I have ordered from this store many times. The service has been exceptionally good. The quality of fruits and on time delivery is Awesome.

This might be one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. On behalf of work team, I agree to order a $125 gift for new boss. Logged in, added items, selected (available) next day delivery, placed order. Snowstorm hits DC area, no contact from store. 2 days later, still no delivery, use on-line order tracking, get a response that store manager will call within 48 hrs. 2 more days later, tried again; system said I already left a message, store manager will call. Checked again on-line, order shows cancelled. No call, no e-mail, no notification of any sort. Did get 3 marketing offers....grrr. Then called corporate, asked for credit toward replacement order. Lots of excuses, no apology, no go forward. Ive been ordering from Edible Arrangements stores in the US for years, and never had anything but good experiences. No longer an EA customer, sadly.
Ordered a small gift from here to be delivered to coworker following the passing of a family member. It was incredibly easy to place my order, to be delivered on a future date. The recipient loved her gift. I do want to note that I ordered online so I cannot speak to the in-store customer service.
Not open during advertised hours. Was told I needed to pick up my order and they never answered the phone and was locked when I got there well before close. No answering machine. No note on the door stating different hours.3/12: Called today. Their advertised hours are different than the real hours but they were nice and offered to remake the order so I can pickup on Sunday.

I made the order to my girlfriend and she has been waiting for it for 5 hours! Its awful because the deliveryman said hed be in an hour! She tried to call him several times but couldnt get through. It broke her plans and ruined the day. Fortunately the fruit were fresh and tasty. We dont have complaints about it but you need to do something with delivery service.
Five star for the Arrangement.No star for the delivery service. They left it on the top of the public mail boxes outside at the wrong court yard. Fortunately, our neighbor saw it and bring it to us.These are perishable and I paid for the delivery to the door. It wasnt like a locked community. Anyone could come knock on our door.If they were lost, they could have called.We call them to let them know of what happen. Response as *why bother calling if you received it*Still Arrangement is wonderful and in perfection. They really need to train or improve the delivery service.
There shouldve been some common sense used when the store recd 2 orders going to the same person from the same person. Why would two arrangements, within $4 of each other, be sent to the same person? The recipient said that the 2 arrangements were identical. When the order was placed, my contact information was provided but yet I never received a call to confirm that I indeed wanted to send 2 arrangements to the same person. Although I was credited half the cost of the lesser arrangement, I will think long and hard before I ever order again.
Very Poor Customer service, they delivered me an arrangement which was all spooked with water at the bottom, not at all in good condition, sent them the picture and called them to replace it. They agreed to send me a new arrangement on Monday but nothing was delivered . when i called them again they said it was a miscommunication but they cant send a replacement now....
Wish there was an option for more than five stars!!!!! My girlfriend sent me an arrangement and it was just sooooo awesome. The lady came to deliver it was so sweet, arrangement was awesome, really fresh fruits.... Made my Months!!! I was completely shocked and became speechless..
Last minute? No problem, they will always help you. Amazing customer service, and fair price.
Not only did they deliver the wrong Valentine’s Day gift to me, when I opened the gift, flies flew out!
This specific store is the worse, the manager is a really rude person. They dont listen instructions; I told them that I need it for a very special occasion and that we wont be at home after 7 pm due to dinner plans. Well they delivered an arrangement for my husband after 7pm and they just left it at the door steps and it sat there for at least 2 hours. Chocolate was melted and the fruit didnt last more than a day. It was a real nightmare.
Should be called Inedible Arrangements... My husband sent one to me for Mothers Day and it arrived 8 hours later than promised and had clearly been in a delivery vehicle for those hours. The fruit was bruised and awful and we couldnt eat it. But, since this is a local business I tried again for Fathers Day. I explicitly told them that it would need to be delivered before noon due to plans, and they agreed. It was not and they left it, with chocolate covered items, on our front porch on a very hot day so we did not get it for hours. Needless to say, it melted and looked awful and tasted worse. $90 for that mess. Just nasty.
Ordered an arrangement for my mother and grandmother, they were done ahead of time and sent exactly when I need them. Nothing bad to say.
Great place
