I was a little skeptical when I was flagged down and given a sample, but I was super impressed with the demo for the skincare the workers gave! Its a little pricey, but youre paying for crazy good products, every product Ive looked at has active ingredients that are pretty high up on the ingredients list for skincare. I havent bitten the bullet yet and gone back in for one of the facials... But I think Id be in great hands. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful for when youre browsing.

I was looking around for somewhere I could try out LED skincare devices to help with my acne + I was shocked to find a physical retailer in the area! Obviously, I want to do my research before spending so much money on a piece of equipment and the staff were SO helpful explaining the differences between devices. Hopefully Ill be able to surprise my mother for Christmas with a gift set of skincare! Shout-out to Lily, who was an absolute angel.

Friendly and helpful employees, very nice and luxurious products. I was shocked at how well the creams worked in the demonstration. Real results cost real money though, and it is WORTH IT!!

This was very relaxing and and left my skin feeling relaxed. Lily and Vl glad were most Claire and their instructions both how to use it and to put tags on the products to know when and how long to use each one this was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone any age as Im 70 years old and have not done a lot but I think this is really going to be good for my skin

I would give 3.5 stars.Lily was helpful in resolving an issue. I’d previously made a purchase contingent upon receiving products at my next visit as they were currently out of stock. Long story short, the associate refused to give me items promised. Lily gave the the products I lacked.I like some of the masks-thermal mask feels nice. I don’t see miraculous changes, but I like it. Silk moisturizer from the Celeste lite line is very nice. Blue light therapy does help with acne.I few of their older products had defective containers. Zach helped-when the spring mechanism broke, he immediately replaced it.The sales associates seem to all have training in pressure sales techniques. Stand your ground. If you don’t want something, don’t buy it.The eye device is helpful. Blue light does help acne. I haven’t seen great results from the neck device. Perfectio X is somewhat difficult to use-I had to apply a lot of pressure to make the light activate. I like the marvelous device better

Very bad experience with them. They put these very attractive women out there to lure in customers. Associates are very pushy. I kept telling them i didnt want any of their products, but they kept being pushy at the Lynnhaven mall location. I ended up getting ripped off for over $2000 worth of product that i cant even auction off on Letgo or anything. Everyone who works in there has a foreign accent. And they lose employees and switch up almost every couple of months. Stay way clear of this place, these people, and these products. Its all a high dollar rip off store. They should be sued and put out if business.

I was stopped by Jalena at the mall, she provided me with exceptional service. With every rebuttal I had to their product she provided a response. I even asked the ingredients in the product because I have very sensitive skin and she knew them (very rare). She didnt try to oversell any of the products to me. I was pleased with the service.

Extremely overpriced...things rapidly went from $ 1200 to $300 to $100 after repeatedly and clearly stating that I wasnt buying anything. The young lady in Lynnhaven mall needs a dictionary to look up the definition of the word no. Just put it on your debit she said. Foreign scammers...and I am not sure how they still operate in the mall!!! On the positive side though..the girl was very attractive. So theres that!!

See other review. Products are good but one needs to use daily and be consistent. Facials are needed with the service. Open discussions on skin care. One must be patient with progress. Many years of sun cannot be erased over night.

You’d of thought these vultures worked in one of the small kiosk in the middle of the mall. They lured me right in and would not stop with their shenanigans of trying to oversell their products.I finally just got up and kept walking.If the product was good it would sell itself.Made in Japan first ingredient water.. no thank you

I purchased their neck duo treatment on a splurge and after 2 months I see a huge difference. I am 65 and have sun damage skin. I have been in many treatments with them and I am happy with the outcomeThe products are expensive and sometimes the sales people are very eager to sell. However they are knowledgable and I didnt care because my only mission is to retrieve the youth back in my skin.I highly recommend the products and their services.

Ms. Lily spoiled me to death and it was incredible. Night and day difference to my face. Please please please come down and say hi to her. She will change your life.

Lily and her associates got it all down, they’re nice, welcoming, and the products have so far felt wonderful on my skin. I will update on how well the products are doing it for me later in the future.

Was stopped by Lily at the kiosk to try a free sample of Orogold eye cream and was told it will last two years at a cost of $299!! Then she was including addl products for free and then mentioned a free lift to help with the turkey jowls but had to take me to the store itself (Lynnhaven Mall) and then another woman Tammy would be the one to do that. I asked what ingredients are in the product and she was unable to tell me but I let her put it on my L side of face and neck and truly could not see much in the way of improvement. Both Lily and Tammy were very pushy and I am not one to use many products and spend half a day in the bathroom trying to get ready but I gave in to the pressure. Mistake on me and they even said they would CREDIT the $318 for the eye cream towards the other product purchase which they did NOT do Was told that it would show in my bank and it has not. Also told I would get an addl 10% off (which is the employee cost) and that they did do. Unfortunately, when I got home I developed a reaction to their products and had little bumps along my hairline and then had an irritation that made me want to scratch my face constantly!! I washed my face off with my usual products but still had the irritation for most of the next day. There is no way I will be using these products and was told to come back as they have hypoallergenic products. Why didnt you inquire about this before slathering all these different products on my face?? Definitely will not be going back. STAY AWAY.

I’ve never felt so violated at a mall salon. I was basically lured into the place by promise of a sample, pushed into a chair, had my eye make up remover WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and then had product applied to ONE EYE, again without even checking for allergies or my general permission to touch my face! After I declared that I would NOT buy a 190.- product after having been so unprofessionally treated, I was let go. It was the most bizarre experience of my life. So unprofessional, invasive, and rude - unbelievable.

Vultures I tell ya! I gave in bc I too am in DS. Whatever went under my eye looked to improve but by the time I left the mall I had red blotches and my daughter saw chaffing. It started to itch some. I had a bit of water in the car and wiped off what I could. The red is gone but its still a bit irritated. They are pushy and work off each other like Im on a conveyer belt being processed. I did not waste any money as I do have much higher priorities. You just dont do like this in direct sales.. thanks but Ill keep to my honest business with Origami Owl!!

Was told the product, which was extremely expensive, was warrantied for life. Come to find out a year later it costs over $70.00 to file a claim if the product stops working. More highway robbery. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I am very happy with my product that I bought from orogold cosmetics, they are expensive yes but they worth every dollar I spent, and the devices are amazing the light really worked great on me, the stuffs are very friendly and the esthetician gave me the best facial ever, I totally recommande .

SCAM artist at its finest. My wife was told that something was going to cost $100.00, they some how charged her card over $400.00 and will not give a refund. Reporting it to BBB now.

Poor service!!!! I went Mac Author mall to buy the products and I use it catch a rush cant even go to sleep so the next day I did my refund BEFORE 30 DAYS process, the guy don’t know how to do a refund which is really embarrassing but I keep going up there to see what’s going with my refund so now they told my bank they granted my funds which they are frauds so I have my evidence and now I’m going to press charges. So recommend everyone don’t go here just go to a demonologist ! No stars for them

Ive had great results with the products that Orogold Cosmetics offers. After many years as a business executive without much time to spend on skincare, Elli has taught me about how products interact with the skin. Under the direction of Elli and her staff, Ive learned how to use Orogold products to help repair the damage that sun and aging cause. Products are expensive, but very worthwhile!

Company needs to be sued and shut down, just a great big scam. Stay away and if you did get scammed be sure to report them to the BBB and especially to mall management

Scammers. Beware of there product. I had a negative reaction to the product and tried to take it back. Refuse to honor their product and refuse to refund money. Had to seek out additional treatments from a dermatologist. Also beware that the person who is applying products are not License. Reported to BBB

Pushy sales people, could barely understand as they cant speak very good English, and had very strange accents. Products are very high price for stuff I can purchase for less anywhere else. I DO NOT recomend this at all. They become very irritated when told no Im not interested in making a purchase. I only recommend staying as far from there store front as possible.

They talk AT you, not to you. They talk fast to confuse you. Way, way over priced, you can buy better and cheaper products at any drug store.

A lot of foreign scammers working at this place. They try to impress you with products that temporarily tighten your skin including heating it up till swallows, using very aggressive techniques. After you make your $5000 purchase forget about customer service, they make you come back for refills 2 times a year and dont do so until about 2 hours of sales pitch and a free face lift. Save your money and just buy some lubriderm, works better.

The employees here use high pressure sales tactics and have no idea what they were talking about. A man put one of their products on one of my mothers eyes and my mother asked if it had gluten and green tea in it. He said no and that it was organic. Looking at the ingredients on the samples, he is wrong on all three. He said that if she was allergic, she would react immediately. We told him not all allergic reactions are like that. She woke up with a terrible migraine. Is it that he needs better training or maybe he doesnt understand that information is just an internet search away.

Very high pressure tactics to get you to buy. Asked very personal questions about how much money I make yearly, what I paid for my house, what kind of car do I drive, etc. All in hopes of trying to figure out how much money they could con me into paying. When I told them none of that information was any of their business, they acted offended and said they did not think it was personal. I told them it was considered very personal here in the US and people do not generally like to divulge that. A bunch of foreign scammers. Save your money- many of the exact same products are available on Amazon for a 1/10th of the price!!!!

Amazing products the first one to actually work on my skin, at first i was sceptical but it just works!

Stay away from this very expensive shop. The employees lie to you (oh shock). They lure you in with free samples. Its all a big scam.
