I stop offten put gas get a coffe today at 10am was 2forms of line wait for my turn to psy cashier tell me its not my turn she was very rude and very unprofessional she must learn how to run the show not acting that way

A few Thorntons locatons are generally price competitive with other stations in the same area. Also, I really like their rewards card benefits with includes a three cents per gallon discount. That alone sways me to go to Thorntons. I have also noticed that many of their stations are upgrading their gas pumps.

I called to get a price on an item. I was told the company policy is to not give prices over the phone! Employee days its company policy. You will never know how much items will cost. So if you dont have enough money on you, you will not be able to make a purchase. So as of now I will only get had there...MAYBE? 😡 I DONT LIKE MAKING BLANK TRIPS DURING THIS CRISIS. TWO THBS DOWN 👎👎

This gas station always has the cheapest price on gas and cigarettes. It’s usually pretty busy but the lines go fast and someone always comes up to help. It’s well lite, which is important to me at night. One time there was a couple hustling out by the pumps. The manager quickly handled the situation and asked them to leave.

Shop here not the Mobil non 24 hrs lady worker is mean there and locks up restroom before gas station is closed, unless they don’t have it as public anytime, shop here instead, so they can update there restroom at this location

This is a great gas station. I like the staff and they keep the store clean. The gas prices are great but the best part is the ice. I love ice and theirs is the best in the area!

I use public transportation quite a bit, this stupid fence you guys have put up, now blocks my route to the bus stop. I now have to cross Roosevelt to get around your fence then cross Roosevelt again to get back across. This thing is pretty dangerous. I know I am not the only one inconvenienced by this goof fence. In fact I wasnt going to write a review, until I noticed all the reviews written by others are disappearing.

Not only do I love this Gas station and their rewards and connected app for usually cheapest fuel and great food and snack and drink availability and rewards and bonuses. But the people here are awesome. In Fact, on 10/27, Sunday night, the blonde lady here, who is always in an infectious sweet mood, I overpaid for my fuel with a sticky ATM $20 and she gave it to me. Sadly, nowadays many would have pocketed it, but she doesn’t live that way nor any other staff here. Thank You so much, you are awesome for that!(Ps- they have every fuel can think of from the standard 87, 89, 92-93 octanes, but Diesel, And the 2 special ul88 and 85 biofuel type gasoline)

Great selection of items & cheap gas too the pack of cigarettes are 2.00 dls cheaper thean other near gas stations.

I stopped at this Thornton gas station on June 6, 2017 around 3pm. One of the store associates was on his knees stacking the large cup lids on top of each other. What I noticed was the lids were laying on the carpet. The same carpet that the customers walk on. While I was in there I warned customers not to use those lids because the lids where laying on the dirty carpet. This is unacceptable !!!

Would have given 5 stars but lacks in a lot of things I expect from a gas station should be but overall is a great gas station just needs some more patience around the pumps and the store employee and nice.

Had the best service by this wonderful man with amazing hair named Orlando. Will definitely stop by if around the area. Very clean inside also.

Tried 2 pumps, both broke and the second pump locked my credit card in for 5 minutes, I had to pry it back out, didnt bother to try a 3rd.

The general manager is rude and the store is always dirty and slow.

Its an alright place for fuel. They do have E85, but for whatever reason they dont have 93. Would be nice if they had E85 and 93 at the same pump.

They always have the best prices and their store has everything!

Great place to get gas when you are coming back from the city, I recommend signing up for the rewards they tend to give you 10 cents off gas about every other week, it definitely helps the wallet.

I went today Monday to buy a soda and I gave Jay $10 bill thinking its a dollar bill he was honest and he gave me the change back and that was at about 2:50 p.m.

Ownership is doing its best to destroy this community, hurting neighboring businesses, and literally putting up a fence between them and the customers whom have been the most loyal.

Guy asked if I wanted a bag didnt bag all my item ... called to tell him I didnt get them he said maybe somebody else took it.... will never go they again if I can help it.

Very disappointed came here before work started pumping my gas and my daughter hollered out the gas was leaking out well in between the gas handle and pump the gas was leaking out instead of going into my car cashier wouldn’t even put my gas on a different pump which made me heated but instead of going off I need to speak with the owner or someone higher than the supervisor
