I always come to this discount tire location! the staff is very helpful and efficient. i bought the warranty for my new tires a while ago which has paid for itself many times over. i usually hate going to car repair places because they so often treat women customers like they don’t know anything. however, the staff here is always respectful and i never feel like they’re being condescending towards me (which should be a given, but either way it’s appreciated). i definitely recommend discount tires, especially at this location.

I was pricing around to replace all 4 tires on my husbands truck. We usually go to formerly known tread quarters, but decided to give Discount Tire a call. An associate name Edgar answered the phone and assisted me with the tires Ive been eyeing. His customer service from his tone to his willingness to help, solidified my decision to purchase the tires.Next day, I came in right at opening. I was amazed by how helpful and nice all the employees were. Other places are typically not so friendly, grumpy associates, but the employees here were super friendly! Its the little things I tell ya. All 4 of my tires were replaced in about an hr, apparently they had to replace a clamp which took an extra 15 minutes, but one of the employees kindly apologized and kept me informed which I appreciated.In all, my experience at Discount Tire met all my expectations. Im a stickler for excellent customer service and communication, this place nailed it. I plan to purchase my tires from here now on!

Earlier this week I got a low tire pressure warning on my drivers side rear tire. It had gone down to about 22 psi overnight. I aired it up but, on inspection, I found a screw embedded in the tread. I made an appointment that night at Discount Tire on Holland, right down the street from my apartment, for lunch time the next day. I havent always had great experiences with chain automotive stores so, Ill be honest, I expected the worst, figuring theyd say they couldnt repair it and oh, by the way, you can never replace just one tire, etc.. Boy was I wrong! One of their service reps walked out to greet me in the lot, took the details of the issue, and had a look. He immediately said Oh, this shouldnt be a problem since its not near the sidewall. He measured the tread on all four tires and told me they looked great. And then, as he was checking me in at the desk, he casually says Theres no charge for this, of course. I was totally shocked. Free puncture repair on a tire I hadnt even bought from them? Since when is that a thing?! Finally, they had me in and out in just a shade over a half hour. Truly fantastic service. Im hoping I dont need new tires any time soon, but when I do, this is the place Ill be going for them.

Holland rd store in va Beach, va did an outstanding job. I called to order the cheapest tires for my car but they would have to order them so I said ok I could wait the 2 weeks to get them. But then they called me back and said they could give me what they had in stock at the same price and to come in that day. So I dropped my car off and they later called to say my wheel lock Broke off but that they would pay for me to get a replacement at my dealership when I bring them the receipt, which was very nice of them to offer and to call and tell me what happened. I appreciate the great customer service and communication I received throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and this particular store.

Front office staff went out of their way to help me find a set of rims and tires for my truck. The installers did a fantastic job mounting and balancing and even making sure my rims were extra clean. Leaving for a trip I discovered one of the tires on my motorcycle trailer was bad, took the trailer to discount tire and ended up replacing all four tires, once again professional, courteous and a great atmosphere. I was in and out in about an hour, four tires mounted and balanced on my trailer. From the store manager to the installers, theyre all very professional, friendly and maintain a very clean shop. I recommend them to anybody that reads this review.

This place here is full of kids who lack in customer service.called ahead of time,was told to come up,they had the tires I need an could be done in a timely manner.got there and went inside to check in........as Im waiting theres Metallica blaring in the bay area, employees gathering in a group just hanging out,for 15 minutes I waited at the counter an not one person came to check me in, although two different guys walked past me and grabbed paperwork and back out to the bay area.they have alot of work to do on customer service skills

An associate told my fiancé she couldnt leave with her original tire because it had two holes that couldnt be plugged. They didnt have a tire that matched my GMC Acadia so they basically forced her to buy a smaller tire which could have caused damage to my vehicle. Had the tire replaced somewhere else and luckily was able to get a refund. Hopefully they learn from this experience!!!

The guys here are so nice and personable! I ordered new set of wheels through them at a more than competitive price against other local shops. The work was fast and done correctly. Had to come back a month later to replace to 2 tires due to a road hazard. They remembered me and again were very personable. All of the employees are warm and friendly. I prefer this location as I never had a bad experience. Always ready for me when my appointment time comes. And now during COVID, they request for you to stay in the car with the engine off. This is perfect since it is too cold to sit outside while my child. I get to keep the safe space to interact with my son while handle business.

So at 5:50 PM on Friday March 5, I call this location in desperation looking for tires to fit my car due to a cross communication at work(I work at one of the major dealerships). Keith answers the phone and not only helped me get a set of tires to put on my vehicle waited past closing for my wife to be able to get there and pick them up. Working in the automotive field I know how tiring the last second customers can be. My wifewt me know they were kind and also loaded the tires in the back of her van so she wouldnt have to lift them. There was a slight miscommunication so they didnt get the second hole went back and was completely taken care of was able to sit in the car and wait. The whole two visits were FREE!!!

I just want to say Chance was my service tech today and he did an amazing job!!! He was able to patch my tire after he discovered a razor blade in it!!! He’s customer service was outstanding and he was so quick as I sat there with my 3 toddlers!!! My next set of tires are definitely coming from that location thanks to Chance!!!

My brother & his family live out of town and use Discount Tire for all of their vehicles, and just told me about it when I was ranting about running over a nail.I was super impressed with the whole operation. Everyone assisting me was friendly, professional and thanks to the technicians Jahree & Artem, my flat tire was diagnosed, repaired & rotated, I was in & out in under an hour— for Free! Who does this??! Daniel and his team did an amazing job I was in the car business for over 20 years and these guys know how to do it. They spent 45 minutes with me picking out wheels and tires even mounted one up so I can see what it would look like before I made my decision, nobody else would even ordered the wheel so I could see it in person these guys said theyre not happy till Im happy great job I wont buy tires anywhere else.

I work as an on-call nurse on the weekends. I drive all over the 7-cities and then some. From West Point to Elizabeth city, I average about 600 miles in a weekend. Imagine my frustration when I wake up to find my tire FLAT ‍Got my spare on and out to see my first patient. I got to this Discount Tire hoping they could get me in and out, and on my way to my next patient.The gentlemen working here were phenomenal. They got my car right in, without an appointment. AND my tire was still under warranty so, for the exception of the fee to renew the warranty on the new tire (15$), they got me fixed up and on my way in less than an hour!They were so kind, and so professional.My first experience with a different Discount Tire was just as amazing, and this experience definitely made me a Discount Tire customer for life!!

I went on their website on July 2nd and ordered 4 of the all-peformance/season tires size 305/40 R22 tires and made an appointment for July 8th. On July 6th, I received a phone call confirming my tires came in. However, I wasnt able to come in until my appointment date and time and gave him the make and model of my SUV and told him that my tires had custom rims. So I came in for my appointment and the associate told me that the tires that was ordered online did not meet the the required width that was based on the highway safety regulations using a measuring tool. Yet they are the exact tire size currently on my SUV. But he had a set of used tires for a lower price that he could put on my vehicle. I told him no, I would like new tires instead, so he called the Greenbrier store and they had only 3 tires in stock for $40 more per tire and he would just find another tire. I declined his offer and went to Tread Quarters instead.Tread Quarters confirmed that they never heard of a required width since the tires I currently have on my SUV matches the ones that I wanted. They even price matched the quote that was given by Discount Tire. I am very disappointed with my experience with Discount Tire. Therefore, I would not recommend Discount Tire on Holland Road to anyone because of this shady business practice.

From the time I pulled up till the time I left, they treated me like I was the only customer there. I didnt know what tires I wanted but they showed me my options, dry fit a couple of tire brands that I liked and then gave me the full price for what I picked. They didnt have any in stock at there store but drove to get them from another store, just to get me what I wanted. Ill always take my truck to this store with staff like this.
