These people while trying to make a sale, seemed nice but they’re re not! I purchased a part which I needed to take with me to my son in Denver. Upon arriving in Denver I gave it to the mechanic that was going to install it in my son’s car only to find that the part was damaged and therefore unusable. I made a special trip to Denver only to take the part with me since the Denver mechanic said that part was not available anywhere in Denver. So that trip was a costly waste of time since the part couldn’t be used. I returned from Denver brought them the part back explaining to them it was damaged and they basically told me too bad cause they weren’t going to take it back or refund me.After much discussion they decided to “Make a deal with me” which was a refund of 50% of the cost of the part. Now the part cost $100 so my refund for a part that they sold me damaged ( probably thinking this guy taking it to Denver we’ll never see him again) would be $50! They tell me the 50% is for their restocking fee so I was unhappy, but willing to take the $50 loss AND THEN they come back and tell me“Oh and also you have to pay us for us to return the part back to the manufacturer which is an additional $30!!!! So now my refund for the damaged part they sold me in the first place for $100 was now $20!!!How do you charge a restocking fee AND a return shipment fee on a part you sold damaged to begin with!!! So the owners “Blackie” and his son both scammed me out of $100.00 plus the cost of traveling all the way from NJ to Denver Colorado with a damaged part!!! I would never do business with these people or let anyone I know do business with them! Go elsewhere!!!!
