OMG!!! The ladies are great here… I went to another boot store prior to coming here and had a horrible experience but when I walked in the store, I was greeted by Jess. I told about my experience else where. She said no worries I got you!! She is the greatest. She even help me get the boots on and off. Thanks ladies for making me feel like family! This store is so cute, and so professional!I went here about a week ago to get some legit cowgirl boots for line dancing, and when I talk about them having OPTIONS -- I mean, theres got to be a boot for everyone in this store. I tried on upwards of 20 boots before I finally chose the first pair I put on, but I think that also speaks to how great the staff is that works here. From the moment I walked in, they were able to lead me in a direction for boots before I even explained what I was looking for, and they were on-point. They were also so professional and kind while my friends and I looked around, and they were not pushing us to buy the most expensive thing in the store, which I have definitely experienced when Ive gone shoe shopping before.I would recommend this store to anyone, and they sell a lot of other Western items -- not just boots! Hopefully I can find a reason to go back soon :)

This place is a jem. It needs to be recognized as a historic business and city landmark. Airedale has been right were it is and as it is for decades. Every one knows the horse on the roof, but not the five star service and best boot selection in Hampton roads. I hope this little slice of the Va Beach I grew up in stays for ever.

Originally went in for a belt and man oh my, the staff was absolutely lovely! We spent around 2 hours trying on boots for me and my husband, husband found him a belt (and buckle!). Staff was very patient with us and just about everyone helped us at some point! Weve been before and I absolutely adore this place!

My SO brought me here to get some work boots as an early birthday present and the wonderful ladies that helped me out landed me some of the absolute most comfortable boots I have ever worn in my entire life. Acredale Saddlery is a amazing. My wife and i went to look at some boot for our anniversary. These are our first time by cowboy boot. Ms. Gina the manager and her assistant Carmen really took there time and gave us knowledge about western boots. We had the the experience. We bought two pair of boots and will be back for many more. Employees rudeness. I was crowded out of the way by an overexcited employee who was exuberant in her desire to make a favorable impression upon the guy dressed up like Cowboy Troy. When I tried to check out I was pointedly ignored in favor of a woman buying a stack of merchandise. I decided that my presence and business was not needed so I put back what I was going to purchase and left.I used to be a loyal customer but that all changed today. Best service I have received at a boot store

Can you give less than one star? I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received this afternoon (6-19-19). After leaving a message on their voicemail, a lady called me back the following day. I simply wanted to know if they had shipping boots or shipping pillows for trailering horses in their tack area. Not only was the lady rude, discourteous and unprofessional, she condescendingly questioned why I asked about those items when calling a western boot store and thought I was going to be referred to the Postal Office for shipping supplies. As I told her how rude she was being and that Acredale lost a customer due to her actions, the telephone line promptly disconnected. I immediately called back and relayed my experience to the manager who stated she would handle it. I also expressed to the manager that I was preparing a very sick horse for transport and the purchase of these items was not a happy moment. Combined with the poor attitude of the first phone call, this was a moment I will not forget and intend on sharing this experience with friends and family. Although the manager displayed the type of customer service youd want in a business, her employee ensured that I will avoid Acredale and bring my business elsewhere. Unbelievable...

I, of course, was looking at boots, and explained to the woman that I had recently had twins and my most favorite pair of boots didnt fit my foot comfortably anymore. I was forced to return on several different occasions as my size was not in Stock. Ive a wide foot and they wouldnt sell me just any boot. It had to fit perfectly. Perfectly they do fit. Im thankful for the attention to detail that they take.They have a very wide selection and Im quite sure youll find what your looking for also.

What an experience going to Acredale Saddlery! The ladies and gent are just superbly helpful, and a joy to be around. They really take the time to size your boot properly, and the selection is to die for. I wish I could choose them all. When I arrive I am made to feel like family. Bought a pair of boots back in march, and had great customer service, my concerns were understood and addressed, fast forward to yesterday, get home after working 13 hours and use the boot wedge to take my boots off and the fabric on the inside of one of my boots rips around the seam. Walked in today and after about 30 seconds of inspecting the boots they swapped them out free of charge. I love this place and wish I had this kind of customer service everywhere I went.

I used to love going here when Wendy owned the store cause she was so nice but when she sold to store to her sister terry the store has sorta gone down hill. I went in there a few days ago and was trying to look for a pair of boots and was basically chased out of the boot department by terry the owner. The girls that work there are all very nice but unfortunately the lady that owns the place can be quite rude.

The products here are of amazing quality. The girls are true gurus. Not to mention they are extremely kind, helpful, and very approachable. I go there for all my boots and panic snaps. And if they dont have something u want or need they will order it.

We had a great time shopping at Acredale Saddlery. We went in to get some boots for my boyfriend. They were super knowledgable about all the different kinds of styles of boots, and they not only helped him find a pair of boots, but made sure that they were in his price range and fitted with proper insoles, as well. He walked out looking like a proper cowboy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even pointed us in the direction of other activities to do during our stay, such as the Pungo Strawberry Festival. They had a great selection of boots for both men and women, as well as a good selection of shirts, belts, and jewelry. If I lived here, I would certainly frequent this store. I loved it.

I spent Id say around 2 hours here looking for the perfect boots to leave with. 2 HOURS! Many a time I changed my mind or found another style I wanted to try on and the entire time the staff was extremely patient and super friendly to me. Not once did they make me feel like I was being a bother to them. I have not experienced such amazing customer service anywhere in my life to be quite honest and if you plan on shopping for some boots and think youre the kind of person who will take your time to find the perfect ones for you, this is where it is at! Today I showed up to this store with absolutely no boot experience. I didnt know all of the ins and out just size. The employees to their time with me explaining to me what would best suite me. They never once pressured me for the sake of a sale. After about 45 min of trying on boots I narrowed it down for my wish list. Ill defiantly be back to purchase my wish list.
