I recently went to books-a-million to try to find a book I needed to use to study for a test I have coming up and I would like to thank Lydia for her excellent customer service. The book I needed wasn’t in the store but she looked up the book I needed and helped me find an affordable price. I’m in school and have 2 kids so I appreciate someone looking out for me and not just trying to take my money when there’s another way to do things. I don’t go to this store too often but I will now.

If you cant find it, they will order it. Friendly service, awesome staff, great selection for all ages.

Shop looks small but wow what a selection! Theyve got something for everyone here. I like recipe books, fiction (broad spectrum I know), and even Manga of which they have a moderate selection. Great prices and welcoming environment. Staff seemed helpful to the customers that needed it while I was in there.

I purchase books from this store at lease once a week. What I love about this store is that the people do not hound you if you are interested in purchasing something. They give you all the space you want to walk around within there immaculate setting. Everyone at Books-A-Million is down to earth. I love Books-A-Million.

Its a great place to find something to read and buy gifts for that awesome bookworm in your life.

They have a ton of great books at face value. The saleaclerks are rarely attentive apart from saying hello when you first walk in.
