VERY hard to find this place!!! Tried two times in the past... but I guess the third time is the charm!@@!Really good food. Prepared fresh and full of flavor. Great drinks and the staff were welcoming.
THE BEST pizza in Virginia Beach! Hands down! We used to always go to Sals but after trying Chapels just once, we never looked back! Their garlic knots are to-die-for and our favorite pizza of theirs (though theyre all good) is the Bianca Rosa with sausage. The fact that theyre in walking distance is the icing on the cake! Its tucked away and I wouldve never known it was back there unless I had seen it on Google but its truly a must try. You wont regret it!
I stopped in to get carried out and had a beer while waiting. The staff and atmosphere was amazing. All it took was 1 beer and the pizza was done so super fast. So the pizza I had was the Hawaiian Honeymoon. The pizza was cooked and prepared well however, I wish the pineapple chunks were half the size. the amount was good just the chunks were massive. I think if the chunks were just half the size it would have been one of the best Hawaiian Pizza Ive ever have.All and all if I lived here this would most likely be my go to pizza place.
Great pizza! Can see why it is so highly rated. The toppings were evenly spread out and the crust was nice and thin but not too thin. They were also made within 20 minutes of our call. Highly recommend!

This is a hole in the wall spot with absolutely awesome food. The wings, garlic knots, and pizza are bomb! Great selection of cocktails too. My friends and I sat at the bar and we received great service from the bartender.
Absolutely loved the pizza here! 5 out of 5 no doubt one of the best pizzas in Virginia Beach. Highly recommend coming here they have a lot of beers on top friendly staff great area and damn good pizza! Had the chapel 12-in pizza and it was amazing, Buffalo sauce chicken bacon ranch and the cheese was to die for!

After googling for a pizza restaurant closer to the springhill suites, I found this restaurant and it had great reviews and I was NOT disappointed. The garlic knots are just delicious and makes you crave for more. Pizza was also excellent. No wonder the place was packed on a Tuesday evening.

Chapel wings were amazing. Large Caesar salad was enough for 3 people. 12 wings, large salad, under $30 (with a drink)?!?! Incredible. Service was really great, too. Thank you folks, for a wonderful experience; Ill be back tomorrow night.
Host / Bartenders / Servers when overloaded need someone to help them sync. Otherwise fantastic place and no fault of any single individual there (hard workers, quality food, just lack of a self aware front of house manager capable of telling people theres a wait and not triple seating those poor servers)

Got the chapel wings, had them add some lemon pepper seasoning and asked to have them cooked extra crispy!!! They really DID that. I’ll be coming here for the wings every time I come to VB!

Fantastic experience! It was a little busy and the waitress was very apologetic but we were more than happy to wait because of this. She seemed very sincere and polite which make the whole experience worth while. On top of the food being great. Wish we had pizza like this at home!
The taco salad and garlic knots are addicting! Everyone is down to earth and super nice. I work across the hall from them at American Mechanical and we are constantly ordering from there.
Alright so I visited this place on 2/16/2019 and the food wasnt bad at all. I understand what the hype was all about! The Supreme and the tex mex was worth the money for sure. The staff was beyond friendly and everything was extremely fresh. The only issue that I did have was the sour cream had expired on the 30th of January, and we were almost in the third week of February. The sour cream wasnt bad, but I wouldnt have consumed it had I caught the date prior to putting it on my pizza. This couldve been a big issue if the sour cream was bad and someone got sick from it. However, with that being a minor blemish, this place still gets five stars from me.
Great pizza even better garlic knots! Fast friendly service and nice atmosphere. Found this place with my son a couple of years ago and just cant get down here enough. Anytime were near the beach this is our go-to spot.

The only good thing about their pizza is the thin, crunchy crust. The sauce is blend, not near enough cheese and the waitress was rude: I wasn’t even done with my food and she was already taking napkins and seasonings away from our table. Then she was rushing us for the payment.

I got some Grandma Pizza today and now Im writing this review from the floor with the last bit of energy I have left. It was super tasty and very filling, my daughter loves the garlic parmesan wings too! You are going to need a nap after Grandma pizza, youve been warned!!
Decided to venture away from the boardwalk pizza joints and I am so glad we did. The entire family of picky eaters was beyond satisfied.1) calamari was delicious!2) Tex mex pizza was great and flavorful!3) customer service was on point despite covid restrictions. They all worked as a team to take care of us.4) great beer selection!

Always a local favorite. Dollar slices are Tuesday and Thursday and its great. Good floppy greasy pizza. The also do growler carryout. So if you need a growler in a pinch grab one from Back at, then get the beer of your choice.
Chapel Wings were awesome. Wife said the Turkey club sub was one of the best shes ever eaten. Pizza was good. Fries were really good and the service was the BEST! Definitely going back here another day.

First time....and I loved it! Wings and Pizza are on point. Pizza crust is thin, crispy heaven! They have anchovies on the menu! I like the laid back atmosphere, the service was friendly too.

Initially I had come here to just get some pizza and head over to some trivia but as I was late to the trivia and there werent really many seats I decided to stay and have pizza and a beer there. The bartender was the only one I had any continuous interaction with but was greated very kindly by the other server there and both of them were very friendly.The pizza was great and so was the beer so Im very happy about my choice to stay. Thank you for a great meal and lettin me hangout for a little bit 😁😁😁

Great pie. Love the ratio of crust, sauce and cheese. And the slices are large. Close seating and sound reverberates off the walls, which makes it loud for conversing. Went on Saturday afternoon. One waiter for the shift, while we were there, but she was super friendly, and efficient enough to take care of about 5 parties, one of which was 10+. Defintely would go back.
Absolutely fantastic pizza, service and dessert! A great atmosphere, working well as a family dine in during the day, but I can imagine it being a great bar scene at night. Only reason I didnt give it the full five star treatment was that the desserts were just a bit overpriced. They were delicious, but $7 fora slice of cake is a bit excessive. Beyond that, I could not recommend this place higher!
I was vacationing from NY, I love pizza, and driving around Virginia beach, I saw this pizza resturant off the main hotel strip. What a wonderful surprise and decided to try it. The pizza was thin and delicious. My husband had the chapel wings, he loved them. If you want NY style pizza you have to try this place.

The BEST pizza Ive had in a long long time!! And even better, they have $1 slice nights on Thursdays which is awesome! And great happy hour specials as well on drinks. Definitely would recommend it to anyone to check out! Also for the locals, super homey feel, laid back spot.
Finally stopped by for dinner last night. We were seated right away and they have big, nice booths that comfortably sat our party of 7 adults and 1 baby. Super friendly wait staff and quick service. Pizza was delicious, salads were fresh but the star of the show was the awesome bread the subs are made with. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!
First time customer so I may update this in the future. Their margarita pizza could use some more mozzarella. It had good overall flavor and I enjoyed the thinner crust style they offer. But after one bite out of a single slice, the cheese is over and done with. Im no amateur to traditional margarita, its my favorite pizza, but they were on the lower end of the cheese spectrum.
Nice place to grab a slice of pizza or some wings. Hosts and servers are very friendly. They have a great variety of wells beers. Tuesdays and Thursdays are slice nights 5 to 7 you get a great discount on slices of pizza.

Great local hidden gem. The pizza is great and they have other items on the menu too. The crust on the pizza is good, I like their bbq chicken pizza and often get wings also. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is cool inside. There is a good size bar that you can eat at also and watch the cooks in the background.

Good for people with kids, but the options for people who cant eat dairy are limited and the salads are less than inspired. Perfectly fine, but I wouldnt go out of my way to eat a salad from them. The pizza and beer selection is good though!
Several craft beers available. I ordered chicken wings which were very tasty. I didnt like their policy of not being able to pick two types of wings when I ordered a dozen! It costs $2 more to order 2 types separately... No reason for this!If not for that, I would give them a 5 star rating.
