If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy ladies are INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. The pharmacy manager is also very rude. They refuse to help you if even one thing is wrong in their computer and won’t take the next steps to even look into it. They told me my prescription wasn’t ready and they have no record of any being put in. I literally went on my phone and pulled up the text message saying that my prescription was ready and then they finally helped me. They said it was a “mistake on their end” and then just handed me my prescription with no apology. I don’t understand how anyone can be that rude especially if you are the pharmacy manager. Shouldn’t you be willing to help? I just don’t get it.
You wait 15-30 minutes to speak to someone and then Swati decides to answer, then hang up. Call again and get Swati who doesn’t hang up this time, but is totally rude and unprofessional when trying to get information on medication. Their phone lines are also awful, the voicemail message is messed up and there’s a clicking sound over the phone (I’ve only had this issue with them and no other office)
The service at pharmacy is terrible. I always have to wait at least 20-30min to talk to someone there. Today, I waited 15 min to talk to person at pick up and told me to talk to someone at drop-off. After another 15 min, they told me to wait another 10 min and hop on the line again to get my prescription. The lady even rolled her eyes with very unkind manner and it is not ready! I have to go to the end of line again to wait!!! I am very angry with their service and would never be back here again!
They keep the store clean and picking up medication is quick.
PRESCRIPTION SKIMMING at Vienna CVS on Maple Avenue: I want to make a very serious accusation. Someone at this pharmacy is skimming prescriptions probably for their own use or to sell. They filled a prescription for me on October 22, 2020 of a controlled medication. Instead of 35 tablets listed on the bottle, they gave me 22. I immediately took a picture of the 22 tablets while I was still in the parking lot. I showed my husband and we both counted them. 13 missing tablets. These medications have to be double counted at the pharmacy when they are dispersed, so it is very unlikely that it was a mistake. If there was a mistake, their inventory would show 13 extra Tablets. I had just gotten out of the hospital for a severe allergic reaction which was still raging, so I didn’t feel up to confronting the pharmacist that day. I returned a week later and spoke to the pharmacist. I remembered it was her who filled my prescription. She looked it up in their computer and confirmed that it was her who filled it. I told her I wanted to report the prescription skimming. She offered to give me more of the medicine. I said I didn’t need it any more, the medical issue had resolved, but I wanted to report the incident to whoever was in charge. She said she was in charge and would tell her staff. She would not let me speak to anyone else. Something very wrong is going on at CVS pharmacy in Vienna on Maple. I have switched pharmacies, and told all my health care providers about the irregularity. Check your prescriptions filled there carefully and consider going somewhere else.

We took passport photos there they charged $15 for each picture.The woman who took pictures was rude and the pictures were horrible and she refused to take another picture . We had to go to Walmart to take pictures. Avoid taking passport photos there they are horrible.

I spent over 90 minutes on hold with the pharmacy here today. The last time ended after 33 minutes, but only because I showered, got dressed and just drove to the store, all while on hold. They then asked that I wait in the consultation line, which was three people deep and hadn’t moved in the 10 minutes I’d been standing there. Just shockingly poor customer service.
I wish I had the capability of given a zero stars rating. The pharmacist is a unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service. Such a bad attitude and not able to treat customers with respect. I drove 20 minutes to pick up medicine at this location and I was refused a critical prescription I need for my wife. I do not recommend this place to anyone and deal with this pharmacist at your own risk.
I was on hold for over 2 hours total today with the pharmacy. The one time they did pick up, they were kind and asked what I needed help with. I was hopeful, maybe I could finally get my problem solved and get off the phone to live my life and do more important things than being on hold with this pharmacy. I explained what I needed help with and they just put me on hold again after I told them. My family and I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years, and Im disappointed about how terrible the customer service has gotten.

This store is ALWAYS busy; and, I think the staff here all deserve 5 stars for what I think is definitely trying their best to serve customers, some of which I have observed to be very demanding and rude. The pharmacy staff are always handling multiple calls and customers at a time, so when there is a line, I try to give them some patience.
I hate this location. They told me your prescription is ready after 15 min so after 25 min I asked them they said not ready, its ready after 10 min. So I am here 40 min here. I am sick and cat stay long time.This is the fourth time this happened to me.
That best, and only, reason I went to this CVS was the 24 hour pharmacy. That ended December 2016. No reason to pass the other 15 drug stores between my house and here anymore.

The worst pharmacy ever, they gave me my medicine in a bag and when I got home I realized that they gave me half of it and they charged me for the full amount. It’s a theft and I can’t say anything else
These reviewers dont give this CVS enough credit.Yes there were lines the 3 times I went there, during the day, on a week day. Yes there was one person didnt quite seem to know his/her way around the system. But that was because the manufacturer coupon I had was so unbelievably difficult to apply. Its the staff dedication and patience that brought my prescription from $100 down to $9. Absolutely worth the wait.Considering the demand for that area, the service here is actually on point.

They computer systems for check out seam to be broken? And the self check out also seams to be broken. Cvs should send some technicians to fix these issues...
They do not have anything in stock. My sister and I were both let down at the same time for different reasons. The employees are constantly having to recommend like products due to poor stock. Had to stand in line multiple times while it was busy, wanted a specific sinus decongestant and took a card from the shelf saying pick up at counter, stood in line waiting to just pick up a 20ct sinus medicine but they only had it in bulk and tried to get me to buy twice as many as needed for twice the price.Then after waiting for my sister to be helped for the second time we waited for them to check to see if they had a similar medicine since the one she came in for was out, it took 20 minutes and then the employee said oh are you waiting to see if we have the other medicine we said yeah, they bring over a medicine that is 5 times the price and so they wasted 40 minutes of our time.

Horrible store. I just called for assistance and the picked up and immediately hung up the phone. This is why drugstores are closing down. Nobody wants to provide good customer service to save their jobs.
I bought OSELTAMVIR 75 MG 10 Capsules and PROAIR HFA INHALER on 03/30/2018 for my wife in CVS Vienna. They charged me 180$. I gave my CVS INSURANCE card for my medicine, but they said that these medicines will not be covered in my CVS insurance card.I believed and I paid full amount.Since I was affected by same flu, I bought the same medicine on 3/31/2018 But this time I bought in Vienna Drugh Center. I gave my the same CVS Insurance card. Vienna Drugh Center accepted my Insurance card and they charged the copay amount just 25$ for the same medicine.I felt that I was cheeted and this is my honest feedback that CVS looting/cheeting money from people.

Worst customer service ever, never get your medication from this store. I came by Friday, non in stock. They gave me a few till Monday. Monday out of stock and ontop of it the guy was rude and only gave me 1 pill when Im supposed to have 2. Now today, Tuesday I come in and they tell me to wait 15mins. I wait half and hour and its still not ready. Ontop of which many other people were fussing with them about their medication. Point is, do not come to this store to get medication, they used to be good, but now their customer service is terrible.
