The worst experience I have ever had, please do not use them, do not let their fluffy presentation fool you. A friend recommended their service because they had a good experience with them over 5 years ago, but they are overly priced and not focused on customer service anymore. I mainly went with them because of their lifetime warranty, but did not receive their fine print until after the windows were installed. Please insist on seeing the lifetime warranty prior to signing, you will see its not what you expect, most of the charges to have something replace are on you after a year.First off, the crew who came were very friendly, but thats about the only good thing I can say. They left screws, broken glass, wood splints, etc. all in our house and outside in the flower beds.It started to rain at the end of the day and instead of coming back, they continued to replace windows in the pouring rain, running in and out of the house tracking water and mud the entire time.They never once used a leveler to level the windows and when I asked why, they said it wasnt necessary because the windows level to the panes in the windows and then they caulk around. Unfortunately, at the time, I had no idea, but have sense learned that is total BS, they are supposed to level.When they left, they advised they would come back the next morning to take the trash out of the yard, but never came back. It took numerous phone calls to finally get someone here to take the big stuff, but they still left the nails, screws, broken glass, etc. inside and outside the house.The first time I went to wash the windows, I found windows that just fell off track. If you do decide to go with them, be sure to check your windows while they are at your house. If you dont, your 1 year warranty will run out and all labor will be on you.Also, be sure they clean your windows as what you may think is just smudges, is actually glue that you cant remove without special chemicals.My advice is DO NOT USE THEM.

Paramount builders provides high quality and excellent customer service. There was no pressure to buy and the presentation Max did was fantastic. I absolutely love my new windows. Paramount builders is the only place I will go to for any future repairs.

A few windows were half installed in my parents home. Paramount measured the windows 5 different times, yet the windows are 4-6 inches to small, which has changed the look of the property, inside & out, the windows do not match, you can see outside, and NO ONE IS RETURNING CALLS OR EMAILS.

I call them for a quote back in May, didnt take their services and still get phone calls for a reschedule and discounts. I told the lady on the phone that Im not looking for any services and to not call me back and they called me the very next day. On the following call, I told their telemarketers to no call again and she pretended to not hear what I was saying and said she would try again at another time and hung up. I called back the 757 number they called me from and they didnt pick up..

Aaron came out to give us a quote on a new roof. He was really nice, went through his spiel, measured outside, and gave us their price. It was a lot higher than we expected, so we declined. He asked what the issue was. My partner said it was high and his dad had it done for about $7200. (We didnt think their quote would be that low, but maybe around 10-15K. Theirs was 29K/22K if we commit same day) Aaron said hed have to call his boss (the owner, I think) to let him know. He called while still at the house, a sales tactic, Im sure, which is fine. Hes a sales person, after all. He told his boss his we declined and that we were expecting $7200 (we werent.) His boss said that it wouldnt be able to get done due to the cardboard shortage, cause thats what itd be made from. He and Aaron had a good chuckle and he got off the phone and left. I just feel it was rude to try to shame us into taking a high price. With this experience, even if I wanted to go back and use them, I wouldnt.

I cannot say enough about this company. Taylor came to my house, fully explained everything, and was very helpful. I am all about quality work and you get that with Paramount. Finance person was helpful and courteous. The crew was very professional and friendly. Go with Paramount. You want regret it!

Paramount Builders are good, I had them work on my home twice (siding and roof)...top quality work...love the look of the home!!

Hired them for a 800 sqft gutter job it took 3.5 weeks and unnoticed reschedules twice. They finally came to their senses and contacted me after we contacted them. I understand being busy trust me, but they couldve handled it a bit better I feel. However the final product is superb so Ill give it two stars.

Too expensive and many things they dont fix on houses. They do have a great warranty on windows.

They came to my home to bid on a new roof. Heard nothing from them. I called and was told no bid would be provided because I did not listen to their whole sales pitch! I knew exactly the roof I wanted. When leaving the sales person said nothing about any problem. I was told if I want a bid I would have to look at samples and hear there whole sales pitch. Ridiculous!

Paramount Builders were fast and professional. The sales representative kept us informed throughout the entire process. The windows look great and the overall experience was pleasant. However, it would have been nice for the installation crew to have cleaned the smudges and finger prints off the windows prior to completing the job.

These people are crooks!! I came to my grandmothers house today to see her upset and frustrated over the payments on her roof. She could not figure out why she was still paying on a roof that was installed in 2012. I took a look at her paperwork, only to find that these crooks charged my grandmother $17,000 FOR A ROOF ON A 972 SQ/FT HOME!!!!!!!!!! Thats not the worst part. On top of that, they had her finance this roof which cost an additional $31k in finance charges!!!! OVER $48,000 FOR A ROOF!!!!!!!! $48,000!!!! These folks took advantage of my grandmother. All Im going to say is buyer beware. This company cannot be trusted!!

Wonderful Window Pit Crew. Arrived on time. Lead Crew member est. 3hrs, finished in 2-1/2 hrs. Crew moved about with precision, installing 9 windows and cleaning behind themselves. Lead Crew member gave very good instructions on how to use, cleaning, and warranty info. When it was time to leave, no trash left behind, none. Excellent work, professional demeanor. 5 stars!!!!-

We had a mystery leak 3 years after our roof was installed. Despite confusion about the warranty coverage, the office was helpful and sent out a great, thorough inspector to try to find what was wrong. He evaluated the work on the roof and used a hose for over 30 minutes trying to pinpoint the issue before suggesting some non-roof-related causes.

Pay is not ok for the amount of hours,time, & dedication put into work...

Came to my door at 7:30 at night (and after dark) WITH a sign on my door that very clearly states no solicitors, no religion, no politics, etc. right at eye level. Sleeping baby woken and dogs freaking out and wanted to keep talking despite being asked to leave. Ridiculous.

The Ellis Brothers were the contractors sent out by Paramount Builders to install the metal trim on my house. Their work was professional and the finished product looks amazing. The were courteous and clean up the waste materials very well. I would recommend them to others.M. W. Cary

The experience we had with this company was outstanding. They are prompt and detailed to attention. John Conner explained to us the financing policy to the installation process in simple ways so that we understood the complete process. Everything he said was accurate. He is knowledgeable about the product he sales. The gutters was installed in one day. John represented the company with truth and accuracy.

Do not let these people do your roof they dont care if its installed properly all they can say is you have a warranty they broke my driveway chipped my vinyl siding chipped my windows dented my air-conditioning nails everywhere high nails and low nails in the shingles dont even want to talk about the trim around my house drip edge installed with an i dont care used my old flashing on a 50 year roof step flashing not installed properly it has holes in galvanized flashing I new they were higher in price but thought I would not have to deal with anything but I have missed time from work holding these peoples hand save yourself some heart ack DO NOT USE ps I feel with all this worry I feel like I have lost years from my life

The sales rep and the installers were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The two window installers were absolutely on time, efficient, and really knew what they were doing. You could tell that they really had the process down! Eleven windows were installed in less than six hours. I rate the window product, the installers, the company, and the end results as all high quality.

We recently had Paramount replace all of the siding, window and door frames and gutters on our house. The house was sided with T1-11, and over the years it had rotted, become stained and generally looked horrible. Yes, the products we used are expensive. But our home is our biggest investment, and the products used by Paramount are the highest quality. It was definitely worth it. Miguel and his work crew showed the absolute highest professionalism and craftsmanship. They were on the job early every day, and even on a Saturday, and were amazingly efficient and skilled at their jobs. We are so happy with how everything turned out, and for the first time in a long time we are proud of how our house looks! I know there seem to be complaints about sales tactics, but we did not have that issue as we called Paramount directly. Yes, the initial meeting took almost 2 hours, but that was because they were very thorough in explaining the process and the products, and we had a lot of questions. i think spending 2 hours on a meeting about something that is very important to the value of a very important asset is not a great deal of time at all. Overall, we are so very happy with our new house, and only wish that we would have called Paramount sooner. I will not hesitate to call them again, and I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I called to get an estimate on siding and roofing. They told me someone could be out in one hour. The salesman shows up and tells me they are having a Pandemic special in which I can only take advantage if I commit to the job that day! I told him I was interested in a quote on the job and would then decide whether I wanted to proceed after he gave me an estimate. He said he wouldnt give me a quote unless I would commit the same day! It was like a Time Share hard sell time at my front door. He said giving me a quote would take hrs. and he had 17 other appointments that had not been seen on Saturday. I have never experienced anything like this. Very unprofessional and he lost the opportunity to get two houses I intend to renovate! I would look elsewhere!!!!

Mr. Paul showed up to install my new windows and was very courteous and was very understanding that I had a daughter with intellectual disabilities that everything needed to be explained to so she would not become frightened. Mr. Paul and his helper were wonderful to work with and are a good representation of your company.

I took the whole day off just to get these windows installed. At the end, I only took 2 hoirs off, then went back to work. Paul was very quick, precise, and professional. And I love my new windows.

Mitch and his crew did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and cheerfully answered all of our questions. Installation was quick but thorough and clean up afterwards was excellent.

Overall good experience. Slight hiccup with some communication with the office, but, once I contacted our sales rep, he was immediately in action trying to correct the problem and had it fixed within the day. Overall, I would recommend.

I would give this company less than one star if I could. I set this appointment letting them know that being a military family my husband may not be available to consult on the project but I was fully capable of making the decisions needed on my own. When their sales reps arrived they asked where my husband was and when I explained he wasnt available they just continued to make small talk with me for a while. I tried several times to direct the conversation towards starting the consultation but they seem to be avoiding it. Finally I asked them outright if we could get started and they said that they could not do the consultation without my husband present. I explained he had been working extremely late nights and had only had a few hours sleep, so was sleeping and that we could move forward as I was going to be the decision maker. They first tried to say that since hell need to sign the final paperwork he probably wants to know what kind decisions Ill be making about the windows, but I was very firm that he agreed that I would be making the decisions. Then they even said that there are a lot of decisions to be made about the windows and I probably would like some help with that from my husband. At that point I stated clearly that if they could not move forward with the consultation, then they needed to leave my home because they were wasting my time. I called the company to let them know how poor my experience was with their sales reps, and while the manager I spoke with was sympathetic, she had to stand by their company policy that they will not even meet for a consultation unless both spouses or homeowners are present. I told them that I find it ridiculous that I have purchased 2 cars and even refinanced our home in my husbands absence but according to them Im not capable of choosing windows without my husband by my side. I dont know how they stay in business operating in this manner especially in a military town, but they will definitely never get my business.

Do not get a quote from this company! They will harass you for years! Over 5 years ago I met with someone who was setting appointments for new windows. I ended up using another company and now I get constant phone calls. Every time I ask them to take my off their call list the people on the other end of the phone just hang up. DO NOT give them your information because they will harass you for years to come!

When I call a company to come and give me a quote I expect a sales pitch. Its part of the game. I understand it. I suffer it. I know what I want which is why I called you, but I need to sit through your script until you can give me what I asked for.What I do not expect is to take time off of work and realign my schedule to have someone come over simply to tell me that they will have to set up an additional appointment to give me a quote. I wasted several hours of my time today for a verbal ballpark because the salesman refused to write down any numbers. The gentleman not even being a tape measure with him.When I contacted the parent company, the gentleman had the audacity to say that I didnt let him finish his pitch, thus why he could not provide a quote. The meeting was scheduled to last an hour and we went 15 minutes over that.I can appreciate that this was a single individual and not a comparison for the company as a whole; however, I missed out on my evening and they missed out on $19k (verbal estimate) of business for this fiasco.

Not to be disrespectful, just have some input. I feel it is a real shame that during this pandemic that Paramount is sending elderly folks out in the rain to canvas neighborhoods and go to peoples doors when we we’re instructed to stay home and keep our distance from each other.Furthermore, this “sales person” did not deliver any information to my home (don’t worry we’re not interested anyways!) he just came right up to my house and was hanging out on my porch. They didn’t leave any information did not ring the doorbell and then walked back down the road to a van of other representatives. We were home and I was wondering who this random guy was but the camera shows it all. Just a thought but maybe they didn’t want to be out here anyways themselves during everything going on!

Wow, where do I start? All I was doing was looking for a general quote to see how much Id save putting new siding up on my house by myself with the help of a contractor friend of mine. What followed was being called non stop for an hour by 3 contractor companies. The one that called me the most was Paramount builders. I told them I didnt have the time or ability to schedule an at home appointment anytime soon but they kept being so pushy and tried to pressure me into setting up an appointment. I told them to leave me alone and never call me again. THey kept calling so I blew up on them. A couple days later my girlfriend and I decided to go to the convention center for an outdoor and indoor home building convention. We basically wanted ideas because we plan to do everything ourselves. I dont advise going to one of these shows because everyone there is so pushy and tries to shove their product down your throat. Guess who was there?? Paramount builders. And it was the same thing. This lady (Theresa) jumped in front of us, got in our faces and started spewing out how we want to sign up for their registry for a (unlikely) chance at getting a Target gift card. Then she started talking about what they could do for our home and we politely tried to walk away and she kept getting in our face to get us to make an appointment for a quote. Saying we couldnt get a discount unless we set the appointment with her, which is a stupid concept. Youre gonna pressure clients to make an appointment for a home repair they may not be financially ready to do all so they can save a couple $100?? It was insulting and very unprofessional. I was just going to leave it all alone until I received yet another phone call from them where I became very VERY nasty .

The sales pitch is 3 hours long and the prices are borderline fraud. . They make both spouses be there so they can pressure you together. I was originally quoted $31,000 when we said it was too much suddenly the price dropped to $28,000 I said no then he asked what I would agree to pay....They use this ridiculously long sales pitch to try to beat you into submission then get mad if you say no. i went with another company and paid $12,000 and my new roof looks amazing.

Nice employees and our door handle that broke AGAIN was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Very disappointed that they wanted to charge$150 to install it when we were promised a lifetime warranty and the last time the handle broke the repair man assured us if it happened again theyd be glad to fix it again! Just grateful my husband was able to install it.

My wife was solicited by a person walking door-to-door. Though I wasn’t actively interested I said ok when they wanted to present to me their sales pitch. I was impressed with the products, as they seemed to be good, but yet was still not interested at the time in doing any more home renovations. The sales person that spoke to me operated on a high pressure sales tactic. It was very unwelcome and unappreciated, so were the numerous phone calls over a year plus period of time. I’m not sure why the words “no” or “not interested” aren’t enough to cease communications with someone. This company may be able to get extra sales from these tactics, but it will continue to be a blackeye on a potentially good product. I now will intentionally avoid any effort to do business with this company, and will not recommend this company to anyone I know. I feel sorry for anyone that is unable to do repairs in their own house, as this type of company model can easily exploit people and burden them with unnecessary debt. I will be waiting to see if they truly took off my information from their system before I pursue other avenues.

We had our house wrapped and new guttering installed by Paramount. It was one of the best decisions we have made for maintaining our home. From the sales representative (Robert) to the lead installer (Ryan) their personnel were the epitome of professionals. Their knowledge and craft is evident in the quality of the products and installation on our home. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to someone looking for having similar work done on their home. Great people and a job well done!

Dont ever get a quote from them, as they will continue to harass you for YEARS!!!I had them come give me a free estimate a few years ago and decided that they were much too expensive compared to the other quotes I got, so I went with someone else. After that, I received marketing calls from their call center WEEKLY trying to offer me deals on the price and negotiate how to get me to use them. When I told them I already got the work done, they said they would remove me from the list.This only meant that I now got calls once a month instead of once a week. It was always someone different, and they would always ask the same questions. Id tell them the same thing as before, and they would repeat that they would take me off the list. It never happened.Finally we moved. I got my monthly call and I told them that not only are we 100% not interested in their services, we no longer live at the address anyway. Once again, they said theyd take me off the list. Im so sorry! Well now I get phone calls around every 3 months or so.It doesnt matter what I say or do. They continue to call. Its been at least 3 years now. The harassment will never end. I wish I had never called them in the first place.

Very concerned that my wife was going to be at the estimate, and unable over the phone to even discuss hourly pricing for standard services. When I asked the account manager about getting an honest estimate and not a sales job, she said she may be able to send a manager who wouldnt be, and I quote, money money money. Im assuming the appraisers are on a sales commission, which I believe pits them against your best interest. I just want to pay a fair amount for honest work, and I do not believe that will happen here. Cancelled the appointment.

Had work done by Paramount builders very professional very clean very neat the neighbors were rapping and raving about how beautiful the work is and how quick and efficient the installers were from the time I sit down with Daniel the time that the job was complete everything was done at one small problem but Daniel handle that on a Sunday afternoon within an hour it was taken care of I give them 5 stars all your employees was like Daniel you would have a Class 1 operation thank you very much I would do business with you again

The overall process was easy and fast. We had very knowledgeable sales associates who went over what seemed like every single detail, big or small, about the company to help us decide if we should do business with them. Our house did have some outdated shutters, rotting trim, and broken gutters, so I didnt mind that they came to the door to offer their service. Normally, I turn down solicitors, but I am glad I didnt this time. My house looks much better and the work seems to be high quality so far. I would do business with Paramount again, and in fact, plan to work on getting a new flat roof when we have more money saved up.Updating my review to say that they did come back for the roof and were super pushy about making the sale. They make it seem like their deal is very limited. We were pushed into signing a contract and ended up paying triple the cost for both projects that they did. We now owe their financing company almost fifteen grand. Please seek at least 3 estimates before getting work done. We are new homeowners and didnt know that before.

By far this is one of the best decisions we have made for our home!!! From our sales rep to our installers the experience was TOP NOTCH!!!! Being in the military I understand the importance of service, and the Paramount team definitely solidifies SERVICE!!! We love our gutters and vinyl siding and couldnt be happier with Paramount. I have had a sliding glass door w/ screen and a Front entry and storm door replaced and the installer Joe Dawson ... was such a courteous and knowledgable installer. He showed me the product before he installed it to ensure that he was installing the correct material that I had ordered.Then after completion he went through with me and my wife, how each of the doors operate. He answered all of my questions and cleaned up the work area.I would definatley recommend this company and this installer to all of my neighbors. ( TWO THUMBS UP FOR MY SATISFACTION )I WILL BE USING PARAMOUNT BUILDERS, INC IN THE FUTURE !

Be warned that this company is SHADY. Be ready to spend 3+ hours with the salesman. From the minute they walk through your front door they will lie and lie and lie and embellish EVERYTHING just to get a sale. They dont even give you a written estimate that scribble numbers and figures on a piece of paper and then wait for your reaction. Since the price is jacked about10-20K more than other companies they will begin the negotiation. if the tell you they are throwing anything in for FREE dont believe it. Whatever is free is added into the cost at about 4 to 5 times the amount it should be. They will also tell you that they gave you a 1st visit discount of 15% and if you tell them you will think about it. They will tell you that if they have to come back out your 15% discount is gone and you will have to pay thousands more for them to come out a second time. They will also tell you YOU HAVE TO ACT NOW because they are giving you prices from 2 years ago and they are just now (Thank God you called them in time) going to to 2017 prices so you better take their deal or you will regret it. If you show any type of hesitation the salesman will attempt to bully, intimidate and even strong arm you into their great deal. I have read the 5 star ratings and funny thing is many of the statements reviewers use are the EXACT wording as to what the salesman will say to you. Coincidence or paid employees to boost their ratings. Go out and get 3 or more estimates (there are 2 companies in the area that have the same products and same warranties) then call Paramount Builders. Do not let them know you have other estimates and let the sales pitch go its course (you will get bored once the second hour begins) then laugh and see how ridiculous it is. Also see how angry your salesman will look when you pass on their bargain and deal. This is also the ONLY company that will not give you a written estimate. They wont even give you the piece of scrap paper with their numbers and figures on it. Once again careful with this company. It appears they prey on the weak.

I have had my triple pane windows since July 2014. My wife and I love them; our electric bill has decreased by 30-40%. The road noise has decreased significantly, such that it was amazing when we walked out the door and couldnt believe the noise.We recently received a visit from the quality control inquiring about our experience. My wife and I were amazed that they took the time to inquire about how we like our windows.The installers were very knowledgeable and we had no problems with them.

A great company that started with the sales rep (John) who was extremely knowledgeable on the products. He spent the time to answer my questions and evaluate my options. They offer superior products and installers who were very professional and clean. I would recommend Paramount to anyone needing replacement of windows or trim around their house.

I would recommend paramount builder to anyone that needs a new roof. I plan on getting the leaf guard gutter from them also.

Salesperson would not leave my home after 3 hours. The next day a manager comes to my home very friendly and seems trustworthy. Did not leave until I signed a contract. I have cancel the contract since I found another company to offer the same type of warranty on my roof. I advise others to shop around and be up front about the dog.

Paramounts commitment to my complete satisfaction was more than I expected or could have hoped for. Everyone, from the sales rep to the installers, was courteous and friendly. The installers went above and beyond what had to be done by reinstalling the blinds that were too high for me to reach. My garage was left cleaner than when the work started. Great company . . . well worth the cost of the windows.

Prices are astronomical, quality of work is poor, and they dont honor their warranties. EDIT. I just found out from a few ex employees that they require them to act as homeowners and leave 5 star reviews. Thats the only way they could ever get 5 stars

Satisfied with the trim work Paramount did a few years ago I decided to contact them about replacing my roof. Sales personnel Calvin and Tom gave an excellent presentation explaining the products that would best serve my needs and how the entire process would work. The installers were on time answered questions I had went about their work and clean up diligently and professionally. The service Sandy from the finance department provided was very pleasant and professional bringing quality to the product and the experience.

Very pleased with the quality of their product! I had them replace my windows and being as satisfied as I am with the outcome, they deserve a genuine rating of 5 stars. The process was very smooth and I greatly recommend their products to anyone who needs a job done with phenomenal results. I very much enjoyed working with Paramount Buliders Inc.

The installation of the windows exceeded my expectations. Chuck and his crew showed up at the time given. Very impressive. The quality and superior look of the windows were as the sales rep. informed us during the initial presentation of their products. We had more extensive wood damage than expected so, the installers took extra time to repair the damage and corrected the previous builders side steps. We are extremely satisfied with the installation and quality of the products.

We had some trouble to begin with and it was a very rocky start. But! Chuck came in and saved the day! He was very straight forward. He has done this type of work for a while and he is very skilled in it.My fiancé and I are so pleased with the finished outcome and the work he provided. We are wanting to finish the rest of the windows in the house and we DEFINITELY WANT CHUCK to complete them! We trust the work and effort he puts into it.

We had some side and trim put up and we are absolutely thrilled with the product. The sales rep was very informative and presented the product as well as himself well. When the installers (Chucks crew) came out to install our siding and trim, they called before they came out and was on time. They worked all day and cleaned up well after they were done. They called when they couldnt make it due to the weather. We have a dog in the back yard and they made sure that everything was clean for her after they left. We would highly recommend Paramount Builders for any exterior home renovation products.

I purchased a full trim wrap package as preventative maintenance on my new home. My wood trim was in good shape, but there is a ton of wood on the exterior of my house and I figured that getting it wrapped would give me some peace of mind.The quality of the work is atrocious. There are certain sections that are passable, but the majority of the project looks awful. There are large bulges on nearly all of the corner posts and most of the panels on the bay windows, and it has been getting worse over time.A large amount of the caulking has separated, to the point where its no longer something I can handle myself in a reasonable amount of time. High quality caulking should definitely last longer than year when applied correctly. This completely defeats the purpose of this job since moisture is able to get in pretty much everywhere.Worst of all, this summer, just a little over a year since I had the installation done, I have had a lot of humidity problems in my home. Turns out the crew did not remove the existing vents or wood under the fascia, which was specified in the contract. So now I have basically no attic ventilation due to the existing small vents having the vented vinyl fascia overlapping.I attempted to resolve many of these issues last year, but didnt have much luck with the one-man repair crew they have. He was always under the impression that he was only coming out to trim the patio doors, which the company had decided to throw in to make up for the issues I had. I explained multiple times that I had several issues that needed to be addressed, and yet I kept hearing the same thing, even after he had arrived one day and I explained it in person. I sent pictures of all of the issues to the company and even had my salesperson come by and see them in person.I contacted Paramount a few days ago through their website, and also attempted to call them. I didnt receive an email response, and did not receive a response to the voicemail message that I left.

Chris Lewis and Dave Toomvo did a great job installing the doors and shutters. the roofers and siding crews did a great job and cleaned my yard.

Paramount Builders is company made up of honorable people that stand behind tier product. Their windows are the best in the industry and from start to finish they take every step very seriously. No complaints about this professional home improvement company.

Only four stars due to changes in schedule for installation of gutters and the rear door. I had to take off early for two separate days to be available. the gutter guys and the door guy were great. the sales reps did well in the beginning but were hard to get into contact with after our first meeting.

We had them replace the windows on the front of our house. Every person we talked to and that worked with us, from the sales people to the contractors who came out to install the windows, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. They are not cheap, but they are worth it, very good quality. We could feel a difference right away with how much warmer our rooms were even though we had not changed the thermostat. They also followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy with the product, they dont just install them and never hear from them again.

GREAT WORK AND PRICE VERY REASONABLYMy husband and I decided to hire Paramount builders to build a three car garage for us after getting a few other estimates from other contractors. Their salesman, Bert Dail gave us a reasonable estimate for the high quality materials that was going to be used and warranty that came with it. Bert was not pushy and most important professional and made the process of deciding to hire them made it easy. While building our detached three car garage project over the past several months, we have had the pleasure of working with Paramount Builders. During this time they have proven to be professional, reliable, dedicated and capable in completing each phase of our construction project with good quality workmanship, while being able to adapt to unforeseen situations and minor changes during the course of the project. We would not hesitate to work with Paramount Builders again!

They call very frequently, one time they called and said they had a special and you could get an estimate now at a reduced price and get it done later. So they came out and were going to do the estimate but I had a feeling I should ask the person who came out. Turns out you had to do it right now. And the person doing the estimate said they do this all the time thats how they work, he didnt like it... Right.I asked him to leave before he did the estimate.They still persistently call and never take you off of their dont call list.

I have an infant and they wont stop constantly calling. I have blocked two separate numbers now. Please stop!

Sales tactics are more like stalker tactics. They just wont give up. They call from several different numbers and call all times of the day. I just got a call at 8:40 pm on a Wednesday night. Ive even had to get nasty with them calling so much. I hate doing that. There was one lady who got nasty back at me and stated she wouldnt take me off of any calling list. I dont know how they figure Ill ever even think of using them when they are nothing less than harassing me and my husband. Would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Unless I didnt like the person..

Installers showed up and immediately began to work on making my trim and house look better than ever. They cleaned up and did a walk-thru with me to ensure everything met my standards. They gave us an outrageous estimate on our windows. Later the manager called and said they messed up and wanted to give us a better deal. Too late from our perspective but it didnt stop there. They have called us weekly and never put our name on the do not call list despite multiple requests. If you go with them just remember they have to pay for all that marketing somewhere!
