Always have something Im looking for and the employees are helpful

It is a great store, but they did not have Whit stillmans Metropolitan I was looking for. The employee was helpful, and funny.

I love the selection they have. I picked some really good movies at reasonable prices!!!

This store used to be full of CDs and i would come in every now and then looking for some, but it seems as if their selection gets smaller and smaller every time I go. With the change in how music is enjoyed, and everything being streamed, it has now shifted to being a pop culture store. Being what it is, you can probably find something for an interest of yoursI have to give it 4 stars because the CDs they did have were so disorganized and difficult to look through and I couldnt find if they actually had anything I want. The employee who was the cashier at the time of my visit also seemed to be in a bad mood and didnt greet me. Some products are also overpriced, but if theres something you like in there, I say go for it.

Youd think that with hardly any people coming in this mall the employees would greet what little customers they get. Theyll probably close soon anyway. Never was greeted and the store was messy.

They helped me learn how to learn how to download a digital cd smh im old school so I was looking for a rod wave cd thanks I downloaded it from Spotify

I love visiting the F.Y.E. store. Its one of my favorite places to visit in that mall. I love seeing all the anime and t.v. media products in the store. They have a ton of things from Japan like Japan boxes full of things from candies stickers figures and more. They have a bunch of clothes with pop culture references. A huge vinyl section which is always cool to check out. One of my favorite places to go to.

Im not sure if the guy in there was in a hurry but it was like 6 minutes before closing time and the store owner got on my nerves hurrying us out of the store...bad experience

Best store ever!

F.Y.E. a great fun store to always check out. Its full of music, pop culture references, pop figures, t.v. media posters. Its always so cool to check out. I love it. The customer services is great they are always willing to help look for something I want. They are very honest. I lost a $20 bill and when i came back to ask for if they have seen it They told me they did find it and returned it to me. That showed me that the workers there are very honest. F.Y.E. is one of my favorite places in the mall.

How I would feel working for a corporation again in retail. Good people though. Just dont hate the player more than the game when they ask you to sign up for their rewards program (they have to ask man, cut them a break)

Okay 👌 I only say that because in the past few years the CD and Vinyl inventory are becoming extinct. Like Dinosaurs Extinct! I still appreciate Music 🎶 from artist, that I can physically hold,read, and listen to without a Cell Phone. Sorry, for the low rating but you make it impossible for people to listen 2 🎶 without phone. Staff step your GAME up! What happened to the Helpful guides n kiosk service? FYE used to be my Favorite music spot.. What Happened? ?

The expanded vinyl selection helps, but this store has quickly dwindled from music, movies, and more to and more. This is a biased review of a former employee, but its disappointing to see a good music store become a Hot Topic copycat. Its not all bad, though- its still a bigger space, so if you need some pop culture stuff that GameStop and Hot Topic dont have room for anymore, theres a good chance youll find it here.

Best place if your looking for a cd or dvd. Got a lot of collectibles including pops!

A great store to go to for collectable items such as Game of Thrones dishes or Rick and Morty Souvenirs.

I dont like how small it is now. Its missing allot in my opinion, but it is still a good place to shop and I do like the selections.

I was able to find a few old CDs to complete a small collection.I found a cute stuffed bear named Ted that looks like Snuggles accountant.

I like how they have all different types of toys, candy and shirts...

I only visit this place once a year at Christmas. I only purchase gift certificates there now because of the lack of need for CDs and DVDs.

Great place sort of a mini hot topic

They have neat stuff, but theyre packed in like sardines. Not stroller friendly. They do have a lot of DBZ stuff and pop vinyls. They have records, but are on the expensive side.
