Our experience with Better View was excellent! The price was lower than the competitors; all of the employees we interacted with were professional and prompt. The installation took just a day and half and my husband and I were able to work from home without interruption the whole time. I noticed a small tear in one of the screens on the morning of the second day of installation, and the installers replaced the screen immediately. I would 100% recommend them!

We purchased windows from Betterview for our kitchen and master bathroom. They installed the windows today and we are so pleased with the quality of the windows and their price. I purchased 19 double hung Sunrise windows for my condo. There was a lengthy lead time but that was to be expected due to COVID. Install went in super easy, took one day instead of two.Nine of the sashes had some kind of streaks on the inside from the manufacturer though. These Sunrise windows are not cheap but I was willing to pay for quality and the lifetime warranty. I was worried the warranty process would be a nightmare but Betterview took care of everything and swapped my new sashes out in 1 month.I shopped around hard for this purchase and so far I feel I made a great decision going with Betterview!

I have been sick for 6 to 7 months with cancer. One phone call to this company, they took care of me like I was family. They came immediately, measured everything, ordered the door. Two weeks later they were at my house with brand new French doors. They also installed A doggie door. They were in and out in one day. For the rest of my house I would not use anyone else. Betterview Windows did an excellent job on a request to provide a glass slider for a home office without compromising my view. The unusually large size of the opening necessitated a custom build. The consultation with Matt provided the perfect solution! Matt was frank, honest, and was able to advise on the proper sequencing of the floor and door installation to insure that everything was installed in the proper order and without incident. Before deciding on a window installation contractor, i researched 3 local companies - and I researched them hard. Ive been told on more than one occasion that Im pretty meticulous when Im making selections and I think that was certainly true in this case. When I spend $15-$20K on something - i want to do everything in my power to make sure Im happy with the choice. That said - I could not be more pleased with this company and the entire process. From the time that Tony - their sales representative showed up until Dave - the QA Manager followed up during and after the project was complete - I simply dont know what else you could ask for when choosing windows. The installation team of Tom and John were meticulous and professional in every way and kept us informed on the status of the installation. In short - my wife and I are extremely pleased with Better View and I simply dont think you can find a better company. Very strongly recommended.

6 months ago I would have given 5 stars as they were responsive and did great work after I fired 10 other companies for not doing the work or even bothering to show. In April I tried to hire them again to caulk my second story windows and trim and after the initial assessment I never heard back from them again nor could even get a response. Fast forward a couple more months and I needed the same repair from a storm that led me to them in the first place and wanted to give them another chance since the tech that came out then was fantastic. When I called them they said they could come out that day if I could get the materials out for them, so I took off work early and after waiting all day they called to cancel and told me Monday. Then Monday they said that afternoon and after the office told me they were on their way the tech called to cancel yet again and it will be tomorrow (Tues). Then on Tuesday the tech calls me to tell me theyre on their way and they will be at my home between 330 and 4pm, well they never showed and didnt bother to call. I get my job isnt large so Im not a priority to them, but dont tell me youre coming out when you dont have the bandwidth. If reality is it would really take 2 weeks to get out, then say so, I could have accepted that since I saw the quality of work.Their response ignores that I did not specify a time or that I needed to be there. The only actual limitation was when I took off work early to get the materials out of storage since they said that same day during our call. I offered to leave the material out, but just asked to know if they were actually coming because I didnt want to leave it out in case of possible theft. Again, their loss, had repaired with a much easier company to work with even paid more without batting an eye. I will push my home upgrades to them instead.

I have been meaning to write and let you all know what a wonderful job Better View did on the new windows and storm doors for my home. From start to finish the entire process, while not without minor hiccups, was handled with the utmost professionalism. From the sales team to the installers to quality control and follow-up, each and every individual that I dealt with from Better View was kind and courteous and extremely efficient. Its clear this is company is run like a well-oiled machine, and the employees truly function as a team with one mission-customer service. We asked Better View Windows and More about a fogged window pane on one of the windows in our old house. They suggested we contact a glass company and see if they could replace the single pane as a less cost option instead of buying a new window. We contacted a local glass company in Hampton and got the pane replaced for $50. Better View Windows and More could have sold us a new window and we would have purchased the window at that moment. The principals Better View Windows and More showed in this scenario will never be forgotten by me and my family.

BLUF: We recommend this company for their professional services. TL;DR: The salesman ( Mike) was polite and professional in explaining options, price points, and the services available. The pricing is all inclusive meaning there are no hidden nor add-on charges. Additionally, he had the installer come by to validate what we could and could not achieve with the available space that was smaller than current industry standards for French doors. The interactions with the Operations Manager (Caleb) and the front office admin wunderkin (shell kill me for not being able to spell her name but she is so nice) were also very responsive and met our unique need for phone communication times. The installers (Tom and John) were on time, polite, focused on their work, and clearly exhibited high skill with the install process. In addition to the doors they installed 4 windows too. My recommendation is you let them provide you an estimate and if it is within your budget you should have them perform the work as their customer service throughout all aspects was exceptional. And no, Im not getting a kickback nor am I related to them. They earned this praise.

I had a sliding glass door replaced by Better View and am thrilled with the results. Not only is it a lovely, high quality door, but the installer was so nice to work with. He went the extra mile by using a plastic barrier over the opening while he worked, making sure the new trim blended well with the room and replacing any damaged wood he found when he removed the old door. I felt like he really cared that the job was done right and looked good. I would definitely recommend this company!
