Knowingly ran through stolen credit cards to get cash. Ive never been to Villa Park, but somehow my credit card has. (It hasnt, its in my pocket) This business assisted in someone stealing $200 from me. I wouldnt recommend using a credit card here, or even going here. Shady people doing shady things, just stay away.

The whole customer service industry is going to the crapper so it’s nice to visit an establishment that’s decent and trying serve their customers with pride and excellence the staff is very friendly the people who work here are nice and listens to their customers so great job everyone the establishment is clean and that’s always a nice treat to go to the bathrooms and they are clean too I appreciate that a lot it’s nice to see that customer service is still important to most business and they go out of their way to keep their customers satisfied. Third world class gas station. Dirt, spilled diesel, dirty handles and they wont let me use restroom to wash my hands. What to expect from BP ace anyway?

I went inside to grab a snack and pump gas. The employees didn’t greet us, had NO MASK on, and I got to the counter to pay and they were on their phone chatting away as I MADE EYE contact with them. Bad attitude! 🤮

Tried to get a soda. Says open 24hrs. No you ain’t. The doors locked. Changing your freaking hours or put a big sign saying closed at x time. Lazy

Drive right in and out since there are plenty of pumps to choose from. If you pay with debit or credit card you can do everything from the pump. And its nice to have food and snacks inside, Ive also bought lottery tickets here.

I hate this gas station, and this morning was the last straw. I went into get gas and a pop on my way to taking my kid to Great America, and the girl behind the counter around 11am was on her phone talking about how she want a dry taco. And I wanted to prepay for $30 in gas and a pop. Well she didnt get off of speaker phone when I came up to pay. Told her what I wanted, she didnt even tell me my total just said go ahead to pay with my car. She put in 40 and I didnt even realize until I was pumping gas and it went over. I pulled out my receipt to see that aue put 40 on the pump. I was a little upset, and all she did was stare at me when I said something to her. This place the employees have no cares about anything ever. We get ignored all the time when we go in there. Try to avoid this place if at all possible.

The cashier at the front of desk has a rude disrespect full adatude. She should be fired!!! She speaks to customers like there trash. She should go in the garbage..

I don’t know but the free air doesn’t work to well. lets out more air than u put in. you’ll be in worse shape than you were when you came. vacuum works great. lyft drivers take note on a rainy day comes in handy!

952 PM monday doors locked cant pay for 50 dollars in gas I guess they lie about being open to public for 24 hours false advertising change your 24 hours on Google its false doors locked

I wish i could give this place a 0 star but i dont want to ruin anything to the wonderful ladies that work in the morning. I was just there (5/4/18 around 4pm) and there were 2 guys working there. One was too busy on his phone to acknowledge anyone inside even though the line was pretty big. Guy name Robert worked todays shift. I am not sure what is wrong with that guy buy he always has a rude comment to me. One comment that i found was extremely disrespectful and rude was when he was making rude comments about my baby on board sticker. That is completely unprofessional. I work down the street, so I am at that gas station every day almost. Regardless, however, whether I come every day or not, Robert should keep his rude comments to himself.

On 1-28-19,6:18pm, I stopped to use the restroom. I was very rudely told to wait a minute, even though she doesn’t know my medical history. I moved await for her to mop up a dry floor. I beg management to check video.Actually, I rate less than 1 star.

Cheap and good gas but customer service is terrible.

Called ahead to see if they had the car shampooer for the carpets and the clerk told me yes. Drove out of my way only to be told that the carpet shampoo is out by a rude dude behind the counter.
