Pretty clean and organized for a Walmart. The police are there every time I go but I don’t know if thats a good thing or a bad thing. As per the Walmart usual, the checkout lines are long and very few cashiers open. Even the line for self checkout is long.

The Walmart is nice. It gets really crowded and the lines are long. I would have gave it a 3 star review but since they now bring your items to your car when shopping online avoiding all the negatives. This now brings them to 4 stars. The online order pickup is great. You set a time and they bring it to your car. Everyone has been nice and prompt.

Its serviceable, but the food selection seems a bit more limited than other Walmarts Ive been to. Also it never seems like its been stocked properly, lots of empty spaces on the shelves.

Came in yesterday Sunday Oct 3rd and I had to post a review. The gentlemen that worked the garden center in the morning where the nicest, most helpful. I had to shout them out!! We left with a new grill, accessories and they loaded it in the truck for us . Sending a huge Thank You !!!

In and out, but there are hardly any live cashiers. Seems like I always have to do self checkout.

I prefer to use a cashier but Im learning to use the kiosk.. other than that theyre always a great store to shop at. 👉✝️

My giving only 3 stars has absolutely nothing to do with the employees, so far they have all been very nice and done their best to help. It is because half the time they are completely out of what I need and the registers (all self checkout) lock up almost every time I use them.

Walmart auto center took great care of us. We went for a basic oil change, and the technician went above and beyond and check all my fluids, aired up my tires, and warned me about an unknown oil leak. All of this at the advertised price for just a basic oil change. The wait wasnt even a half hour as they said it would take. Kudos to you walmart and your staff. Courteous, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly is a recipe for an excellent experience!

Walmart is always my go to place. If I need food tires or a cute outfit for a date. Walmart is always clean, some of the staff arent always helpful but other than that Ive never had a bad experience.

Got an oil change. They tried to charge me a price higher than what was posted behind the counter. I challenged it and the manager said I dont care about 7 bucks give it to him. The price was supposedly changed but when I went to check out, same higher price was charged. Other services like tire and battery check not performed as tire were low after I left and battery was tested at Advance Auto and found failing. Horrible service.

No product no help no service and dont care. Had security following me around srore which was the highlite of my evening. I dont steal and even have to correct the cashiers at times when they give me back to much change. Or when I get to car and go back and pay for item I missed in cart.need a new big store to go to!!!!

Pretty straight Walmart. Service was good, most items were where they need to be. On occasions I won’t find what I’m looking for. I’d like the app and the store inventory to be in sync. It can be frustrating going to the store and expecting something there and it not be there. Other than that, it’s an average Walmart, with above average service.

This store is clean and usually well stocked. I guess they had a big sale. Shelves looking a bit empty. While I was there the workers were hard at work restocking the store. Still my favorite Walmat.

Not a bad walmart location, and I think i speak for all of us when i say that their are some pretty rough ones out their (according to each demographic)5/5 because it is safe and uou can feel comfortable shopping with/for your family there.

Always seem to be fairly well stocked. Love that they have a selection of gluten free items. Can be quite busy at times as this store is the main go-to place in Villa Rica.

Open until 11pm. Thats a plus considering the COVID-19 pandemic hours are later than other places nearby. Great place

The produce was not fresh and really not a very good assortment. I have to say I love making 3 bean salad and Walmart does not carry yellow/wax beans! I have been to 3 locations. Kroger does. Overall customer service was friendly and the store was clean

Had to go back outside to get my own buggy, both sides were empty, thats the 3rd time in two months didnt help it was raining 2 of them times

This location is pretty convenient for me, but it could use an update and an auto center!

The door greeter Mr. Hubert is an awesome guy. Always in a good mood, always welcomes everyone to the store, and just a great personality. My mom grandma aunt and wife all always talk to him. This is the one sole thing that makes this Walmart worth going to.

I love this Villa Rica location. The employees are always willing to help. The young man in produce give excellent service. He always let me know whats on sale and help place the item in my cart because Im handicapped. And in the fabric department always can depend on Michelle. Shes always helpful and seems happy to be at work. And Scott helps when I have a case of water to put in my car trunk. Im there almost every week. Connie excellent cashier.

It’s a Walmart, so it’s got mostly everything for pretty cheap. Though Ingles, Publix, Super Target, and anywhere else will have better quality food.

Nice experience had what I needed just dont care for certain self checkout taking cash so I have to wait...

On line at the same store had more than in person but the staff was nice

This Walmart location is consistently stocked well. When items not available at two closer locations I have found on separate occasions to find what I need at this location. Management goes above and beyond with great service. Karen is awesome!

Nice clean store! We could not get. 3 items we had purchased there before. We had to stop at Ingles on our way home to get them!

Dont plan on getting an oil change if your in a hurry. Taking me 2 days to get one. Short staffed. While waiting saw 2 mechanics hanging out at customer service in ac for 20 minutes. NO WONDER why their are so slow. Very poor service Walmart. Very poor

The lack of restocking and rearrangement, on a weekly basis, of the grocery department make shopping there frustrating.

Employees, well MOST have great customer service skills at the register at least. Those you see on the floor poorly.

Better than some other area walmarts, but some items were still sold out.

1 of the worst stocked stores. Pallets lined up all over the store with water dripping through the ceiling onto new merchandise on Pallets during a bad rain. While I was there no employee reacted to dripping water.

This Wal-Mart has a lot of issues. Most items we purchase are never in stock anymore. Even before covid we started having issues finding anything we needed. We could go to other Wal-Mart stores and they have much more in stock of everything. Not sure what is going on.

Walmart in Villa Rica, Georgia is definitely one of all of the Georgia Walmart brands more professional stores. They keep it stocked all up well, but my only issue there is how they stock. When stocking, theres pallets and boxes everywhere. Almost to the point that I cant find certain things. Outside of that, theyre ok!

They NEVER answer the phones. I am 100% dependent on delivery to get household and food items. And they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE

Asked 3 different staff workers where I could find these all nonchalantly told me they dont know. After 15 minutes of searching I found them myself, I honestly think employees should know where product is kept. Or even cared enough to help find it... & the guy at the self check out makes you feel like a criminal... Well only me maybe because im a young black male! Horrible experience here!!!

The Carrollton Walmart always has empty shelves..also the on store shoppers almost run you over with their carts. They dont say excuse me and some have an attitude if you tell them you are trying to get to an item their cart is blocking!Honestly there are more of them in the grocery section besides real live customers

I avoid Walmart like the plague. Since they have added the option to shop online and pick up I shop there so much more. It is so easy to navigate the website and then they load your groceries for you. Only thing you have to do is put them away. The employees are very friendly.

I wish all walmarts were uniform that way everything that way everything is the same every Walmart nobody has to ask any question nobody has to ask any questions going from one Walmart to another there should be no differences there should be no differences and how you pick up deliveries doordash lives doordash grocery the blues the blue the Orange signs they should all be the same setup it all be the same set up not this ones this way this ones that way just when you gotta go in this when you dont that way this 1 you gotta go when this 1 you dont go in this 1 you go to the Orange ridiculous

I drove all the way to villa rica to get dog treats. I picked up a couple other things that I needed while I was there. I wanted to purchase a hummingbird feeder but there was only one left and it had no price so I asked the girl in the garden center if she could price it ....which of course she could not. she wanted me to go to hardware and see if somebody over there to do it. So I went up front and I showed the girl at self-checkout how much it was online and asked her if she could put it in manually she copped an attitude and threw her stuff into a basket. She came over a did it but was obviously not happy about it. I tired to thank her and she just walked away. Customer service is lacking in this store.

The pharmacy is great!! Very efficient,friendly.

Im glad to say that Walmart in Villa Rica ga is my favorite place to shop there prices are unbeatable customer service is top knotch The return policy is enforced if you dont have a receipt forget about getting your money back the best fruits are there and there meats are the leanest in town

I prefer this location to the one closest to me. It tends to be cleaner and better stocked. My one and only complaint about this location is how lax they are about covid precautions, many many many guests in the store not wearing masks even though there is signage everywhere stating it is mandatory. I felt uncomfortable with my young baby and eventually just decided to leave after watching a woman sneeze multiple times on our aisle and very close. I understand she could have had a million reasons for sneezing, it just made me uncomfortable due to the circumstances, hell to be honest it probably would have made me uncomfortable at any time when my baby was with me.

I love this walmart. I do. And I want to give it five stars...but I cant! My reason for this is that I often go inside the store to purchase an item and the shelf Im looking at is empty, yet there is product visible in the overhead(photos forthcoming). You cant sell a product if it isnt in the shelf. However, with that said I do enjoy the service.The associates are always nice and helpful. It clean as well. Absolutely love the bakery! So thanks for that.

People are very friendly and the service is good had meal in about 10 min and was hot and season just right prices arent bad either onlything is they need to brighten up the place it a little dark inside other then that very nice place to eat and they do have a bar also

I shop here all the time. They cant get people to work. They are struggling to keep shelves stocked. Its a heavily trafficked Wal-Mart.

Used the vision center for my 12 yr old son. It wasnt a fast process, but it was thorough. Everyone was super nice, except one individual who seemed to have better things to do than print paperwork. But the doctor, the lady who helped with the billing and glasses choice were amazing. They were super vigilant about sterilization during the entire process! Would recommend!

This place gets 3 stars simply because of the number of non-mask wearing patrons that entered and walked about the store. This is all despite a huge banner stating no entrance without a mask and greeters at the doors. This is a super unhealthy practice and dangerous to others who care about corona transmission and spread. I had no choice bit to shop as my tail light was out and the closest parts shop was out of the bulb I needed. Had to get back on the expressway to go home or I would have left the store. Seems like they would rather cater to conspiracy theorist and those who dont believe science. This pandemic isnt over because of people and places like this where those aforementioned choose to congregate.

I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. I also like the new layout of the store. Im a little disappointed that so many cashiers have been eliminated from the registers because that is eliminating someones job.

Wal Mart is Wal Mart, some better than others. This location is much better than stores in metro Atlanta.

First time in the area the store was very clean and well maintained and stocked and custom service ( cashier for the first time in a Walmart the cashier seems like she really wanted to be there very polite great job Walmart👍 in hired her wish I had got her Name🤔😊😉

This Walmart, and every one I have shipped in since the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to stop being open 24hrs., was put of everything! Empty shelves everywhere. My bill should have been double what it ended up being because half the items on my shopping list were not in stock. Not only that, but the employees, once so courteous and helpful, are now surly, rushed and irritated that the customers are in the way while they attempt, sort of, to stick the shelves. That being said, the store was very tidy and clean. I guess its easy to keep it straight with so little merchandise.I hope Walmart will go back to the old practice of being open 24/7. It was a much better system. I dont enjoy shopping when I cant find anything I need, the aisles are clogged with stock on pallets, and the employees feel like Im holding up their progress and dont mind letting me know it.

Great place to shop prefer this one over the Carrollton Walmart just because they have fresher food customer service is way better overall just love this Walmart

Surprisingly busy for a Saturday night. Out of toilet paper and the brand of paper towels I prefer. Other then that it was a good trip. All the employees were very pleasant.

Same great service but they have absolutely NOTHING in stock...duffle bag? Nope. Tshirts? Nope. Need better inventory control.
