I rented the space all online without any issue. Setting it up was easy, the email explaining how to get in was helpful, and getting my things in was easy. They even had carts available to get my things to storage easier. Its in a safe and accessible area (cmon, its Vienna) as well. Highly recommend.

I went to rent a unit and the gentleman at the front desk I believe his name was Patrick was not the most friendly person. There was another young man that was there who was very pleasant. I asked to see a 10 by 10 unit it wasn’t the cleanest unit so I asked to see another one after being showed that unit I was so ready to get out of there I finally just went on to another storage place

Used it to store furniture/goods when selling a house. Patrick helped set up the account. It went incredibly smoothly. There were no hidden costs and the unit was clean, lights, elevator etc. all worked as they were supposed to. We were extremely impressed.

What a great experience! Called on a Sunday morning and was moving stuff in within a couple of hours. Clean facility, really nice people, free carts for our use--not a thing to complain about, and thats really nice.

Mr. Fallen was super helpful, good natured and very kind. We had a last minute rental sorted out in just a few minutes and he even had a cold bottle of water for my eight year old who dying of thirst. I couldnt be happier.

I recently rented a locker and was amazed at all the hidden fees and charges that emerged as the process progressed. The truck outside is advertised as being free with a locker rental and when I inquired about it, I was told that there was an administrative fee to pay. Where is the free part?
