Recently I had a great deal of work done on my car which cost almost $2000. After I paid and left the station, they called me because they had noticed that they had forgotten to credit my coupon and owed me $40. They asked me to come back to get it, which I did. Integrity like that is very hard to find these days, and it guarantees a customer for life. I will be going back for all services, as long as it is there. I would highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and efficient service, but pricey.

This was a routine service on my 4 year old Subaru. As usual everything went smoothly. I asked Dave to check the maintenance schedule to see if anything else needed to be done. He called back to let me know everything was up to date and all we needed was the routine. Usual ease of setting up the appointment and the car was done on time. Love these guys. Thats why weve been customers 17+ years.

Best gas station in the Vienna area. I always get my gas and snack from there. They offer free air which is very generous from them. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Took my car in for an inspection. Its run fine all day. Get to the station and suddenly it wont start. My starter is bad. Too suspect. Not coming here ever again. Julius was my inspector. Im not entirely convinced hes qualified to be doing this.

Took my car for to Sunoco Maple Ave for Va. inspection, they found the tires needed to be replaced. Ordered new tires online, Sunoco Maple Ave put them on my car and reinspected it. All done quickly and efficiently, and for a reasonable price.

This is a very fine place to go for oil changes. Some of the staff is very friendly, and others are curt. Their charges for labor are outrageous, especially compared to others in the area. They will easily charge double. I received a quote for $730 to replace a broken rubber part. The part is $30-$50 online and for my car specifically, it was replaceable without any extensive disassembly. This has been my experience many times at this Sunoco, with parts such as brakes, headlights, alternator. Highly discourage using their services outside of oil changes.

I was told that I could arrive between 8am and 8:30am for my service appointment today. I arrived at 8:15am and they said I missed my window and they couldn’t take me until late afternoon. Their customer service was very poor today. Despite having a generally very good experience after a decade+ of service at this shop, I’m moving on to another repair place. Disappointed - I really liked this shop.

Dont go here to get your state inspection. The mechanics are rude and the place is disorganized. There is no signage as to where to pull up for your inspection. The shop man condescendingly told me to pull up behind a row of parked cars, as if I was supposed to just know. Then they took the car that came after me first. Why? I dont know? To be d-bags?Probably. If my inspection sticker hadnt of expired the next day I would have gone somewhere else.

They seemed so organized and effecient, not to mention certified etc. They were indifferent about completely misplacing my paper work from an obvious miscommunication between the mechanic and the shift manager. Then tried to claim they called when they hadnt. Seems due to location theyve got enough business they dont have to really on providing good service.Gas pumps are new and fast.

Had an 11 am appt for oil change. Arrived at 1050 am and waited for my car. At 1145 I asked when anyone would be doing my oil change. I was looked at like I had 3 heads. I asked the tech what was going on, and he said he had the work ticket, but no keys....HE NEVER EVEN ASKED ANYONE FOR THE KEYS...the work order just sat on his shelf. The mgr then came back in and he had never given the keys to the tech with the work order; they were sitting next to his computer screen all the time. Tech took car in and oil change was miraculously done in about 15 minutes. NEVER received an apology from the mgr for the unnecessary delay. He seemed surprised that I was annoyed by his lack of concern. I complained that he was charging me full price for the service despite the mistakes and his poor attitude. He said he wasnt charging me full price, he was giving me $10 off (the $10 off was the coupon I brought in with me!!) I have been a customer at Oakton Sunoco for almost 10 years, and had to go to Vienna because the tech at Oakton was on vacation. Will never go back to Vienna again, may not go back to Oakton either!!!! VERY disappointed with the handling of the matter by the manager at Vienna, David.

Do not bring your car here unless you enjoy being ripped off!Avoid, avoid, avoid!They will charge you but will not do the job.They clearly survive taking advantage of old people and people who dont know their car and/or have no idea about cars.I made the mistake of trying to save some money by getting my car service and emissions inspection done at this place instead of the car dealership.I learned the hard way at the DMV while trying to title and register my car that the emissions inspection was never done even I was charged for it.I also learned the hard way while driving on the highway that they did not do the car maintenance service correctly when suddenly the oil light turned on.

The staff is always friendly and professional . They make using a local business an easy call. I appreciate having them as a go to .

The worest place ever. The Worest customer service and very rude labors. Very long waiting time and don t belive them if they said 2 hours because it will turn to be 4 hours . Prices is not cheap.Don t recommend that place.
