I own full circle kitchen and bath and this is my go to place for granite, why go anywhere else when you have Rob who gave me several estimates on my project without hesitation. I chose the upgraded stone as it was less than any other supplier around.

I wanted to replace my parents old counters with granite tops for Christmas. My neighbor just had hers done by Quality and highly recommend them. I have to say Terry (one of the owners) has been my point of contact throughout the process. His customer service is first class. The job was done on time and without issues. I will use Quality Stone in the future and will highly recommend this company to anyone seeking there services.

Quality Stone Concepts put in new countertops, sink, and faucet in my kitchen five or so years ago. The faucet had a problem so I called them asking what the make and model was. The nice secretary got back to me about two hours later and told me I had an Essen faucet. I called Essen the same day and they said they would send me the parts to fix the faucet. I have a lifetime warranty on the Essen Premier faucet model that I have so there was no charge. The parts arrived the very next day and the faucet is as good as new. I highly recommend Quality Stone Concepts and a Essen faucets.

Im updating my review of QSC since weve gone to contract and are awaiting install of cabinets. My wife and I worked with Robb Masters for several months (other issues on our part) to design a layout, and price everything. Throughout the entire time, Robb was extremely professional and worked with us on every question we had. He also had his own various inputs on look, etc. which was very helpful in the long run. We cant wait for everything to come in and get installed!

We had the crew out for our cabinet and countertop installation and they were all great to work with as well as extremely competent in their jobs. They were all attentive to ensure that we knew everything that came with the cabinet install as well as various features and care for the wood. This is by far the best, easiest, smoothest company I have worked with and I cannot recommend them enough.From the moment I walked through the showroom door Ive been impressed with not only everyones professionalism, but also their kind demeanor.The salesman greeted me within seconds of walking through the door, he walked me through every option, and didnt push me for a more expensive product. I reached out two days later and had a contract sent my way merely an hour later.Once the contract was signed, I had someone out to measure for my countertops within a week and a half. Another week and a half later, they were installed.Every person I worked with spoke to me as a person, not just a customer. They were engaging and an overall delight to work with. Plus, I am in love with the product.

Quality Stone was easy to work with. They have many choices of granite and access to another warehouse with more. They came to our house for measurements. They computerized the measurements and presented to us photos of how our countertops would look. They gave us a ready date. The demo team arrived this morning at 8 a m. followed by the installers. They completed the job by noon. They saved us $$ by carrying the slabs up our stairs vice renting a lift. Nice job! The countertops are gorgeous. Thank you!

I chose Quality Stone Concepts for my new kitchen countertops. The entire process, from visiting the showroom to look at stone to final installation, was above expectations. Every person at this company was professional and top-notch. The salesperson took considerable time with me to find just the right color and pattern. The measure was done promptly. I received a picture of my layout showing the seam placement. The delivery and install crew were professional and very careful to level everything. Seams were finished so that unless you know they are there or right on top of them you would never know. Quality Stone Concepts went above and beyond AND the price was better than expected!

I just had these guys install new granite counters in my kitchen and three bathrooms, they turned out AMAZING! Everyone at Quality Stone Concepts is professional, friendly and helpful. They found a way to give my cookie cutter town home a completely custom look on a prefab budget. Just a wonderful experience. We chose a very beautiful stone with lots of movement in the grain. (Rain Forest Green) The ability to show us where the cuts would be and exactly how each piece would look in our kitchen BEFORE the stone was installed was something I did not expect. They are true professionals.

Ryan was great to work with. He treated me like an important customer even though I had a very small budget. My granite was ready for install so much faster than I expected, which was fantastic. I regret ever contracting this company!From the beginning there were signs but I stuck with it because I thought they would keep their promise to deliver.This was a nearly $20,000.00 job.Once they were paid they disappeared. The job is still incomplete. Both Tony and Terry gave me their word they would be back to fix the errors and complete the job, never heard back. Impossible to get anyone to call you back from the company either! Stay clear!!UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO YOUR ERRONEOUS COMMENTS BELOW.First and foremost there is no balance. I have all the receipts and correspondence along with copies of all checks we wrote as well as witnesses when Tony Pirrone came and picked up the check, which he wanted made out to himself!I would be happy to post all of our correspondence for the world to see!Secondly, the job was supposed to have been completed in February! It is now mid October and you are yet to provide me with a date of when you will complete the job.

This was my first experience with a kitchen renovation. Lots of choices to make and so many little details...... I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work as well as their professionalism. Ryan suggested I take a look at a granite company that had full size pieces of granite which made it so much easier to choose the design I wanted. They stayed on schedule and completed their task very quickly. The actual day my granite was installed the guys were in and out within a few hours. Tony and Robb designed a beautiful redo for the small kitchen in the condo I recently purchased. Scott did the demolition and installation of the cabinets plus completing many other details adding to the pleasure of my new kitchen. I needed a small vanity top made. They had the best reviews so I went here. I thought that since the job was small, they either wouldnt do it, or charge me more to make alittle more money. I couldnt have been more wrong. My wife and I went there on a Saturday and met Ryan. After we told him what we were looking for he showed us the remnant stack. It is all the left over pieces from bigger orders. We were able to find exactly what we wanted. The price was great for a small custom size one off piece. Over the next several days they cut it to specifications and the customer service during this time was great. When it was ready, Jenice took care of me as far as picking it up and payment. I would recommend them for any counter top need. Thanks Ryan and Jenice!

I dont normally write reviews, but I purchased granite for 3 bathrooms and 2 were installed chipped. They did not offer a discount and instead offered a tacky patch job. Overall a bad experience with this company. I have used Home Depot before and had a much better and professional experience. This is just my personal experience and fair warning.

Two bathrooms and now a kitchen! QSC is an amazing one stop shop! From project design ideas to demolition and install, the process was seamless (as the granite countertop), efficient and best of all....painless! Highly recommend this company!

We made the mistake of following our contractors lead in using this company. The countertops were not properly installed, resulting in a space for our NEW stove that was too tight. We requested for the countertops to be ground to accommodate the stove. The worker that came out, decided it was okay, and jammed the stove in. The stove was damaged, inside and out. Now, 7 months later, Ryan still refuses to come view the damage, wanting to meet in his office. That way, he doesnt have to take responsibility for what his worker did. We would not recommend QSC to anyone for anything, since Ryan has little to no respect for the customers. He comments that he has finished photos and a mountain of documentation for a 3 step process ? All QSC had to do was measure, cut, and install. They flopped on 2 of 3, and I can prove it, except Ryan wont come for the show and tell. None are so guilty, as those who protest so loudly. And now, as of July 21st, Ryan still has not contacted us to come to our home, to see the problems and resolve the issue. What a great way to do business !!

Added a laundry/mud room to my house and needed a small sink top and counter. Called around town to many places and got the run around.Stopped by QSC and had a top picked out and quoted in less than 30 minutes. They came out and measured and installed within the next week.Honestly was surprised how much attention I was given for such a small job. Definitely impressed and because of that will use them for my kitchen. Thanks QSC!* * * Update 5 years later * * *Had them install my kitchen cabinets 2 year after this review (2015) and everything turned out perfect! Couldnt ask for a better product and company to work with.Had a door bow slightly and called them 3 years later to see if the manufacture would warranty. They came out, did the claim and installed a new door...3 years later!! Its hard to find a contractor to call you back after 3 days, let alone 3 years. These guys continue to rock and I continue to tell everyone about my great experience with them!

We just got our cabinets, and we have already found three things wrong with them. The whole bottom panel is missing to our pantry, the pantry doors are backwards, and I ordered a lazy Susan (which I pay extra for) that is non existent. I tried calling them all day yesterday, yet no one has returned my phone call. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service! Before ordering the cabinets, everyone was great and very helpful, but now...? Sadly, I do not recommend this company.

So they redid my kitchen less than a year ago. Our pullout garbage and recycle has fallen off the tracks twice and the pull outs for our pantry have also fallen off the tracks. Normal use nothing crazy. We had debacle after debacle in the remodel. Mismeasuremrnts they tried to blame on me and then backpedaled. Shims all over with gaps in the countertop and wall. They left the shims. Now that we are having more problems and I’ve called about a million times. They NEVER call you back. Never followed up. They called me a month ago and said we will sort this out because I left a bad review. I changed my review to three stars and left it blank hoping they would actually follow through. It’s been over four weeks, we haven’t heard back. Skip this company and skip any referrals they give you for workers-whole other ball of wax but terrible.

Recently my sink has been falling away from our granite countertops, 2 years ago we bought the condo, and had no idea who might of installed it. So instead of pulling my hair out, I googled granite repair..and up popped Quality stone concepts! I immediately called, and Tony answered. He was very kind and informative. QSC did a great job and earned my business. I was looking for a particular granite. Marva only had two of the slabs, so I started calling around. Superior, Marva, Trindco and others didnt have any and told me that there were none available locally. I called Ryan and he told me that he could find some. Within a day or two days he sent me pictures of the stone that I wanted. He had a supplier in Baltimore that had it--so I drove there to look at it and accepted it. It was delivered in less than a week and the process was started. I was impressed that a small company would go so far out of their way so I stuck with them for the install also--they werent the cheapest, but like I said they earned my business. Im happy as can be and my Azul Aran rocks. A side note Superior granite is total scheisters.

Last week we had an unfortunate incident happen. While another company was prepping our kitchen for a new backsplash the unthinkable occurred. As they were taking out the old 4 granite backsplash, our granite countertop cracked. The other company was mortified and immediately called QSC. They were onsite immediately to survey the damage and work towards a solution. They found a matching counter top and completed the repair within 48 hours. Terry, David, Mark, Brandon, Danny and Suzanne all worked together as a cohesive unit surging to handle the incident. I have to be honest I thought that this level of service was extinct but Im happy to report Its alive and well at QSC! The level of communication, talent and workmanship at this company is awesome!
