Best customer service, informative, great engagement. I felt comfortable. I did not feel as thought they were trying to rip me off. They were quick and efficient. They gave me options and ultimately gave me confidence in using them again. I have a lot of respect for companies that operate with great leadership. Amazing service. Called and was told to come down that they’d get me in. A mechanic was put on my truck almost immediately. Turned out I lost a bolt that was causing the problem. The staff called around everywhere to try and find it. The manager even walked over to a nearby hardware store with me to match the bolt! They were so dedicated to getting me fixed and on my way. Will use this place always, now!

Cant speak more highly of this place! I was in a tough spot with an exploded tire and a car stuck in the 198. Not only did they get me a new tire super fast, it was a great price and amazing customer service! Will absolutely be returning back here again! Also shout out to the store manager (wish i could remember is name) he was so helpful!

Ruben is a rock star of customer service. We were from out of town and found we had almost no brakes. He helped us get back on the road fast and we got home safely because of him and his crew on a Sunday of all days. I may never be in town to see him again but I highly recommend him. I was 1,600 miles from home when I got a flat tire driving to Visalia, 6 miles from. It was 3:15 and the shop closes at 5pm. It was also July 4th the next day. I called and Nick answered. Bless this man. He said if I could get my truck to the shop before 5 he could hopefully get me repaired (not knowing if it was a repair or total replacement) and that he wouldn’t mind staying late to make it happen. I pulled in the lot 10 minutes till 5 and I was driving off with a new tire by 5:30. I’m so thankful for his kindness. I would definitely do business here if I was local. Ask for Nick.

I got great service at Discount tire on Mooney Blvd. They are professional and friendly. They make sure you have safe distance and plenty of sanitizer. The two gentleman who helped me in the office ( Jason and Ruben ) were by far the most pleasant and friendly 😊 guys. Very helpful and made me laugh a lot. Not like the typical business. They did an excellent alignment on my car too. Highly recommend

I called and made appointment to get new tires and was quoted price. They later stated my car needed alignment which was another $95. Irritating I thought it was included but only the assessment was included. They did give me $20 discount, but still felt it should of been included or I could have been further prepared by them for added expense. Guys were nice but service took longer than expected.

I had a horrible experience at Discount tires, It was way over 100 degrees and the customers had to sit outside and wait for their cars to be done, I had to sit outside for 3 and a half hours waiting on a set of tires to be put on, it didnt matter that I had an appointment. it was very upsetting.

This location has great customer service. They had the tires I needed in stock and they got the job done quick and efficient and got me back on the road right away.. I was thankful for them & the staff and my car was ready at the time promised. I called for a oil change and a tire rotation at 9am. I dropped my truck of at 9:30. I was told it would be a 1 hour and 30 minute wait. I was called at 3:12 pm when they finished. All I heard was was excuses for the wait. I didnt get my mileage sticker, or my inspection list, I just got a 59$ oil change bill. This was my worst experience here.

Was on a short on time schedule and on a budget. I believe I got a good deal. Second time I purchase tires at this place and both were good experiences. First time was like two years ago. This experience was great! My dad came with me because Ive been ripped off from dealers in the past (didnt know any better), but I honestly didnt need even my dad to come with! The gentlemen took care of me and my car and were extremely kind. My tire had a nail in it so they replaced it and my car runs so much better now. If youre a young female who gets a little anxious about having to deal with car issues, this is a great place to go!

My experience could of been much, much better! This was my first time going to this place and I think I won’t be back for my tires! I normally go to LeSchwabb but they are getting too price and found this good deal with Discount tires, maybe I will try Fresno location in the future. I had an APPT in LA & I had left the Visalia location after getting my new tires! After 30 mins driving my tire symbol comes on my car so I call discount tires because they “forgot” to reset/program something! So I have to drive back to them to fix something that could of been prevented!!

Was told it would take 2 hrs to complete it wasn’t until we called to ask if it was done that it would be another couple hours. We raised a bit of a stink and they did put another person on our vehicle and was about 45 minutes late. We chose to use your services based on your quote. Pushing out our job was not an option communicated to us

I got a flat tire in my Kia Soul that did not come with a spare. I called Discount Tires the next morning to talk out my options. Jason was great. He had some customers at the time but called me back pretty quick. I brought my tire in the same day and left with two new tires. I paid less than what I had actually paid for my other two tires months before. It was a quick, easy and professional atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend Discount Tires more.

Heard bad knocking in my front end and took it to these guys for a quick check up. It turns out that it was some loose bolts and they fixed it for free! What a surprise! Ill be back friends!

I was in the area for a family function and unfortunately had gotten a flat just before driving home to Anaheim. I came here and was on the road with in the hour even with it being very busy Sunday morning. Employees were very helpful and didnt waste a second of time . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Initially I thought I would have to replace all my tires after I had a flat on my Subaru Outback but they were able to repair it and didnt charged me a penny. They brighten up a very stressful day. This is where I will be getting my tires in the future.

Would NOT recommend this shop for an alignment. At the time of this rating it will be my 3rd time taking my vehicle in, in less then5 months for the same thing (alignment). First and LAST time taking our cars here. Also, Customer Service wasnt the greatest, the guys up front look very unhappy.

This was my second experience with Discount Tire. I primarily worked with Martel Rivera and I will say that he is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about vehicle repair. My car required some extensive work and after diagnosis and some research I found their pricing extremely fair and inline to the industry standard and Martel lent the important element of being able to trust, especially being a woman where Auto Repair facilities have tried to take advantage of that before to gouge me, or rip me off. My vehicle rides like a complete dream now thanks to Mike their mechanic who spent the whole afternoon fixing it. All the problems I went in with are RESOLVED. My first visit I purchased tires from Manager Jason Hansen who is also friendly and knowledgeable. Jason takes the time to chat with you and also let me know that I could put my confidence in Martel. It’s important that the manager trusts his guys enough. Since I was there for hours Martel went out of his way to make popcorn for us and coffee etc. The little things count, plus he’s just enjoyable to chat with. I trust these guys and their work. It’s been 2 years and it’s got pretty much the same staff moving forward. Their work is solid and I feel if I did have any problems Jason and Martel would make it right. I highly recommend.

This place was awesome. I went on to get a new tire because another place told me a nail had punctured the side wall and couldn’t be patched. They checked my tire, saw that it did not actually puncture the tire and did not just put on a new tire just to charge me. The manager that was there Jason was also very helpful and funny. Highly recommend them.

We come here for all our vehicles and always recommend them to friends and family. They are quick, helpful, and very kind. It’s hard to find places like this nowadays with good, old-fashioned customer service. They are always honest and don’t try to hide any fees or information. The owner Jason is such a kind-hearted person and genuinely cares about his customers. He also has true passion for his work. It’s rare to find someone like him in this industry! I was having issues with my tire being stuck and the bolt breaking off. Went into Discount Tires really unsure of what I needed to do. Jason Hansen was super kind and helpful. He explained what was needed and made some jokes along the way. They finished my car pretty quick and Jason got the chocolate shake I (jokingly) told him I owed him (I work at In N Out).
