Everytime I go into Sallys with a question about anything beauty the ladys their are so informative, straight forward, and to the point. I love the new lady in the walnut and Mooney one whose an ex hairdresser and letting her natural hair grow out since coronavirus. I wish I knew her name.

Thank god for sally beauty! Being a biracial women and my daughter is biracial its very hard to find the right hair products for our hair type. But sally has a over whelming supply of hair products for every hair type. I do feel like the employees need a little more knowledge in biracial hair. But overall customer service is great. Very polite and helpful to there knowledge.

Someone commented saying they close 5-10 early. WELL why on earth would you go in 10min before they close? ridiculous.I love the sally on mooney. The two long curls hair gals are the sweetest employees in there. I only shop there if they are there. Those two have Wonderful customer service.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very busy time of the day but they took their time with each customer and their problems and made each one feel very comfortable and unrushed.For being so packed, it was noon time, they had everybody laughing and smiling and interacting with each other while waiting in line at the cash register.That was my first experience at that certain Sallys Beauty Store. You can be sure Ill be back for my future purchases.

Went in for some supplies and those two curly headed girls gave me such great advice on what to get and even helped me sign up for a sally’s member account now I can save some money when I go in . They are such great people both of them. Will be returning soon . He he he

Helpful sales people. Amazon is about 10% cheaper but this place has a better selection and its easier to shop for stuff like this in person so I keep coming.

Worst experience ever! Came in on August 19th, 2017 and purchased a Hot Tools curling Iron, which came with the straightener I was actually coming in to buy, unfortunately it was out of stock and was promised it would be in in a week and theyd call. Well that didnt happen, I called or came in for weeks, to no avail, then called monthly. I finally called their customer service line who indicated they did in fact have it in stock and it would be waiting for me at the front. The store called me an hour later and said they had a replacement for my raincheck straightener. I came in this afternoon and as I entered at 11:49am(staff, check cameras) Josie, the cashier, was texting on her phone, and ignored me, finally finished her text, turned around and picked up the store phone that was literally off the receiver, and asked the person how she could help. So, that text had to be pretty important to make a calling customer wait. When she finished, I told her who I was and why I was there, she hands me a large post it paper with my name on it and says I must sign this post it to receive my straightener, I declined, laughing at the entire situation of their formalities, offered them the raincheck slip, and walked out.Im not sure why they were so bent on NOT giving me the straightener that was promised in the promotion. Although the rain check had a 30 day expiration date, they cannot honor that if the product is NEVER in stock. I will never shopping here again. In a world where Amazon and online shopping is so prevalent, customer service is a must and all we have to keep our patrons coming back.

Prices are too high for nails accesories, I went looking for a nail art set, they sell everything individually. Also the lady who assisted me, send me to Ulta instead. Wow
Went in to purchase a new straight blade for shaving (feather blade) and was sold the incorrect blades by one of their employees (mind you all seemed unhappy and did not know their product) went to use a few days later and noticed they were not correct. so i went with my fam and as i walked in was mildly greeted. as i explained what happened and before i even finished i was interrupted with sorry i cant take them back i was like um ok, also i know i didnt have my receipt but come on you sold me the wrong blades!!! lol still had their sku sticker and could of found it.. i just bought them and they are unused and sealed, oh yea and she stood their in her stubborn and power stance (arms crossed and did not touch anything other then the new blades i had to buy and my money).. sorry i cant so i was forced to buy a regular priced item i was supposed to get in the first place and also i had to keep and not get refunded or credited forward on the ones taht they gave me incorrectly!!! wtf.. well needless to say i wont be shopping their any longer..
They keep closing and Locking the door 5-10 mins early so I never get to get in before they close who knows how my experience might be if I ever got in there

Bad experience they charged me on the card and a few days later they wanted to charge me again and double !! Call customer service and send the receipt and they still charged me all over again and double because their cashier did not make the payment
