Ive been having my oil changes here since Mr Tire replaced Thread Quarters. Rotation is included which is awesome. Prices are reasonable. Nice and polite staff working here. Will be coming back!

Found them through a Google maps search when I began to hear grinding noises. My brakes were crying and I needed it done immediately! I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helped eased all my concerns about my vehicle. Great price for services also, other guys quoted higher prices. I will definitely come back to this location again.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Made an appointment to get an inspection on their website. I got the conformation back. I arrived at the time and date of that appointment. I had something else to do but I desperately needed my vehicle inspected (overdue). When I arrived I was told not happening today. Seems the state of Virginia doesnt allow appointments only first come first serve. Something they neglect to tell you when they make an appointment with you...

I had a flat tire today while at work and was able to get quick, easy and affordable service today at the Holland Rd location when about 6 other nearby tire shops couldnt see me till tomorrow. I couldnt wait till the next day due to living far about 40 miles away from my job. Bryan gave me very good customer service and was willing to step away from the service desk briefly to do some of the auto work himself to get me moving faster while being able to check for any new customers if they came in. I will definitely see the crew here again if I have future tire emergencies in their area/near my job.

These guys saved the day!! Heading up to Hampton in the church van on a busy Friday afternoon, we discovered a leaky valve stem on one of the tires. I checked with three other shops that couldn’t help until Saturday. Mr. Tire had us in and out in less than 30 minutes so that we could still make it to the service on time. I went with two stars since I cant comment on workmanship or timeliness. I received an online quote the day before for $201 and booked an appointment. When I arrived I was told the price was $296. I understand that State and Federal taxes were not included, but basic installation was included (mounting and balancing) and I didnt need new valve stems or TPMS sensors on a 2019 vehicle. I choose to go elsewhere. Im not necessarily knocking the store, but the online quote should be sent to the store with all the details so there is no misunderstanding.

I had a screw in my tire and needed it to be fixed, so I went to Mr. Tires. When I arrived, I was met by Ret who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, my tire could not be fixed so I had to buy a new tire. I was in a rush as I had an event to go to as well as I needed to travel back to Maryland later that day. Ret was completely understanding of my situation and did all he could to help me out. Ret and the other worker got a new tire together and put it on my car within 30 minutes! I highly recommend going to Mr. Tires in Virginia Beach, they were awesome!

I made an appointment online to drop off my car today at 2:30 to have my tire and rear brakes changed. I honestly didnt think dropping off a car would require an appointment but I wanted to ask some questions. I arrived there and told the guy behind the desk that I made an appointment. Without listening to me that I HAD ALREADY made an appointment, he said that they were not taking any appointments. No follow up questions whatsoever. I can tell when I am not wanted. I apologized for bothering him and left. Save yourself some time and take your business somewhere that it is wanted.

I typically wait to post reviews after I’ve received services several times. First, I purchased my tires at this location more than a year ago. The experience was above excellent. In June 2019, I could not get an appointment for my free oil change at Priority Honda, so I went to Tread Quarters. They rotated my tires and did the oil change. I was shocked at how affordable the oil change was. But most important....I had a last minute trip to make to Richmond in the rain. I popped in and asked if they could please check my tire pressure. My notifications light was on and 3 tires were indicated. They had no problem taking care of me. I am so thankful they cared enough to help me. I’ve had 3 completely different services and each time it was more than 5 star. Thanks guys!

This is my first time coming here and they are the epitome of amazing customer service. I typically don’t like going to shops because they always talk you in to things that aren’t immediately necessary. Here, I was given a list of what needs to be done now and then a timeline of normal maintenance that I should get done soon. I will definitely be a long time customer at this location. I dropped my car off to Pep Boys at 730am for an inspection. I called throughout the day and, each time, was told a different time my car would be done. At 3pm, I picked up my car and brought it to Tread Quarters. They were more than welcoming and finished my inspection within the hour. Their service is 10/10 better than the experience I had that morning, and I dont plan on going anywhere else for my car needs!

I had a great experience here. They answered all my questions, squeezed me in on a Sunday for a nail in my tire and replaced my fog light for me. It’s always so rare to find people who genuinely want to help you out and not take advantage of you (especially with labor costs). These guys were so nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Spoke with Mike who was extremely helpful. He took the time to discuss an issue I experienced with a tire and offer advice. He looked over the tire and advised it didnt appear to be anything wrong. Had an appointment for a simple oil change. Two hours later, after having to ask why it was taking so long, they finally roll my car out. This was a Sunday morning and they weren’t even that busy. I had tires put on my wife’s car here just last month. I’ll be finding a new place to go

Ive been to Tread Quarters shops in every city from Williamsburg down to Virginia Beach, whichever was most convenient when I needed service. By far, this one on Holland Road is the only one that is always at the top of my list for any kind of repair or service. Now, no matter which Tread Quarters is most convenient, I adjust my schedule to return to this one. The customer service is superior and the work is excellent. Everyone at the shop has a can do attitude, which puts me at ease.

This was my last visit To Tread Quarters I brought my 2010 Dodge Charger there with just over a hundred thousand miles on it because I started having problems with it. It was my first time taking an Uber because I have to leave my car for the day. Tread Quarters called me and told me the car was fixed costing me $800 for absolutely nothing. Got home park my car and did not drive it for a day. When I did drive my car next was able to get it to Walmart go inside come out and start my car and there was the problem again. I called Tread Quarters told manager I was having the same issues and he told me to bring it in. The car stayed at the shop for three days. Once again I was told the problem was fixed I went to pick it up. Got the car down the road,stopped at Dollar General. Came out started the car and the problem was there again even though Tread Quarters had told me, we took it on the interstate, we drove it no problems. The problem was not fixed. The last time that my car was not fixed I called and told them and the manager said I dont know whats wrong with your car. That was when I decided Tread Quarters could not fix my car. It was useless taking it to them over and over again. I had been going there for years and I trusted in their skill and knowledge about cars but I was wrong. I cant even say that its because Im female and they tried scam me because they didnt. I just wish they would have said okay we cant fix your problem heres half your money back, to make that gesture probably would have kept me as a customer. I will not be going back to them because I have loss faith in them. Only gave one star because the manager was nice.

My car is always as good as new after leaving Tread Quarters on Holland Road. Everyone at this location is trustworthy and such a big help! Mike took his time to explain the list of items that needed to be fixed on my vehicle in order for it to pass inspection. After I walked out of the store, I realized that I did not fully understand an item he went over. I walked back in and a young man walked out to my car with me to explain the part to me. I originally chose this Tread Quarters after hearing wonderful things about Rhett. I never go anywhere else when it comes to my car!

All repairs and maintenance were explained not only in detail, but in a way I totally understood. Quality work at prices that don’t break you. Thank you so much. This is now my go to.

I have visited the Tread Quarters on Holland road several times. Every time has been a great experience. One time I had a screw in my tire and Ret came outside, pulled the screw out and tested for a leak. No leak! I was good to go. No charge. Very trustworthy place. Five stars!

I should have just come back here to start with. Called the in the morning and got my car done before dinner. Again definitely my shop of choice.

So this morning I went to the hobby shop to change my brakes. All went well. I used an impact gun to tighten my lugnuts, like I always do. I make sure I check each tire at least twice before I leave the hobby shop. Once I left, I got about a mile up the road and noticed my truck pulling to the side, a loud noise almost as if something was stuck in my tire, and pretty noticeable vibrations. I pulled off the very next exit and googled the closest tire shop. Here I landed at tread quarters. The guys were friendly, professional, and got to my truck quickly. They found the issue in no time at all. The lugnuts on one of my tires weren’t tight at all and my tire couldn’t have fallen off if I stayed on 264. 10/10 will take my truck here for any other tire/brake needs. I no longer trust myself, pretty sure I would have died. Would recommend!

Dont listen to people who had a bad day or may have there opinions but just come and see for your self. Remember people fuss and talk all the time not know what maybe going on in someones life. BEWARE!!! Weve been coming to this Tread quarters for years. Not coming here anymore!!! Our vehicle was not diagnosed right. We were charged over $400.00 and the problem we came to them for was not fixed!!! Now I have to take it to a more reputable mechanic to fix the problem and check to see if they did what they charged us for.

We needed 4 new tires and they were able to get us in the same day!! The previous tire shop we went to actually sold the tires they said they would hold for us. We were so grateful that tread quarters was able to get us in at the last minute and plus it was affordable!!

Ill start here. So my check engine light has been on for some time now and I expected it to be my 02 sensors. Turns out it was just my egr cable was unplugged. They could have easily sold me work I didnt need but they didnt. These are true honest and kind folk here.Tread quarters have always treated us well here! They give a free complimentary over view inspection of your car ensuring that your car is safe always. Originally calling during the quarentine I always assumed they would be busy and I was 100% okay with that. They told me on Tuesday they wouldnt get to my car until thursday due to high volume. They ended up starting it Wednesday and finished it late thursday. My car runs great now. Tech Malcolm (sorry if spelling is wrong) has worked on my car the last few times and always does a great job. Thank you for yet another awesome experience. 5/8/19 and not ripping me and my pockets off.

This location has won me over. My car was misdiagnosed twice by a different service center. My fiancé called this location and spoke with Eric who said to bring the car right over. He drove the vehicle and didn’t think the first place was correct. Given the time of day even asked to have the car first thing in the morning. All said and done, Eric was right and had the car fixed same day and showed me the bad part causing the problem. Couldn’t be more pleased and will be back and recommend to anyone.
