I went into Office Depot tonight with what I thought was a small job that I could simply print myself. However, due to the card limitation on the self serve machines it would have required me to use my card an absorbent amount of times. Due to a deadline I felt that Office Depot could not meet my needs for printing and was frustrated until Scott the manager came to my rescue and despite their busy night and a 2ish hour time from closing pulled out a miracle. Thanks to Scott for his wonderful dedication to customer satisfaction and his commitment to his work that he made it happen for me with only 1 card swipe. Thank you!

While, the one gentleman did check on me several times. After looking at every model printer on display, I inquired about are any models laser and/or inkjets in stock. Lady said NO, I then asked if ordered how long would it take, she replied, I dont know that they havent had printers since March. This is Aug 30th. I sarcastically asked if all the printers are made in China, to which she said yes. They lost a customer not only for a new printer but for weekly refills of paper, ink and other business tools and items.i typically do not make comments unless they are positive and build people up. But, this lady made it clear that she was NOT interested in creating sales for this store nor, a life long customer. By the way she spoke, I had assumed that I no stores anywhere would have printers for sale. Well, I went to Wal-Mart to shop for groceries and they had printers tho, I didnt purchase one there as I wanted a better model. Guess I will try Office Max. I am a principle person so based on how Im treated either creates a loyal customer or I become one who would never purchase anything from a company even if they were the best price in town. Maybe the corporate office needs to send in undercover shoppers to see how they are getting turned away on Saturday evenings.

Very disappointed with Hilltop Office Depot which I would assume is looking for business. Needed a product there and the last one was on display. I asked them several times to sell it to me and they would not since it was not on clearance. They explained they didn’t want to have to put together another one and put it on display. The store is not busy and it seems with employees having free time on their hands that they could easily assembly a shelf. I would think during these times, businesses would be happy to sell. Pretty ridiculous and very frustrating. So much for big box stores trying to accommodate. Ended up finding what I was looking for at another local retailer.

This is a nice Office Depot location. It used to be OfficeMax, but it changed and it is new and renovated. the store is very organized and large. The customer service is amazing and there are many great deals. You can also donate school supplies to local schools.🙂

Absolutely amazing!!! This used to be an Office Max, but they remodeled everything and opened up as an Office Depot. But its not like an Office Depot. Its not the old Walmart style warehouse. Its very modernized, and the service was awesome. Their real game changer was their new Business Pro. They have like a concierge now for all small to medium sized businesses for virtually everything, now if I ever need anything for my business, I just call him up, and he takes care of the rest. Pretty clutch! Ill definitely be coming back!!!

What the heck? The store is no longer where it used to be. But Google has it the same. When I call the phone number it’s now an automated phone and doesn’t allow me to contact anyone to find out where the store was moved to. Terrible waste of my day.

We just went in to buy a shredder and printer for home use and experienced great customer service at this office max location. Shannon answered all our our questions and helped us get everything we needed for the new printer and shredder. Micheal was great at the register !

This place is a joke! They can never keep the good employees. I come and show weekly here. I been out if town for a month and had to come shop for office supplies for my boss...The same managers been there for 10+ years and you can tell. They sit around and talk about the associate while customers can here. They have this buddy pack so no need to complaint! You do better calling corporate!They let the lines get long and want help until the last minute. RJ left and he was the best thing in print and copy. He never lost his cool and made sure your project came out amazing..Now they have a white guy who act crazy and Katie. Katie is very slow and have attitude with peopleIt was a cashier named Priscilla who always said Welcome to Office Depot. She made sure to acknowledge and help you. I went into the store yesterday to find out she longer works there. The guy was telling me how the associates make $8.50- $10 and can only be part time wihout benefitswhile the managers are making $20 plus.I plan on doing more online ordering because the managment is horrible and the poor cashiers have to work harder.

Floor staff were extremely knowledgable and were able to confirm my purchase was compatable with my hardware. Very satisfied with my purchase of a Netgear A7000 wireless router.

I really like that as soon as you walk in someone is asking you if they can help you find what youre looking for. I dont go in often enough to know where anything is and that is incredibly helpful.

Nice new store but do not use the internet order. Easy to order online but when I tried to pick up yesterday around 3, the response was underwhelming and I finally just left. Went to Walmart and bought the item. There were maybe 5 people in the store and 3 clerks I could see but I stood in the line for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. Didnt say Ill be right with you. Did not make eye contact.

The staff at this location is the best. It is not far from another odfice supply store but I rather go to this one. They are very helpful.

Ordered a large desk on line with pick up at the store. Order was ready to go when I arrived at the store two helpful gentleman loaded it in my car and I was out of the store in 10 minutes.
