The lady in there at 5pm 7/31 just didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping. Probably just because she wanted to start closing up an hour early.Not only was the visit a flat out waste of time but was a bait and switch nightmare.Our insurance allowance isn’t what she kept quoting us and there is no copay on our plan but she kept telling us there was. I don’t know whether they just have stupid policies with certain insurances or just don’t know how to correctly read their screens but we went across the street to target and got exactly what we were looking for with no hassle and everything matched precisely to our insurance overview.

Wonderful help. Mary and Jeff made sure my glasses were correct. I had many problems and they went over the normal service to make sure I did not have double vision!

I went to this vision center to pick up my eye glasses on a Friday at 5 pm, no one was there! I went on Sunday around 4 and no one was there! I went on Monday at 1000am which was July 3rd (not a holiday) and no one was there!! I asked the Walmart staff and they shrugged their shoulders, Im not kidding they shrugged there shoulders and said I dont know? Look at the sign! This woman was older and didnt care, the younger door greeter was trying to help me but after asking and no one caring she just said that the vision center is separate from Walmart, and they have their own hours. I thought that was funny since the vision center workers have IDs that are Walmart IDs and Im sure they get paid by Walmart as well. Worst customer service !!!!
