Dropped my truck off for some pretty extensive body repair after the bed was damaged. The whole team is very professional and has your needs in mind the whole time. Beth was fantastic and she made sure I was kept up to date on all the stages of repairs and I got my truck back days ahead of the initial time line. The final product was top notch, up to or better than factory condition. 10/10 recommend for any services needed.

This is easily the best body shop in the VB area. The repairs made my truck look brand new! They even bugged out some scratches and marks on the paint that weren’t a part of the repair. However, what really sold me on this place was the customer service. Justin was formerly a repair technician and now he works directly with customers to appraise damage, assess and oversee repairs. He is awesome!

I had a hit and run incident in a parking lot leaving a big dent from someone’s tow hitch in my tailgate. It took the paint off and rusted in few days! They not only repaired it, you would sincerely NEVER know it happened. Big Bonus, the person assigned to my job was a young man named Damian. Absolutely the best person there! Kind, patient, and very thorough. Went above and beyond when we were stuck in traffic to wait for us after hours for pick up! Love this place!

We’ve found a lifetime friend in Caliber…by accident! Courteous, caring, professional and attentive are just a few words that describe our experience with the folks at Caliber Lynnhaven. Our circumstance was probably not unique but certainly not the norm. I’m certain they had many opportunities to be frustrated but it was never apparent. Having driven for many years I’ve had my share of visits to collision shops, and all were supported by insurance claims. This one was out of our family pocket. Frustrated and fearful of the cost we had to move forward and in the end our Honda looks perfect and we feel completely confident our money couldn’t have been spent better elsewhere!

They didn’t have the parts for my car and new they would take a little to come in because of the holidays, so they allowed me to take my car back until the parts came in so I wasn’t in a rental for too long. I worked through Allstate, and Caliber was one of their preferred providers for fixing body damage to my daughters car. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. She was even able to drop off her Enterprise rental car right at the Caliber shop when she picked up her car. Caliber charged me only for my deductible and billed Allstate directly for the balance. Very easy process.

My vehicle received damage to exterior review mirror and had to be replaced. Staff was extremely helpful and explained in detail what had to be done and why. Parts were ordered the same day 9/2 and was installed 9/8. Exterior mirror assembly had to be painted, etc. But my vehicle was ready for pickup that evening. Much to my surprise the vehicle was showroom clean and polished, inside and out. Caliber Collision definitely made an impression and their work is guaranteed. If you are ever in need of body work look no further. After a car wash ripped off my side view mirror and scratched the paint on my car my insurance company linked me up with Caliber. I was so impressed. On monday I dropped the car off. Every one was professional and very detailed on what to expect. I enjoyed the up to the minute text updates and out of the blue when I expected my car to be finished in 5 days they texted me today and I was able to pick it up early. It was painless and I was able to even leave my rental car there and they took care of that as well. Look no further. This is the best body shop there is.

Wasnt happy with the fact I had to go to a body shop for repairs! But from the day I drop off my vehicle to the day I pick up. They kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. The team members at Beach Ford Collision repair center are excellent. I have used them several times and the manager Jeremy kept me informed about everything from the time I dropped it off until the day my car was ready to be picked up. After picking up my car you couldnt tell where the damage was. They are really good at fixing every detail. I paid extra to have my hood painted and I thought I was going to be able to notice the new paint but they did so good you cant tell where the paint was peaking off before. Very smoothe paint work. I rate these guys 101 stars!! Awesome job guys! Keep up the great work!!

I took my Supercharger in for painting and the service was top notch with great Pricing and customer service. I would recommend and have recommended them to several of my friends. If in doubt do not hesitate to take your vehicle to them for all of your paint and body work needs.

We got the car back in better condition then it was before the accident. Its nice to know that a shop this size can make you feel like your their top priority.

My husband always wanted a 65 mustang. When life settled down he finally purchased his dream car. It needed some work so he took it to a body shop who kept it for 6 months and never touched it. We then took the car to another shop and they had it for almost a year and didnt do any more than take the car apart. My vehicle was damaged in an accident and this location is a USAA-approved facility for repair.I dropped my vehicle off with Caliber, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and had all my paperwork ready to quickly sign, and I was out of there in just a few minutes.I got continual text message updates on my phone to let me know which step of repair my vehicle was in, which was very convenient. My vehicle was repaired several days early due to the parts coming in quicker than expected.They did an outstanding job on the repair. It looks brand new. A gentleman who worked there walked me and my wife out to our car so we could look over the repairs with him.USAA covered the costs of the repair (minus my deductible, of course), but Caliber did not over-charge for the repair. They provide a very detailed receipt which itemizes all of the individual charges for parts and labor. The labor rate was very reasonable (especially when you consider the highway robbery of getting a repair done at a dealership).All in all, completely worth my (well, USAAs) money, and I would 100% recommend that my friends and family utilize them for repairs.It seemed to be a very professional operation, and considering my vehicle was not cheap, it made me feel good knowing that my car was being taken care of by professionals.

Was rear ended last year and my insurance company recommended Beach Ford. I decided to have them do the work. I think the only thing they have going for them is that they are nice people. The parts they put on my car were the cheapest garbage aftermarket parts I have ever seen. The paint job was also the worst I have ever seen. The blending was awful and all the edges were incredibly rough. maybe they were using my car to train a new painter that day, but I couldnt believe how bad the paint job was. I called the insurance company and after they looked at the finished job, they made Beach Ford do the whole job over again. Everything looked a lot better the second time because the parts were better and they did all of the edges better, but the paint blending was still rough. Their customer service and friendliness is good, but I think they need to recruit some employees that know what they are doing.

I new them as Beach Ford Collision. I like their service then but since then I had trouble with their towing service - Asset Auto Recovery. They also seem they did not care about my experience with their subcontractor Asset. They probably do decent work but because of bad customer service, I fired them and went to Hampton Collision. Initial customer service makes me not to recommend them.
