Only place ive gone to ever really for my computer otherwise id bu a new one everytime. anyhow. they are very legit and fair with prices, and go beyond what they need to do. for example i went in for something simple on my laptop and my keyboard etc was sticky, dusty dirty as hell, they cleaned that all up without saying a word... no charge, years later i go back and my laptop is beyond reapair, they say u should buy a new one cause this will cost a bit, the honesty on that and then when i ask for a data transfer the dude does it free, he could of charged me labor i was expecting a 100$+ bill instead he combined all the labor into one cost he did not have to do that and i could tell he took pride in his work, 100% would suggest this business to anyone in vineland, u wont find better.

So I have a hp laptop that I was unable to turn on for a while now and my son and I had driven past Xpress computers .Long story short, we went in dropped of laptop and they diagnosed the problem(too many pic/videos etc), well its fixed and I upgraded the drive. I remember going here back in 2007 for a laptop repair. I was young, naive, and unaware of the red flags. I remember the first time my parents took me there, I was skeptical of the name “xpress” and the lack of professionalism in their name and the questionable outer appearance of the store. I had nowhere else to turn, so we took my laptop in and were told it would be no problem, they’d call us in a few days. Weeks had passed and still nothing. We stopped back in the store and were told they’re still working on it. Again, weeks past and we call them on the phone. They are still working on it. Now several months go by and we stopped in again, only to be told that they could not fix it. They didn’t charge us for the service (obviously) but kept the laptop. I’m not exactly sure what happened here but I always suspected they repaired the computer and kept it for themselves or sold it for profit as refurbished (the store was covered from floor to ceiling with refurbished tech). I still think about it from time to time. Has this happened to anyone else?Edit: I just remembered that they persuaded me to buy one of their refurbished laptops in place of my old one that was “unfixable” and it broke after about a month. 13 years later and I’m still mad about it.

As a mobile DJ your equipment can take a beating on the go. These guys fixed my power adapter for my mixer that needed repair. Looking for a quick turnaround because of an upcoming gig, my adapter was ready the next day. The gentleman who assisted me said if came in the morning it couldve been completed the same day. Great customer service! I was having off and on problems connecting to my wireless printer at home. They were able to pinpoint and fix the issue. Have not had any problems printing since.They have also helped me with my laptop and wireless network in the past. I highly recommend Andrew and all the staff at Xpress Computers!

If you need a PC repaired, this is the place to go. They answer all questions and calls, keep you up to date on your PC if it has to stay overnight, and theyve always done great work. Me/my family have taken three PCs here and each one has been serviced perfectly. We even had lightening hit our house and fried our PC. We asked if our hard drive was intact (it was, luckily!) and they held it there while we got a new PC and they transferred all our files directly to the new PC. Whenever you have a PC there, it feels like its in good hands and you can relax about it. Truly excellent service.

I have used them several times. They have come to my home and I have taken my PC in for repair to their shop. I have always been very pleased with them.

I needed a cmos battery quickly, but Xpress was sold out. The guy however, went into the back and grabbed a used one and gave it to me for free. I was able to get my client up and running because of that. Im in Vineland fairly often for service calls, and I know where my first stop will be for supplies from now on.
