I walked into the store to purchase multiple hats for my son. When I walked into the store I wasn’t greeted. Three employees were just standing there and i approached them to ask a question and this tall skinny girl just looked at me like she didn’t know she was at work and I may have had a question. I just told them nevermind and helped myself then I thought about it why would I spend $100-$150 at a store that gave me this kind of customer service. I will gladly take my money to the lids at the Norfolk outlet were I always get exceptional service.

Overpriced. Employees that could care less about true customer service. And I definitely know customer service. The musics so loud you cant even hear each other talk and when you do its very rushed like they want to hurry to get on to doing nothing.

Made my son his first Lakers hat by adding his name to it.... The lady in the stitching machine did a wonderful job and make sure it was bagged up nicely for my son... Jr loves it....

I work for lime scooters and me and a friend came in to get custom hats done and we had Ky help us and his was absolutely amazing and had great customer service. I will be coming back again for more custom designs and I hope its Ky that we see to help us. He deserves a raise!

They have great a selection of the newest styles of team hats. I just think they need more options of casual hats. Otherwise, great store and friendly staff.

There was a girl there with tattoos that had helped me pick out two hats and she was very helpful

I was buying a funny hat for a friend. The hat would say B!@-#, as in those symbols not the actual word. I showed the clerk and manager that it could be ordered online and was still refused. The manager evidently thinks it is within her right to censor customers beyond LIDS policy. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
