix THEIR mistake???
