Decent prices and selection. Employees seem spread a little thin, it seems every time I go in there theyre putting up stock and it takes them a few seconds to get to the register.

My local family dollar I have to give it 5 stars. I go there all the time. I bought so many juices and can goods during covid 19 shelter in place

We went into the store and the cashier was rude and only person spoke was the heavy size man with glasses didnt get his name. But while shopping this lady name Kelly claim that my child was trying to take a phone charger which she didnt have proof only a open case that was right beside her instead of her asking being professional she assumed and snatched the box out of my child hand . I politely gave her some nice nasty words and walked out . I never been to a Family Dollar and been treated like that. They want never get my business from that Family Dollar again. Horrible customer service

Do not care for this store at all. Horrible customer service no one greets you if your black a white lady never even spoke to us at all when checking out she is horrible this is not the first time this happen plenty of times if your black she will not acknowledge you horrible

Great customer service but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper in either stalls, no paper towels for drying your hands, and both toilets had poop in and on them. I will never go back to this particular family dollar for that reason. So if you go, be sure to stay away from the bathrooms!!

Staff isnt very helpful, and you can never get anyone on the phone. Whats the reason for having a number when you arent utilizing it??

I was surprised at the wide variety of items they had. My only complaint is why is the store always closed @950 or earlier? If you close @10 than close @10!! I can understand sometimes but damn this is almost EVERY night!! I asked the cashier and she said they have to recover!! I’m a retail manager and we start recovering @7 to prepare to close@9. Not close our store early to do so. That’s ridiculous.
