I highly recommend using Elite Auto Body. I was told my bumper needed to be replaced but Elite was able to repair it and make it look as good as new. They also cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car free of charge. Excellent customer service and excellent work.

No one ever wants to get in a fender bender... the Geico app was too time consuming so I went the route of choosing a body shop to inspect and repair my Jeep. The ease of sign up/scheduling and reserving my rental car were great! Then the customer service from beginning to end was incredible. The Auto body shop called the car rental to make sure they were still bringing my rental to me... which they did, Everyone was one time. Then when I picked my Jeep up, the body shop the bumper looked great and they WASHED my ride!! The tires looked great too by the way... Highly recommend them!!!

I had a little accident with my Honda but that didnt stop the folks at Elite Autobody from fixing it. From what Ive seen, the car looks brand new and the paint job was amazing! Im glad I took my time looking around and finding these guys. I highly recommend this car shop!!

Used them when my car was involved in a hit n run accident. They took me in same day, did the repair and took good care of my needs. Even when the replacement bumper didnt fit correctly, they didnt hesitate to fix it with an oem bumper, no charge to me. Thanks!

After patiently waiting, got car back with less than perfect paint and panel alignment (from minor ding, barely fender bender). Then door handle came loose soon as I got car home. So am bringing back for rework tomorrow and will update after...

I was in a car accident in June . My insurance suggested elite body shop. It was between caliber collision and elite body shop. Caliber collision said that they would not even be able to look at my car for a week after getting the vehicle. So I decided to go with Elite. My suv has been at elite since June 29. Today is August 6 and I still do not have my SUV. They are very good at communication. They text every 3 to 4 days and sent updates as to what they are working on. however, this process has gone way too long. They texted me last week saying that my vehicle should be ready by last Friday. Here we are one week later. This has been incredibly inconvenient. As a single mom, this entire situation has been a headache . Although I do not have rental coverage on my insurance, it would not have mattered because the coverage would have ran out by now.I went to my vehicle to grab a couple things out and I noticed my center consul was damaged from the accident. When I asked them if that was included on the estimate they said that they had not noticed it. Having to catch rides to and from work and my child’s school has been a nightmare. Please don’t use this body shop if you were in a rush to get your vehicle.

Holy cow... I am 100% pleased. They kept my fiance and I up to date with every step of the process and the work looks fantastic. Very professional in the store and Im the phone. Would recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

The entire staff of Elite Auto Body are amazing! The communication from start to finish was top notch and my car looks BRAND NEW after being rear ended. Although we hope to not be in any further accidents, we plan to use Elite Auto Body for all future repairs!

I chose Elite today based on my previous experience one year ago, when I had major repairs done to multiple areas of my car being damaged. I found Elite today in working thru Lisa to be as professional and helpful as they were one year ago. I had a quick repair done and an estimate today. Had my 2nd accident, and recently moved to the south side. Pleased to hear that Elites 5th location had been opened on i jumped at the opportunity to have my car repaired there. My appointment was quick and easy. Within 24 hours i received an update with the progress of my vehicle, Lisa i think was her name. She had a kind voice, the kind that makes you feel like your more than just a customer. A few updates from her later I was back in my car good as new. If you ask me it might even look better than before!

My father’s car was at this stop for about 2 weeks for an estimate, when we got the car back (without any work done on the car) we realized that this shop had Stolen our State Inspection sticker. Stay away from this place, if you insurance company suggest this shop just know that this place runs thieves. They don’t even care..
